Martha was an outstanding host from start to finish. She was always pleasant, responsive, and genuinely attentive whenever we needed anything. Communication was smooth, and she made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We stayed there with our family, including our 3 year old grandchild, and it was a wonderful experience for all of us. The pool was a highlight and absolutely perfect for our grandchild, we spent a lot of time enjoying it together. Her hospitality truly made a difference in our trip. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Martha’s Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable place with a caring and attentive host.

A wonderful oasis for a girls trip….the pool area was our favorite place to cool down and unwind! The proximity to the marina with all the restaurants and shops made it an ideal location. Grabbing a taxi or uber to pop into town is right outside the gate. Martha’s place is a great find!

I stayed at Martha’s house with my family and we truly enjoyed our stay. The house looks like it does in the pictures and it has all the amenities listed. The check in was easy and we felt right at home. It is a beautiful home, peaceful, spacious for kids, and the pool is amazing! It is a great location, quiet, and close to the marina! Will definitely be coming back!

It had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The location was perfect—close to everything and in a safe, quiet neighborhood that’s great for walking. Martha’s home is peaceful and private, clean and very close to many restaurants and activities. She is extremely responsive and we greatly enjoyed our stay! We hope to be back.

Martha's place is outstanding! Awesome location on the golf course and right across from the marina. Very close to a ton of great bars and restaurants (Chappys is the best sports bar in PV). The pool in back was great for floating around and catching some sunshine. Martha was super responsive. Probably the best AirBNB we have stayed at!

Very nice place backing on to the golf course and a 3 minute walk to the marina where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping. Martha was quick to respond to any of our questions.

Wonderful place, great area, easy access to mall and other stores, near the water, maid and pool service as per request, everyone polite and helpful. Gorgeous home, would stay there again.

Very beautiful place amazing pool best place I’ve ever stayed furniture the house has 4 bathrooms with 4 showers each room has their own bathroom which I think is amazing. definitely booking again host was great super friendly very helpful with instructions and guidance definitely makes you feel like at home and makes you feel so comfortable to stay at her home super attentive quick to respond and gives you list of things to do around places near by she literally has everything and when I mean everything is everything shampoo a lot of towels everything to cook including washer and drier which I thought was the best thing ever she greets you with kindness definitely loved her as well as her home trust me when I say her house is The best you’ll ever stay in! You won’t regret booking.

Martha's place is amazing. It's more beautiful than the photos in the listing. The space is very clean, well equipped with all amenities, comfortable bedrooms and spacious enough for our group of 6 people. The house is in the gated community and very safe at night. Location is the best, short walk to all the restaurants and marina but far enough to get quiet and peacful. It's very easy to get taxi anytime in front of the place. Martha is very responsive and friendly. She let us check in early and was on time for our check out. She gave a lot of recommendations for places around the area. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely space. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s clean, open, quiet, and in a great location next to the marina. The little pool in back was wonderful to spend time in. It’s salt water so it’s very good for your skin. Martha was so wonderful. She made sure that our stay was great. She was response if I had to reach out to her for anything. I really enjoyed watching the golfers on their carts fly by while I drank my coffee in the morning. Martha will make you feel at home. The house has amenities like your own home would. It was nice to see spices in the cabinets and lots of different types of cookware. We had a chef come a few nights and they didn’t have to bring their own equipment. Just the food. AMAZING. Not to mention we had to check out a day early because of family emergency I had and Martha was very accommodating to an early check out despite her busy day.

The host takes pride in her Airbnb. Everything was very nice. We enjoyed the pool when we had down time. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. A lot to do within walking distance. Taxi stop right outside. Lots of space for our family.

Best airbnb I’ve been to. It was my first time at Puerto Vallarta and staying at this airbnb was one of my top fav things about my trip. Martha was super nice, house was super clean the location of this house was the best! Near the best restaurants, taxis & the best views! Martha was a wonderful host. What we liked most was that the house was equipped with all of the essentials we needed such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper/paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, etc., and even some groceries to get started. At our last rental, we had none of that supplied and it was unaccommodating to have to go buy everything and then had too much left over when we left. Martha sent cleaners to clean the house, twice, during our stay and that was also very nice. The house was in a great area, was totally clean & well-kept and the kids loved the pool. Would highly recommend to other travelers. The ONLY suggestion we would have would be to get some softer mattresses as all of them were too firm and a bit uncomfortable to sleep on- not Martha’s fault. Other than that, our stay in this house was totally comfortable and we would stay there again.

Our first time in puerto Vallarta and loved it. Martha always responded within minutes from the time we booked months ago until the time we checked in. The place was even nicer then the photos and very clean and great salt water pool. Walking distance to a beautiful beach great restaurants lots of shops and any questions Martha was quick to help. Can’t wait to come back!

The house is very nice, comfortable, you don't need to leave if you don't want to, my family loved it and we enjoyed it, the sunsets are enjoyed in the pool. It has everything you need and more. The well-equipped kitchen, the super comfortable and pleasant rooms. The truth is, it exceeded our expectations. We have planned a longer stay and this is definitely at the top of our options.

Martha is a great host. She also included a few extra cleanings during our visit. Her housekeeper is sweet and does an incredible job cleaning. The whole experience was wonderful. The address on Airbnb kept sending the Ubers to the wrong location - there are taxis that come by the house for easy travel.

Martha was an outstanding host for our 6 week stay in the marina at Puerto Vallarta. She even met our flight and was quick to respond and so accommodating during our stay. This condo is in a fabulous location, steps away from the marina, from groceries, and from the beach. The condo is spacious and well appointed, the kitchen had all the cooking and serving utensils necessary to feel at home. The lovely patio and pool were private and quiet, and the beds were great as was the air conditioners. The wifi was a bonus, as was the stereo and two large screen tv’s! The condo is in a small, secure gated community and steps away from numerous dining options. We were thrilled to have housekeeping twice a week, thank you Dona Rosita for your efforts on our behalf. We appreciated the laundry facilities, detergents, shampoos, sunscreen and many other additions. Our entire stay was perfect and we highly recommend this condo for anyone who wants to enjoy the many offerings of Puerto Vallarta!

Great location! Felt safe and secure. Home exactly as listed and accurate description. Martha was very responsive and communication was easy. Wonderful to wake up to the sunny views of the golf course. Perks like having a bathroom for each bedroom, washer/dryer, parking, and outdoor space, added to the value. Definitely recommend this special rental, especially convenient to the marina plus super welcoming and friendliness of Martha.

very nice house in gated community. Martha was very nice and provided us a playpen for our baby to sleep. The house is newly renovated, very clean, has everything in the kitchen. Has washer/dryer and all the cleaning supplies. Our only disappointment was the hot tub, which didn't work (didn't heat up), but she is going to remove it anyways. You can see the lighthouse from the bedroom windows, so it's really in the center of marina, one block from the lighthouse, oceanfront, all the restaurants, etc. We are very happy with our stay there. Miss it already :)

I do not even know where to begin! This was absolutely the best AirBnB experience I've ever had. The house was exactly as presented, and it was perfect. Excellent condition, so clean, everything amazing. Martha added so many little touches that were so appreciated. The house house everything you could want and then more! The variety of kitchen appliances, cookware...just everything. Lots of extra linens, towels for pool and beach, it was really the best. I was there for two full weeks and there was never a time that I couldn't find something I needed. Martha was very close by and always ready to help or answer a question, but not in any way hovering (as I have had other hosts do). And...of course I was here when Hurricane Roslyn (cat 4) was on track to hit, and Martha and her husband were available to manage however I wanted. Thankfully it turned out to just some wind and rain for us, but the fact is that Martha was willing to help in any way. Overall, she and her property are absolutely the best.

The location was awesome. We walked everywhere and had a ready cab out front to take us as far off the beaten path as we wished. The place was exactly as advertised and the amenities were first class. We highly recommend!

We enjoyed our one month stay here. The host, Martha, provided stellar hospitality. She responded rapidly to messages and offered a ride from the airport, including stops at a supermarket and bank to help us start our stay. We liked the modern and light interior, with views to the patio, pools, and golf course; and the large window space which connects the indoor and outdoor areas. The house is comfortable and practical, with ease of movement; spacious living room and good-sized kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms; comfortable beds and a large and comfortable leather sofa. While the Marina zone of Puerto Vallarta is near the airport, local residents note that the flights generally aren’t at night. We used the main bedroom and were not disturbed at night. The air conditioning worked well, both downstairs in the living room, and upstairs in the bedrooms. The patio and pool areas are in sun a large part of the day. The pools are gorgeous and were warm. We enjoyed the lounge chairs, when we wanted sun, and the dining table with the large sunbrella, when we wanted shade. We found the location very convenient as well. There is a taxi stand about 50 meters from the house, where we almost always found an available taxi, so we didn’t have to wait for Uber. There is a large, local supermarket at about 1 km away. It’s 4 minutes by car, while Walmart is 6 minutes and Costco 13 minutes by car. Some of the city’s best restaurants are in the north, and about 10 minutes by car. There is a flat, tree-lined avenue, with light traffic, which is excellent for taking walks at just 350 meters away. Thank you, Martha, for a lovely stay and your wonderful hospitality.

If you go to PUERTO VALLARTA, this house is A MUST!!! The location is AMAZING!! about 8 minutes from the airport. The house is quiet and VERY COMFORTABLE! A beautiful view to the Golf Course. ( if you play golf, very nice course!) Each room has is own bathroom, ALL very clean and very spacious. Each room is very clean, quiet and all beds very comfortable. The pool area is VERY NICE! A great place to have a drink and relax in the evenings or welcome the morning with a cup of coffee. GREAT SETTING!! BEST FOR LAST! Martha is an INCREDIBLE HOST!!! Thanks to her, our experience was AMAZING!. She was always available with suggestions about activities, restaurants, beaches to go too or any questions we had. She is a SUPER HOST! She is the one that helped us truly have an UNFORGEABLE vacation. I HIGHLY recommend you stay here!!
