Villa Karina is a beautiful property, extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was a great setup for our group. Dora was incredibly helpful, arranging airport transportation with a grocery stop and transportation for a night out. We also enjoyed massages, a cooking class and two additional meals prepared by Pablo, plus breakfast prepared by the morning chef. Everything was delicious with very generous portions! I recommend researching sargassum conditions for the time of year you’re traveling. Seasonal sargassum is noted in the property details, but we didn’t realize how significant the impact could be during peak season. During our stay, we couldn’t use the beach or ocean, and the odor was very strong and impacted our enjoyment of the otherwise wonderful outdoor space and pool area. Overall, Villa Karina itself was amazing, and we would definitely consider returning outside of peak sargassum season.
