We stayed in Michael’s condo for one week. During our time there we experienced the following issues which were either brought to Michael’s attention or the resort staff to remedy. 1. No working hot water for the first 24 hours (messaged to host, fixed by maintenance) 2. No working lock on the front balcony sliding glass door. Door handles were thickly silicone pasted onto the door frame. (Remains a security issue) 3. Hallway bathroom exhaust fan inoperable (fixed by maintenance) 4. Microwave heating element inoperable (reported to maintenance, but did not fix) 5. Cockroaches in kitchen and inside oven (reported to maintenance) 6. Black mold throughout kitchen and bathroom. 7. WiFi down frequently. We booked the unit based on prior reviews and thinking it would be a luxury unit as noted in the listing, however due to the issues throughout and overall worn condition and disrepair of the unit, we would not personally book the unit again.

This is our third time in Roatan, and the best time yet! West Bay has one of the most prestine beaches I’ve ever been to, and the beach right in front of Infinity Bay resort is gorgeous! Kids had a blast after dark in the pool, the resort restaurant had a lively atmosphere every night, it was just great! My kiddos would’ve loved hot water to shower after the pool at night, but other than that, it was amazing! We’d definitely go back! And feel free to use Michael’s recommendation for transportation, Keny or his cousin, they were excellent!!!
