All where very help full maintenance and clean up of swimming pool was great enjoyed

Back to back Memorial Day weekends have been hosted by Erasmo at his beautiful house and we love it. We are looking forward to 3 in a row!

We have stayed at this place twice for the past 2 years and plan on staying again next summer. It is always immaculate and plenty of gathering areas as well as private secluded areas. It comfortably accommodates 10 guests with a small room for a private one person room totaling 11 guests. I highly recommend heating the pool as it is a great gathering area and the lights and water features are amazing. It is just a short walk to the beach which is modestly occupied and when tide is out is a great area for finding little sea creatures. Host is very responsive!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Puerto Peñasco! The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group. The pool was absolutely perfect, and the staff took care of it every day, which made it even more enjoyable. Everything was just as described, and we had a blast during our time here. Highly recommend this property for large groups — it’s the perfect place to stay!

We can't say enough about how great this house is. Spacious and airy are two words that come immediately to mind. The communication regarding finding the property and check in/out instructions were timely and thorough. The house was immaculate and well appointed. We were only a group of six adults but this house could accommodate many more comfortably. I am not sure we will return to Puerto Peñasco/Rocky Point any time soon but if we did go, it would be directly to My Beach House. We actually spent most of our time enjoying the house and pool! The beach is a very short walk away and the water views from the house are quite nice considering it is not ocean front. Thank you to Erasmo for making this an exceptional stay!

A very spacious and complete house, everything is very clean, very well equipped with everything you need, we were a large family group and we had a great time! We needed nothing! I would recommend it to any other new guest

My family and friends come at least once a year to Rocky Point and this was one of our favorite trips. This Airbnb was a huge part of it! Lots of space, rooms, and amenities. Only complaint was the wifi was a little slow/inconsistent. But overall it was a 10/10. The primary rooms on the first and second floor were amazing. We hope to be back. Thanks!

Impeccable place, a super spacious house, I liked that I was in direct communication with the host, very clean, close to the beach, we enjoyed the pool 100%, very clean and the water was heated and during the stay they came to clean the pool, everyone was very attentive... there was everything in this super complete house... I would come back without thinking

Our stay at this beautiful home was more than perfect, this house is very spacious. Whether it’s the upstairs or the downstairs, it was so roomy for all of our family. We were able to take our dog, and she loved it. Every room was very comfortable and the restrooms were amazing! The backyard was so beautiful with the pool, and the front yard patio was also as pretty. Perfect home for a family vacation, we are definitely planning on staying here again.

Erasmo's place in Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco) was amazing! The house was perfect for 11 people. We had a family trip with 3 couples, 2 teenagers, 2 individuals, plus grandma, and the room arrangements worked very well. The house was kept in great condition and very clean. There were 4 large bathrooms with tasteful architecture, more than enough to accommodate all of our guests. It is a beautiful walk to the beach with gorgeous sunsets, and when tide is out, there are tidepools with plenty of small ocean creatures and shelling. Obviously, there is an abundance of fabulous Mexican restaurants and food. Plan on bringing minimal snacks and food as there are more than enough local vendors. Things that could be improved - the house is very open and acoustic. It would help to have soft kitchen cabinet closures - it echoes throughout the house with late night snackers. Also, we requested that the pool be heated and we were not able swim as the pool did not heat up with the timer. Great Stay!

Beautiful home been to rocky point many many times but this place really hit home very private very clean we literally found a home away from home we had group of 15 people and not one person slept on a couch and everyone had their own privacy those bathrooms were 10 star in my opinion very calm surroundings matched the description as it was described definitely worth the money in future we already planning on booking this house if available highly recommend this place to whoever is planning a weekend getaway to rocky point the ocean view was amazing rooftop back yard and everything about this house was perfect ♥️

The house was big and beautiful. As other guest have already said, there’s minor issues. One issue was their WiFi signal is not strong enough to connect to online. Overall, you won’t be disappointed. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The way back is slightly uphill, so keep that in mind.

What a beautiful home! Everything was perfect for our wedding guests. Will definitely go again!

We loved the house it was very clean and spacious. Easy to find. Check in was quick. It has all the necessities you need and kitchen is well equipped. There was a lot of towels for everyone in every bathroom and near the pool area. It is just 5 min walking to the beach with beautiful views. Just take mosquito repellent, there was so many mosquitoes we could not spend too much time in the pool because they would be flying all over you. The wifi connection was not the best but it was not a big deal for us. We had an issue with the pool, water was a bit cloudy but message Erasmo and sent Vicente (I think that was his name) right away. We also had an issue with flushing of one of the toilets but we texted Vicente and he arrived quickly and fix it. I would go back and rent this property again in the future.

This place was great for our group of 9 + dog. Rooms were spacious and lots of places where you could hang out. It’s a short walk to the beach and it was nice to have the outdoor shower to rinse off coming back and the pool to lounge in. The garage was big enough to park all three of our cars and hold our water toys. Would love to come back for a longer stay here.

Highly recommend it, it’s a lovely home and very comfortable. Our family enjoyed it and host was very responsive when needed.

Beautiful house definitely recommend!

Facio was great! Any questions we had he answered, was easy to communicate with, and very friendly. The home was beautiful and accommdating for the group I was with. It was in walking distance to a private beach and convenient store. Definitelyworth it!

Erasmos home was perfect! Close to the beach and to town as well! Recommend 100% to anyone visiting Puerto Peñasco!
