What a pleasant stay. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, very nice and fully equipped with utensils and amenities. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with its beautiful ocean view. Direct access to the beach and the pool is a bonus that we enjoyed very much.

We had a lovely week in this beautiful home. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The beach access and pool were impossible to beat! The building upkeep is top notch ~ cleanest pool I’ve ever seen! The cleaners had to rush a bit when we checked in, so there wasn’t time to clean the place as thoroughly as it might have needed. Overall, I’d highly recommend the condo and would love to book it again sometime.

Great location! We had the pool to ourselves most days and the beach is beautiful. So much fun watching the kite surfers! There are tons of great restaurants within an easy walking distance plus a great grocery store. The apartment itself is comfortable and has pretty much everything you need. The fellow that checked us in was very communicative and helpful as well.

Had an excellent time. Hosts assisted us with making change to our reservation and accomodated additional guest. Condo was huge and had more than enough room. Amenities provided are very convenient. Excellent views. Staff does an excellent job of maintaining property. Owners of other units in the building were friendly and helpful. New condominiums adjacent to building are currently being built from ground up but did not have any major impact on our stay.

This is the second time we rented this condo and we are so glad we had the opportunity. It is perfect for a family. Right on the beach/pool and walking distance to so much. I enjoyed the new coffee shops that opened up very close to grab a morning coffee. Hope to be back next year!

Great balcony, pool, hot tub, beach access. It was a perfect location for our kids and young grandchildren. The unit is very clean and spacious. We loved the pool, with the wide shallow step perfect for toddlers, and the quiet beach steps away.

Fabulous, peaceful, luxury home, walking distance to whatever you needed, condo facility was pristine and manicured , security maintained which made us feel safe and welcomed. Thank you for opening your home to us.

A perfect family place in Bucerias! The pool is amazing for kiddos, and we enjoyed many meals on the giant balcony overlooking the waves and palms. Kitchen is fully stocked and great for making breakfasts to a full-fledged family meal. The building is quiet and a great location - you can walk everywhere in town, and Including many great restaurants and coffee spots. Colleen, Dan, and Mario made sure everything was ready for us to enjoy. We’ll be back soon!

The place was really great. Extremely nice and well thought of space. Everything we needed and everything worked very well. The pool was great too (and accessible for my mom, who has mobility issues) and the sea view from the balcony was amazing every day. Very good food in town as well. Thanks to Dan and Colleen for hosting and to Carlos for administering and taking care of everything locally for our stay, and for the great recommendations. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had an amazing family trip in this home. We have been coming to Bucerias for over 6 years and this was our favorite place. You can’t beat the location and pool!

Dan and Colleen’s condo is the perfect spot for a family or two couples. They were very accommodating of all our needs and answered our questions promptly. The Belle Vie is located on one of the best parts of the Bucerias beach and is close to great restaurants and within walking distance of old town. Highly recommend this lovely condo.

Dan’s place was lovely, comfortable and well appointed, in an incredible setting. With the pool and the ocean just down a flight of stairs, what more could you ask for? Bucerias is a lovely town with everything you need nearby. We found a variety of wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance, and took an excursion to Las Animas, only reachable by boat. Dan was a charming host, and cohost Maria was kind and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
