we had a lot of fun the place is amazing, truly feels like a home. the place is really well designed, allowing everyone to have a private place on one hand, while being able to sit together for meals, or just afternoon fun. all amenities worked perfectly, and overall, its been one of the best Airbnb's I have encountered over the years. Craig was super friendly, very easy to communicate with, and just in general a super host overall. I truly hope next time we will visit we could stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful time :)

Beautiful house in a great location. Everyone has their on area with open shared space in and out. Pool was great to dip in after surfing or in the evening. Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. Would definitely book it again.

Amazing stay. Perfect

We had a wonderful 10 days here! The house exceeded our expectations and was better than it had seemed in the photos. Beautifully laid out and appointed, comfortable and practical, we had everything that we needed. Location was excellent!! Very short and easy walk to the beach and town/restaurants/shopping. I will say, that I was happy to have a vehicle as it was very hot in May. For groceries we went to Nosara, and the car made it easy. To get to the main street and shops in Playa Guiones, we found it easiest (and coolest) to walk along the beach and then duck up the street from the lifeguard tower. We were there to surf with the kids and the beach did not disappoint. Waves were constant, the water warm, and the beach fantastic for walking. Most afternoons were spent in the pool watching the 'monkey show', a group of monkeys that came to feast in the mango tree.

We loved every minute of our stay! The pictures do not do this house justice. The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well stocked. We loved the location as well. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We stayed here with 3 other couples for a week. We were in Nosara for a friend's wedding and this place was amazing for our group! There was a ton of space and the bedrooms were all great for multiple couples. It was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the beds were all comfortable. It was close enough to town to easily get there and the beach is only 5 minutes away. The property management company was great and gave us a direct contact through Whats app which was very helpful. They gave us some restaurant recommendations and were able to order Tuk Tuks for us. Overall I would highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back.

Even by the standard of beautiful Guiones homes, Casa Zeni was special. Great layout inside and out, comfortable with all amenities and surrounded by lush green trees and fauna. A magical place for sure.

The house is beautiful and the Alba Properties team was so helpful and communicative throughout our stay. There was a statewide power outage one day but since the house ran on solar everything still worked! However, after that we had some issues with water and power outages of our own, but again the Alba team was so helpful. Would definitely recommend this location if you will be spending lots of time at Bakers Beach!

My family had a great stay at Casa Zeni and loved Nosara. The house is located in a quiet area with great access to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed being close to the Bodhi Tree resort and took yoga/pilates classes and used the gym there. We had one issue with the hot water but Craig and the local guest service crew were very responsive. Overall a great place at a reasonable price!

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Playa Guiones! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The space is stunning—tastefully decorated, super clean, and filled with everything I needed and more. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. I also loved the thoughtful touches throughout, like beach towels, and local recommendations from the host. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. It truly exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend!
