The Space

Casa Zeni is a tropical modern retreat featuring five bedrooms, designed by local architects to offer luxury, tranquility, and a close connection with nature. Surrounded by lush trees and cooled by ocean breezes, the home allows you to hear the waves and observe wildlife from the porch or pool area. An additional office with a sofa bed provides flexibility for guests or remote work.

Located between Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort and the surf at Playa Guiones, it is just a short walk to world-class surfing, yoga sessions, sunsets, and tide pools.

Inside, Casa Zeni blends modern architecture with natural beauty. Floor-to-ceiling windows and soaring two-story ceilings create a bright, open living space that seamlessly connects indoors and outdoors. The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across five well-appointed bedrooms.

On the main floor, there is a master suite plus two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. A cozy TV room/office with a single bed adds extra sleeping space. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have their own bathrooms, a kitchenette, and an outdoor terrace surrounded by treetops.

The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, making meal preparation enjoyable. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before dining at the 12-person patio table or the intimate terrace table upstairs. Multiple seating areas offer ideal spots for gatherings or quiet relaxation.

The property includes a charming infinity pool with a deck perfect for lounging or stargazing. A Sonos sound system allows you to set the perfect atmosphere with your favorite music.

Nestled in Nosara’s exclusive K Section, Casa Zeni is steps from Playa Guiones and surrounded by Costa Rica’s vibrant natural landscape. The area offers a variety of activities including yoga at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, wildlife excursions, and spa treatments. Guests can also explore local dining, boutique shops, and other attractions.

While there is no dedicated concierge service, the hosts provide knowledgeable recommendations to help plan your stay.

Additional Information

• Insects: Costa Rica’s rich biodiversity includes insects. Despite window and door screens and air conditioning in every room, guests may encounter various bugs and ants during their stay.

• Water and Power: Occasional interruptions in water and electricity supply can occur due to weather or municipal maintenance. The home is equipped with a backup water tank and battery backup for internet to minimize disruptions. Refunds will not be issued for outages beyond the host’s control.

• House Layout: The two upstairs bedrooms are accessed via an outdoor staircase separate from the main house.

• Internet Reliability: The property uses both Starlink and local fiber optic internet for redundancy. While short power outages are covered by backup systems, extended outages may disrupt internet service. Alternative connectivity options can be suggested if needed.
