The house, paddle tennis court, barbecue, pool and jacuzzi require investment and maintenance. The house has spaces with a lot of humidity and doors that don't open well. The paddle tennis court needs cleaning, the glass needs cleaning, a net so the balls don't fly out, and new grass. The jacuzzi doesn't work. The service room had a lot of cobwebs and a lot of humidity. The house is already 30 years old and requires renovation or maintenance of several areas in order to continue collecting that rent. I thought it was very high for what it is.
