The place is very recommendable , it is a big house but very flexible access to all rooms and places, the view is espectacular.

It's a GREAT place to stay with family and friends. You hardly need to go out because of everything there is, and the house is very comfortable. I would definitely come back.

It has a very nice view, the facilities are pleasant, the view from the dining room is incredible, and the gentlemen who help out at the house are super friendly and attentive at all times, and that's always very satisfying. As a positive comment, perhaps I would like the rooms to be a little more cozy or more lively. Overall, our stay was a 10!!!

The pool is spacious, the rooms are comfortable, and there is a large green area with fruit trees. During my stay, we had mangoes, tamarind, soursop, and papayas. It is definitely worth it, and the host is also very flexible and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Quinta Mary Sol is a very nice place; the gardens are huge and well maintained, with access to the lake, and the pool is perfect. The country house is for your group only; it is very private. The people who provide assistance and maintenance are always attentive and ready to help. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms; the common areas, such as the dining room, living room, and kitchen, are also spacious for large groups. There are plenty of areas to spend time together. The kitchen and some of the bathrooms could benefit from a bit of maintenance, but nothing that would prevent you from having a pleasant stay. Marysol is always attentive and just a message away; she responds immediately. I highly recommend this property. This is our second time staying here, and we would stay here again.

The property is a space like few others. The layout of the house is suitable for families or groups of friends. It has a spacious living room and dining rooms both inside and outside that invite you to share and make lunches and meals an ideal moment. The garden is beautiful; wooded and with a pool ideal for people of all ages. The best part is the beach on the lake shore; it's simply sensational. My trip was family and my parents loved the property. I highly recommend it. The people who helped us with the food have good seasoning and are very attentive. The host is attentive and very kind. I recommend this stay over other similar ones. Definitely a place I would return to.

Access to the lake with playa! I haven't seen anything the same. Several of the people I went with already make plans to rent to Mary Sol in the future. On one side the hotel you can park for a fee, super comfortable. you take pizzas, burgers, wings and pantry from nearby places. there right there you wash boats and jet skis. You have everything to have a great time. Use the lake 10 downhill is super efficient. We will be back without any hesitation. The view of the lake is spectacular by the way from all levels of the house !

The house is just as shown in the pictures. It's worth noting the excellent kitchenware, which is a very important plus, as well as the variety of tableware. The kitchen is a pleasure. You can tell that the accommodation is being renovated, and it's greatly appreciated. There are still some areas to be renovated, but the renovated areas are excellent. The garden, the pool and the beach are spectacular. I recommend it and I would definitely go again.

Very nice accommodation. It has a huge green area that our dogs and we enjoyed very much, and with the pool and easy access to the lake, it's even more enjoyable. The kitchen staff (extra service) were very friendly and they cook very well. I recommend them. The living room does not have air conditioning and can get very hot, and the refrigerator may take a little longer than normal to cool.

Doña Cande is super kind, helpful, has a good sense of humor, and above all, it is worth mentioning that Doña Cande cooks more than delicious food. For us, it was perfect to hire the cooking and cleaning service with Ms. Cande... because that way we didn't have to worry and we could focus on enjoying the house and our family and friends to the fullest. Each of the rooms has 100% soundproofing, meaning no outside noise enters. A place to enjoy to the fullest. The house is amazing. The photos don't do it much justice for advertising. A nice house to spend the weekend. I went with friends and we enjoyed the stay. Cande was super attentive all the time. Lupita cooked delicious food for us. It's really worth hiring her for the days of the stay. The house is in front of the lake. The pool is very enjoyable, but I recommend that you ask to turn on the boiler in time because it takes a long time to warm the water. The rooms are well distributed and the house is very well located.

The house is in an AMAZING location, but in my family's opinion, it needs some maintenance (these are small things, but they could make a difference). I hope you can give it to them to avoid any unpleasantness. Other than that, everything was amazing. The service from the staff was excellent; both Cande and Jesús are incredible people, always attentive and willing to help us. Communication with Soledad is very fast, and she is always available! I recommend building a bathroom near the pool, because the bathrooms in the rooms are a bit far away.

We decided to spend the new year here, the location is very good and the property is as described, it is very nice and in good condition, it is very nice and in good condition, the garden is very nice and in good condition. I recommend it, we were a group of 11 people between children and adults and we all had a great time, the property is safe. We requested the cook service, we were attended by Mrs. Elsa, excellent, Mr. José who takes care of the property also got us a boat ride and the same can do for skiing on the lake. In the rooms downstairs there is little hot water (it must be the location, and something that in another time of the year I think would not be noticed), in the other rooms everything is perfect...the beach on the lake is ideal for children.

It is a very nice place to stay with private access to the lake. The house is very large and you have a great view of the lake. The balcony is north facing and therefore in the shade. The garden is huge and there is a heated pool. We were there in mid-November and it is recommended to book the pool heating (at extra cost). Directly from the house you can rent jet skis and/or a boat to explore the lake. There is a hotel with a restaurant right next door. Don't forget insect repellent. We will be happy to come back!!

The house is a gem on Lake Tequesquitengo. The gardens of the property are beautiful and allow you to spend hours enjoying the pool.

The house is much better than what you see in the photos, the beach is great and the pool is very clean, they ask for heating to make the most of it. The lady who cooks is highly recommended, has a very rich season and lets you really enjoy the stay, we will surely return if there is opportunity.
