We had an incredible stay. The house was super clean and met all expectations. It was a quiet place. The host responded quickly to messages. Everything was perfect. The pool water was super warm. I highly recommend the house. When I come back on vacation, I would book the same place.

Great place to stay at with friends or family. Very close to the beach and the host was very responsive. There are cameras in the front and backyard. Overall great stay, only advice would be to provide the dart board and board games that are advertised.

Spent the weekend with family. The house was accommodating and roomy enough for 8 people. The beach was close to the residence and the Malicon and other restaurants and shopping was just a short drive away. I’ll definitely book again.

The house is very nice, although it's a bit far from the stores; you have to bring everything you need. Apart from that, it is spectacular, very cozy.

Thank you for letting us stay! We had a great time and really enjoyed our visit. The house was very clean, the pool was great, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Check-in was easy, and Armando was very responsive whenever we had questions. The water pressure was also great, which is always a plus! If you’re looking for a place that can comfortably accommodate a family or if you just need extra space, this is definitely the place to stay. We would happily come back again!

Great stay, clean, safe, private home.

We will definitely return to this property. It's our first time staying at the residence, and for our extended family gathering, with relatives from Arizona and California meeting in Rocky Point, it proved to be an excellent choice for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time with ample space to move around. The children enjoyed visiting the beach and then swimming in the pool.

Armando was very responsive and helpful with all the questions I had about our stay. We especially loved the pool table and the large dining room table. The pool was nice as well, but due to the colder November weather we weren’t able to use it—something Armando kindly let us know about ahead of time. The beach, however, was within walking distance, and we spent a lot of time there during our trip. The drive through the development to get to the house was a bit long, but the beautiful homes along the way made it enjoyable. Overall, we had a very nice, relaxing stay. Thank you, Armando!

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy. I especially appreciated the little touches—fresh towels, coffee and tea, and local recommendations that made my trip even better. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. If you are booking for a large group, I recommend bringing or buying at the Walmart near by…extra paper towels, toilet paper, sponge for dishes, paper plates. Bring your own beach towels.

The house was fully equipped with kitchen utensils, bowls, etc. Towels. Everything was clean. The price was worth it and the location was also great.

Great place to stay

This was our second year booking Casa Esmeralda and it was perfect. Great location, spacious home, basically private beach this time of year (late September ). GREAT for families. My kids and dogs were in heaven. Armando is responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Great space to stay with large group, private beach is beautiful and quiet. Needs a little bit of upkeep but place is clean and has all the essentials minus personal toiletries. Take your personal paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies. Other than that, place is safe and fun.

Great for big group! Pool and close to the beach. Definitely coming back to Casa Esmeralda!

This home was great! Very spacious, clean home. Great family home. The beach is like a 3 min. walk and very easy to get too. This home does not have toiletries. Might need your own essentials (paper towels ,laundry detergent), we didn't have any during our stay.. The pool/backyard was great! If you brings kids it's perfect for them. Over all We loved casa Esmeralda.

was a very good days all like the pictures very clean and equipped. the only think was missing was the darts and the pool table need work and a good set of ball the 8 was missing

First time visiting Puerto Peñasco. The host Armando was super and fast responsive to any questions we had. The house is super clean and comfortable. Located in a very nice area near the beach. Kitchen is fully equipped. Rooms are big and beds are confortable. The house is just great! Stores, restaurants and any activities are near by. I highly recommend this house. 10/10

The house is huge and accommodated 14 of us without issue. it is very close to the beach which we basically had to ourselves. Overall, it was a great place in a great location. Our host was super responsive and made everything easy and convenient!

It was a great place to stay. Its a very nice house very easy to access. I stayed in the master/primary bedroom and it was great. I loved that it had its private bathroom. I loved the showers🚿. This is a recommended house especially for the summer. The pool was gorgeous but we couldn’t use it because weather was fresh so not a good idea to get in. It was a great stay and host was great at responding.

myself and 8 others stayed here for 4 nights 5 days and felt very comfortable and at home. check in was very easy with the smart lock. easy walk to the beach and the beach chairs he keeps at the home for you to use was such a plus!

We loved staying here! Plenty of space for everyone and it was easy to find. The only down side is we ran out of towels, but there was a washer so it was an easy fix. I thought it was originally closer to the beach so we had to drive and then walk down. Armando was quick with responses and answered all questions. Overall it was great!

My family and I spent 4 nights at Casa Esmeralda and it was honestly one of the best vacations we have ever had! We loved the spacious house and kitchen, the pool was wonderful for afternoons after our kids had their fill of the beach, and most importantly the house was clean, quiet, and safe! It was very centrally located and we went into town a few times. We even took advantage of the in home masseuse offering which was extremely affordable and the best massage I’ve ever had. Armando was a great host, very responsive. We will be back! Tip: eat at La curva. Delicious and great service.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Esmeralda. The house was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, clean bathrooms, nice swimming pool in the back and new kitchen appliances. The host Armando was always responsive, recommended places to eat and was very professional. I highly recommend staying at Casa Esmeralda, we'll definitely be staying there again.

Loved our stay! Our family of 12 fit perfectly. We had a lot of fun in the pool. The only problem was the ants in the kitchen counter, but I understand it was the humidity. Other than that I would love to come back.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY WOULD DEFINETLY COME BACK

the house is incredible of very good size and with a lot of entertainment, but it has details to repair the zinc drain has a valde placed, we ran the water one night in the middle of the bathroom (which was always attended incredible) and the pool was with quite a lot of dirt in the background, the pool table is in very bad condition and the darts game is incomplete and it does not work out all the amazing comfortable beds all clean very quiet private place, we would return to this beautiful place without a doubt

The house was very welcoming and private. Spacious and we had no issues in accessing the house. The beach was not that close to the house but the balcony views at night were memorable.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! Armando was very responsive to any questions I had about the area and recommended some great restaurants. We did end up calling the masseuse to come and it was the greatest massage I’ve ever had! I wish I could’ve had her come every day. I will say the beach was a bit further than 99 steps, but still close enough. 20 minutes to downtown and restaurants. There is a small market right up the road that was convenient for snacks. One room that is not updated on the listing is a bunk bed room, which my kids loved. There are two full size bunk beds and a full size bed in there too, so plenty of room for 5 to sleep! Just note the downstairs full bathroom and the bathroom upstairs (not the master) showers do not get very hot. The master bathroom shower does. We had a great stay and would recommend this home to our friends and family. Hope to be back in the near future!!

My family and I were pleased with Armando’s attentions, the house was like the pictures. In my opinion the refrigerator need’s attention, one night rained water came inside 2 up stairs bedroom’s. We loved the dining room, the space for our baby to explore in her baby walker, the beach is so near we went on a walk every morning. But overall we had a blast and can wait to return.
