We loved the stay. The place is very spacious and super well equipped, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils for elaborate meals. The view of the place was phenomenal, the green areas were very well cared for and beautiful, I would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay!! The house is really nice, huge, the pool was very clean and the water was warm, it has too many spaces to do any activity, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the kitchen is beautiful, it has everything you can imagine. We will definitely be back. And finally, the host was super friendly, always attentive to everything and the people who are there looking after the house were also very friendly, attentive to everything and super respectful.

It was a family trip. All the rooms were comfortable and clean. The house is attractive. The garden is a very good size and very well arranged. There were spaces for everyone and very spacious: terrace, terrace next to the pool, living room and kitchen, as well as very well equipped. We had a great time!

The house is super nice, in excellent condition, with a swimming pool, a large garden and a spectacular view of the lake. Its location is unbeatable, and it is perfectly equipped to meet all the needs of its guests. Totally recommended to spend a few days relaxing on the shore of the lake. Communication with the hosts was super fast and very effective!

The place is just AMAZING, what you see it is really what you get and more. Big open spaces, private areas to rest, great view, very well equipped. Open communication, kind treatment, They accepted our dogs , we had a perfect relax space to enjoy. The house is great.

Very nice place, comfortable, view, service... Overall it was an amazing experience, but doing the moonlit walk with my family... was another level, plus we were lucky enough to see fireworks that night.

We threatened to return! Concepción's accommodation simply has it all: good layout for adults, spacious and comfortable rooms, they left us details in each room, the cleanliness is impeccable, the kitchen is super equipped, you don't need more and above all the pool was always clean and at a good temperature; my pet was happy running around the garden. It was a pleasure to spend the weekend in the villa and we will definitely book again with my whole family.

Mompracem is the most wonderful place if you're looking for a place to relax. Completely equipped and more, the cleanest place I stayed, cozy, modern and big (15 people). Conce and her team will attend you as royalty. :) The Pool and BBQ area are perfect for the afternoon / sun set meal. I couldn't expect more!!

Villa Mompracem is an amazing property with incredible views of Chapala and the mountains beyond. The property is very well maintained by Manuel and Liz and it shows they take pride in their work. Our family had an amazing time at the property and especially loved the large yard and the heated pool. We also really enjoyed the large kitchen which is very clean and has all the cooking utensils we needed. The parking for our three cars behind the garage doors also was a huge bonus as we knew our cars were safe the whole time. We had an excellent experience at this property and intend on staying here again in the future!

My family and I had a very nice Christmas, the house had some simple and beautiful Christmas decorations! Everything was very clean and 100% sanitized. Beautiful view, lots of garden area for children!

Villa Mompracem is the perfect place to enjoy and relax with the family: its 6 warm and always clean bedrooms (4 with their own bathroom and two sharing one), its spacious kitchen, its comfortable and cozy living room, its terraces, its pool, everything is comfortable, neat, well designed, decorated with exquisite taste, intelligently equipped so that you find just what you need (and much more than you imagine). The layout of the space is unbeatable, the natural lighting generates well-being. The huge garden and the campfire niche invite you to enjoy the night and see the stars.
