The house was very beautiful. All the rooms matched the images and the house was so breathtaking from the scenery to the decor everything was amazing. The beach was so close as well it was perfect. Robert was very accommodating even when presented with an electrical issue he resolved the problem right away and we were able to enjoy our stay. Would stay again with my family. We all loved the house.

Place was very clean and spacious. Had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Had a great there . Really appreciate the hospitality of the owner will definitely be returning to this house .

Robert was an absolutely lovely host! His house is extremely artistically decorated, each room is themed, it’s super fun! It’s a short walk right to the beach, the patio has a bunch of beautiful plants on it. The house is well stocked with dishes, I would even say overstocked, we had so many options for cups and glasses and things. Robert was super accommodating, I would highly recommend his place!

We enjoyed every day of our weeklong stay. The place is perfect for our large group of 10. House is perfect and beach is walking distance. Bob helped us in the planning phase of our family vacation! Bob was accommodating and we were able to check-in early. The house is so beautiful and had more than enough room for my family of 9 adults. It’s a 5min walk to the beach. The rooftop deck allowed us to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Highly recommend 10/10

The home was super clean and beautiful. The view to the ocean from the balcony is breathtaking. Walking distance to the beach was key for my teens. I had to work 2 days and had no issues with the WIFI. The home and all it provided exceeded our expectations! My husband said he wished he could bring the home back with us!

Bob’s place was super cozy felt like home the views were amazing, every room was so neat and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. It’s well equipped! The beach was just a few steps from the house. Bob was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be coming back.

The home is beautifully decorated and there were plants everywhere! It worked perfectly for the size group we had with six large bedrooms, great patio space and two living rooms. The kitchen was the main gathering space which was fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need to prepare your feast. The beach in Las Conchas is pristine and beautiful. We felt as if we were on a private beach that was only a 5-minute walk from the house. Bob was a great host and we plan on returning in the future.

This was our second time staying at this spot, and we loved it. It was perfect for our group, and we felt right at home. The house is clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a great experience. Bob is a wonderful host and is always friendly, helpful, and responsive. We had quick access to the beach, great views, comfortable beds, and great water pressure in the showers with hot water and no issues. Thanks again!

Celebrated my wife’s 30th birthday with family and close friends, the place was very spacious with more than enough room. The two bedrooms upstairs didn’t have a closet but a mobile clothing rack was provided to compensate. It was a fun time overall, I definitely would come back to las conchas!

House has a spacious layout, great location walkable distance to the beach. Kitchen has many utensils, containers and seasonings in stock. Some Microwave buttons did not work and Washer was disconnected due to water shortages but we were all able to take comfortable showers. A/Cs worked great, the house was cool all day long. Some of the religious decorations gave our family a weird vibe but other than that, plenty of lounging areas, balconies & furniture for a large group.

There was eight of us and Bob’s place was everything we hoped for. Spacious and comfortable. Having downstairs bedrooms and multiple bathrooms made things super convenient. Two living rooms with TVs were great. Ample balconies were great to have. House remained cool throughout stay as owners setting were perfectly comfortable. Lots of ceiling fans. Highly recommend.. My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this beautiful property for my birthday weekend in Puerto Peñasco. The house is gorgeous and super spacious inside and out, and we definitely took advantage of it being a 5 minute walk to the beach (which wasn’t crowded at all). I completely recommend this home to any large families or friend groups looking to vacation in Rocky Point, and I hope to come back and stay here again myself. Thanks again Bob for allowing us to make some great memories in this perfect space!

This is our 2nd time in Las Conchas. This is the place to be if you want to enjoy RP without the raucous. The private beach is just a street down, which we love. The place is beautiful and safe. Bob's house was clean and just as described. He was very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We had a great time staying at this place. The house was spacious and the kitchen was very nice. We had a large group and everyone felt comfortable in their rooms and common areas. The balcony and outside areas were very nice and the beach was just a few minute's walk. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Great place for large groups. We had a great stay.

The house was perfect for our group of 11 and has a very welcoming vibe. Very uniquely decorated, very colorful and vibrant home! Sundeck and patio were very nice and cozy. The neighborhood was very quiet. No complaints about the house nor the host!

I stayed here with my family and the house was perfect. There is a lot of patio room to hang out with family and see the ocean view. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. I would recommend staying here.

Bob was a fantastic host. The house was exactly as described--in a beautiful traditional Mexican style. The amenities and rules were very clear, posted on the website and in the house so there was no miscommunication. He was quick with recommendations and help when asked. We will certainly be renting from him again sometime.

A really great to stay. The rooms are nice and clean. There's plenty of space for a large group to relax and chat. The view from the upper decks is really beautiful, and the walk to the beach is easy and quick. Bob is also very quick to answer questions.

The house is just as described. Spacious 6 bedroom 4 bath house with great view to the ocean. We stayed here for a family reunion and it did not disappoint. The kitchen is upstairs, so during our breakfast the view was amazing. All 4 families were very pleased. Thank you, Bob.

Pictures do not do this house justice! It is so much more beautiful in person. Bob was a great host and left very clear directions to the house and for checking in. The house also had the best stocked kitchen in terms of dishes/utensils/cookware of any AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Overall, a great stay and I know where I want to stay next time I come back to Rocky Point!

Bob’s house is fantastic! It was super clean, relaxing and beautifully decorated. We had everything to make our trip one of the best ever. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The water pressure was outstanding and the hot water was perfect. The house has a marvelous view of the Sea of Cortez and the beach is a short walk. We will certainly be returning to Bob’s lovely home.

Really can’t think of anything that was less than ideal. Fast and easy communication, Bob was helpful with my questions about the area, the house has everything a large group could want and is a five minute walk to the water. I will likely use this airBNB again next year. The bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs and not all right next to each other, so that’s nice for privacy. For a group of 10 like we had, it was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Great house, Bob is an excellent host! would recommend to get some crab shoes or walk further to enjoy beach without rocks.

Bob was very courteous and responsive. His place was exactly as the description said. What I liked most about his place is it fit our family of 12 with ease and was jus steps to the beach. Honestly you save a lot of money by moving back a row and renting a home and the walk is short like 100-150 yards to the beach tops. Plus his home is further down las conchas which a great feature quiet and has the better beach ( less rocks). I wouldn’t go by the negative comment on here about he was “next door” and got after them for being loud. We never saw or heard from him. And it’s like anything else if your a big party family and gonna be up till 2am stay inside and be courteous. Thanks again Bob see ya next year Scotty

This place is amazing guys! The pics don't do it justice. The view from the roof top terrace is amazing! We had our dinner on the main floor balcony and it was such a beautiful setting. 5 minute walk to the beach. 15 minute drive to town. Check in/out was a breeze. Very nice birthday staycation for my wife.

Our stay was so pleasant as the house was very clean. The well equipped kitchen was very helpful during our entire stay. The bedding is of such good quality that offered good rest in every bedroom. We enjoyed the views, the decor and overall feel of the home. Excellent choice.

Great place to stay, close to the beach. The house is spacious enough for at least two families. All the amenities you would need to cook in the kitchen and plenty of outdoor space with the 3 different patios. Bob is really easy and fast to communicate with.

Beautiful home inside and out. Outstanding decor throughout the home. Minutes away from the beach. Large size showers and bedrooms. All kitchen appliances.
