The property is large and can accomodate large groups depending on the reserved units. Our host provided clear directions and instructions to get inside. Everything was clean and in good working order. The neighborhood is beautiful, close to the entrance to Antigua and within walking distance of the Parque Central, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. We had a wonderful time here and, hopefully, we’ll be returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable—an easy walk to the center of Antigua Guatemala, yet peaceful and perfect for a family gathering. We celebrated Christmas here with our family, and the house was absolutely ideal for all 17 of us. Plenty of space to be together and still feel comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for large groups and special celebrations!

The house is beautiful and very comfortable! It is very close to the main entrance into Antigua Guatemala. The spaces are spacious and have everything you need to go as a family. The hosts are quick to respond and resolved all our doubts.

An excellent house to stay in large groups. We went as a family and we really liked the house, everything was very nice and clean. The location was great to avoid the traffic of downtown Antigua but within walking distance to the most touristic places and restaurants.

We were shocked on how beautiful and clean the place looked once we set foot inside. The upstairs on the patio was the cherry on the top, we were even able to see one of the volcanoes erupt.

Definitely one of the best places I've stayed. We were a relatively small group (9 people) and we fit perfectly and there was still room. Nice spaces and common areas. We felt right at home. The tourist places are a 15-minute walk away and you really don't feel it.

Great place, close to the main part of town but far enough you don’t get the noise. You can see the volcano from the rooftop. Got everyone comfortable with a big main kitchen that was plenty to cook for 11. Great stay overall.

The accommodation was suitable for our family of five, it is well located (the center is a 10-15 minute walk away), everything was very clean. The only downside was that for one night our neighbors were very noisy. Despite this one incident, we had a very nice time in Antigua and at this accommodation.

Nice place, everything is very complete, kitchen, bathrooms, rooms, clean and tidy, very pleasant atmosphere and close to restaurants in the area. The parking lot is small, but you can leave the vehicle outside too, in case you are in a large group. The beds are a little firmer than we expected and we needed an iron for clothes. Otherwise, it's a 100!

This house was so spacious and great! It had a lot of beds. Big kitchen and dinning area. Big closet in main room for luggage and to get ready. It felt cozy. It has hot water. Although the water pressure was not so great to shower, it was still a great deal for what we paid. I recommend for big families😊

The pictures don’t do it justice—this place is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We traveled as a big family, and the layout couldn’t have been more perfect. My son and his girlfriend stayed in one unit, my brother and his family in another, and my family in the third. It gave everyone their own space while keeping us all together. The views of the volcano are breathtaking—seriously something special to wake up to. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Antigua’s Central Park, but we truly enjoyed the stroll. The walk is scenic and peaceful, and even the kids loved it thanks to all the beautiful surroundings. We’re already looking forward to coming back and staying at this gem in Antigua again. Highly recommend!

We had quite a large group there and we absolutely loved it! The common areas had plenty of pace for us. We had an issue with one toilet but they responded and fixed it very quickly. Highly recommend for large groups.

Was with a large group so we rented the entire place. The only default was that the lights turned off downstairs and very early, other than that, it was a beautiful stay.

The accommodation was great! Spacious, homey, very nice. The amenities are spectacular, the kitchen is fully equipped, sofa, super comfortable beds and wow sheets. This place was beautiful. There are three apartments in one lot, so you can easily disturb the other guests without meaning to. But We enjoyed our stay, the only bad part was that, since there are quiet hours from 10 pm- 10 am and we arrived in late (the owner knew) a lady came out to tell us to stay quiet that they were trying to sleep. Other than that everything was good.

Fabio and Andrea’s listing was great! It was extremely well cleaned and taken care of. We appreciated having some shampoo, soap, and snacks available if needed. This house is in a very safe and private area of Antigua. Central Park is about a 20 minute walk. I would stay here again.

This place is truly a compound and such an incredible spot. Great location with a 15 minute walk to the city center. The view from the rooftop of the surrounding volcanoes is also amazing!

This is a wonderful place to stay, especially if you have a family. It is a little bit set aside from the Maine downtown area, but I thought that this was overall a plus. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Parque Central in Antigua. A great set up if you have a family as there are three separate "homes" each of which have several bedrooms. It is worth noting that there is not air conditioning in this home. This is pretty standard for other homes in Antigua, as far as I can tell, though some of the hotels do you have air-conditioning and it can get pretty warm. Overall, I would absolutely consider staying here again for my next visit to Antigua.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The house has everything you need. We spent Holy Week and were able to walk everywhere because everything is walking distance. We paid for the whole house but only ended up using six rooms. My husband and I ended up staying in room 8. This one has a balcony to the main hall of the house and a window to the street.

The accommodation is incredible is very well equipped and is located in a very quiet area of La Antigua guatemala, they have several services for micro payments as a minimum bar, earlier entrance or later departure are very inflexible with that theme even if there is no longer anyone inside the accommodation, the garden lights go out alone and cannot be turned on at will. The hosts and staff are very friendly and dedicated.

The place is actually a group of 10 individual, locking rooms, with a common area and kitchen. We were a group of 16, and we rented the entire compound. It was perfect for us.

This space was perfect for our teams last weekend before heading out of Guatemala- huge, spacious kitchen for shared meals, large and comfortable beds, and great outdoor spaces for hanging out! The villas were clean, quiet, and beautiful. The water was hot (not a foregone conclusion in Antigua)! The rooms are warm, but the fans help a lot. The hosts were quick to respond when I had questions and check out was a breeze. There are other people that live on the property but they were quiet and came in and out without bothering any of us. I highly recommend this place

This Airbnb was an excellent choice for our large family gathering, providing a comfortable meeting point to enjoy family time with everyone who had flown in for our family's celebration. The compound is just as shown in the map provided in the listing, the layout was perfect, and gave everyone enough space to spread out, while at the same time providing lots of common spaces to spend time together. The house was very clean, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, amenities are great, beds are comfortable, communication went smooth and it is clear why this Airbnb is so highly rated, as the hosts go out of their way to make sure guests have a great stay. The town square is about a 15 min. walk, there is a "convenience" store a block away for anything you may need, as well as a really good breakfast spot (AM breakfast) only a short 3 min. walk on the same street. I hope we are lucky enough to have the opportunity to return soon.

Had an amazing stay at the "compound". Lots of privacy for individuals in their rooms, but also lots of great gathering spots for the group. Before arrival the diagram helped us understand the layout of the place and assign bedrooms. Very helpful!
