Jesús was always very attentive, and the house was clean and in perfect condition. It's close to two very large squares with all the shops. The pool water is very nice. The house has plenty of space and several TVs, so the kids can watch whatever they want. It seems to me like an excellent place to come with children.

Overall, the stay was wonderful. The facilities are as shown in the photos. Jesús was super friendly and super attentive, making the stay the best. For a moment, we felt like we were in a hotel because of all the extra attention. The accommodation is inside a very safe private residential development, and right behind a shopping plaza. The location is excellent overall. The pool is very clean and you have the option of a heater for an affordable additional fee. The garden truly transports you to an oasis. The bedrooms are comfortable and have air conditioning. Everything you need (and more) to have a very pleasant stay (he even left us mosquito repellent). Overall, the stay was wonderful and my whole family was very happy. We would definitely go back.

We spent a few very pleasant days. It is a very quiet place, special for relaxing. We enjoyed a clean and extremely well-maintained pool with an ideal temperature suitable for any climate. My pets were happy and enjoyed every corner of the garden. It is really an oasis. The vegetation prevents the sun from directly damaging your skin. It is easy to get in and out due to its proximity to the highway and also to all kinds of restaurants on the way to downtown Cuernavaca. It is a hotel with the comfort of home, and if you like to cook, I found everything to make my dishes. Definitely a place to return to. The attention of Jesús, the host, who is always available for any need or question, really makes you feel that you don't need anything to enjoy your stay. An added bonus is his organic bath products with a wonderful aroma.

Our 8-day stay at Jesús's place exceeded all our expectations. It's a true oasis of peace within a residential development with 24/7 security and an excellent location. Within a few minutes' walk there is a shopping plaza with a variety of cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, and even a movie theater. Right in front of the subdivision there is a safe taxi stand, which we use to get around Cuernavaca. The house is impeccably equipped and has many amenities. The pool was cleaned and prepared every day; the water was always kept at a pleasant temperature of 30°C, a real delight. Jesus is an exceptional host. We received VIP treatment from start to finish, with a level of hospitality we had never experienced before on Airbnb. Thank you very much, Jesús, for your kindness and warmth. The photos don't do the villa justice. It's incredibly beautiful and quiet. Calling it Oasis falls short with everything it offers. Jesús's kindness gives it the perfect touch. He makes you feel part of his project and is always on top of everything. The cleanest pool I've ever swum in. We'll definitely be back.

The place is very cozy, the beds are super comfortable, the pool was at a very good temperature, and I highly recommend the breakfast service, which was delicious and with very good portions. We had a night with wind and rain, which caused the power to go out. We loved that the house has an emergency light that turns on instantly when the power goes out. We will definitely be back.

Spectacular. It's an impeccable space, it's even better than the photos. Jesus' service was genuinely incredible: when he welcomed us, he explained everything about the house (he has a beautiful taste), in general he leaves everything for you to have a good stay. Our family had lots of peaceful nights of sleep. No roosters to walk you up at 2am. Place was magically. Would book here if I am in Cuernavaca again. High praise this property. My family made good use of the pool.

We have been to several Airbnbs but this accommodation definitely far exceeded the previous ones. Mr. Jesus was attentive to our needs but with a discretion that you didn't even notice, but there were several touches that you don't even see in other accommodations, such as complimentary bottles of water and beers, free Nespresso capsules and tea, bags for your dogs and several board games. In short, there are many more touches, but it's better to come and discover them for yourself. You won't regret it. Great Villa to spend a few days with your family. We were 3 kids and 3 adults and it was great. The garden is even more spectacular than the pictures and the hot pool made the children not come out in the 4 days of the water. Jesus' treatment with us is super attentive. There was even a problem with the water heater upstairs and he changed it in 4 hours!!! 100% recommended. We will be back for sure.

Everything was excellent, Jesus was super attentive from day 0 with us, he provided us with all the facilities to arrive, of check-in and check-out times and attention at the villa. My puppies really enjoyed running around the garden all day. In the villa there is everything you need in case you forget something (repellents, disinfectants, medicine cabinet, pool towels etc); super clean beds and bedding. It is very close to the shopping center even for walking. I would definitely come back.

Jesús Alberto's place was a paradise in the middle of the city. The lush backyard with pool was a beautiful place to sit and read. The house was spacious with a private suite upstairs accessed by spiral stairs and possibly the best shower we had in Mexico. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked. Jesús Alberto was an attentive and friendly host. It was the perfect way to end our vacation.
