I loved the place. The host responded quickly to my messages. There was a situation on the day of check-in, but the host responded quickly to my messages and resolved it.

We loved staying there everything was perfect clean and good AC we will definitely be back !!

House was beautiful! Very spacious and very clean. The upstairs tv didn’t work but besides that everything else was a 10/10. Had all the pots and pans needed to make a cookout! Love a house with appliances🩷 great service overall will forsure book again for my birthday again

10/10 would definitely recommend! This 3-story, 4-bedroom home is gorgeous and equipped with everything you need. It’s only a 2-minute walk to the beach, which made our proposal and gender reveal weekend even more perfect. The pool was a huge plus, and the host was fantastic and very responsive. Enjoyed our stay at Claudia’s home. Great location if you want to be able to walk to the private beaches of the community. Definitely great space for 10-12 people. The pool and backyard were clean and enjoyable Kitchen and grill were fully available with appliances The picture show exactly what you will see. A clean and enjoyable place.

Peace and quiet, comfort

The place met the expectations of those of us who stayed there. It has all the amenities, and the host is very friendly.

Excellent condition of the house, all the amenities of the bathrooms and kitchen are excellent, the pool is very clean and the maintenance in general is excellent!

We really loved that beach was so close 1-2 min walk, and then having the pool also was so much fun to kick back at the house and just relax. The house is beautiful. We loved it, and we can't wait to go back.

Nice and modern home in Las Conchas. Close to the beach. I was unable to make the garage work, but no issue as there is plenty of parking. Claudia was a good host and responsive

We had a wonderful week at Claudia’s house. We loved the proximity to the beach and dunes. House is great and walled backyard great for kids/dogs.

We had a fantastic time at Claudia's place! The space was very private and was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The pristine, sparkling pool made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the beach. Claudia was incredibly welcoming and communication was smooth and prompt, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay. I will definitely return!

Overall, great place. You are about 15 minutes away from the malecón. If you are taking a lower car, just know that it will be a little hard to park your car inside the garage/drive way. We appreciated being able to park all of our three cars in a safe place. Very clean and super easy to check in and out! Loved that. There is a neighborhood agreement that no loud music or parties are allowed after 10PM. We would definitely stay again.

House it’s beautiful and the location is walking distance to the ocean and minutes away from restaurants and the Malecón. Claudia was a text away to answer any questions and to solve little hiccups we had. You have to save water that is a must! Like I said, you will have a great time at this place just be mindful that you are away from town so utilities may not be consistent because of the distance and well…you are in Mexico. Don’t let this discourage you from visiting, Claudia it’s awesome and she will solve any issues you have in a prompt and professional manner. We are looking forward returning soon.

This house was the perfect getaway for a family weekend, it has a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space, laundry and everything you might need to feel right at home. Something to point out and recognize is their response time from their maintenance person, we had a situation with the gas tanks for the grill on the back and they delivered a new gas tank in a very good time frame taking in consideration the location of the house. Their responsivenes was amazing!! We are definitely coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home. You have everything you need to make meals at home; the kitchen is well stocked. It was very quiet and relaxing. We were close to the beach. We enjoyed coming back from the beach to a nice BBQ. The house and yard area was spacious. There was enough room for all eight of us to be together as well as have our own quiet space. We would stay again. I highly recommend Claudia's place!

The house is very nice very comfortable everything.

Our family had a great time at the home. We BBQ, enjoyed the outside patio, enjoyed the pool, even if it was cold, loved sitting on the decks enjoying the beautiful views and sunsets, used the body board and enjoyed upstairs and downstairs sitting areas and large tv's. It was great having the on site washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, pots and pans and really anything we needed. The beach was close and not crowded. We saw security often and felt safe at all times. The only thing we could have used were closets, but we survived. We had a delightful Christmas holiday and thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful home. Thank you.

Beautiful place, everything we could ask for and more. Beds are very comfortable and the place is very spacious and clean. We felt safe and appreciate the gated parking.
