Excellent place, exactly as shown in the photos, very comfortable, private and cozy. Just keep in mind that the shops are a few minutes away, nothing special, and the access is a dirt road (low vehicles can pass but it can be a struggle), but still an excellent place to stay, 100% recommended.

Everything was great. The host was attentive at all times. The apartment is as seen in the photos. In fact, I could say it's even better. Very good spaces. Everything was spotless and comfortable. I went with my family and we felt right at home at all times. We would come back without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Harbor 171. This unit in particular had everything that we needed including little niceties like we didn't have to buy sugar, salt , pepper etc like you usually do with condos. Of course the view is fantastic. The kitchen was very well outfitted for our group of five and we cooked a lot. Moikkarental was very communicative, and gave me walkthrough when we got in. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful place , had a great time with my family . Pools are amazing and the beach is right beside them . Johanna was very helpful and polite . The building is nice and everything worked perfect . Certainly considering coming back soon .

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The apartment is really nice, with an incredible view (the view is even better than what you can see in the photos). The pools and all the amenities are exactly as described, and the hosts were always responsive to messages and attentive to everything we needed. I highly recommend it.

Very nice place. The complex has everything you need for a good rest vacation. The fully-equipped kitchen. The view of the apartment is excellent. The beach is beautiful and has all the services including restaurant service on the beach with good prices and even massage service also at a good price. To get out of the area you need a car like anywhere in the area.

The apartment was breathtaking, with a stunning view of the beach and beautifully curated space. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I loved that the roof had a 360 degree view and options to sit and sunbathe. Lovely place- would recommend.

Fantastic location and a very attentive host. You will not regret staying here. The place is much more welcoming than it appears and better located. Central air conditioning, at-unit trash collection and there are a full compliment of cooking pots pans etc. And a private elevator is always nice. It takes you not only to the lobby but also to the rooftop pools and gym and sauna directly. There is a very affordable restaurant on site with hours 10 am to 8 pm that also services the private beach. If arriving by taxi or Uber be certain to focus the driver that you are going to “Maritima.” Otherwise it can be confusing as several places use the word “Flamingos”. DO NOT USE THE AIRBNB GPS LOCATION. It’s totally wrong.

It is an apartment with everything you need, it is modern and tasteful. Communication with the host was excellent, he was always attentive to our needs. We wouldn't hesitate to come back. We loved it!!
