A really cool place to stay. The only thing is, at the end, the water ran out, and the washer wouldn't spin, and the dryer wouldn't dry.😄

Great relaxing place to stay

Excellent place for vacations! 😎 Family and also always cared for us and helped us in what we needed. Eduardo the manager, he is a great person and very helpful, the facilities are very clean, very quiet area. As an observation, it is necessary to improve the signaling for the villas because time is wasted looking for the location. Other than that.. everything is excellent! We'll be back.

Wonderful property! Beautiful views from master bedroom terrace & living room, comfy beds & pillows. Clean. Super spacious bedrooms. Eduardo was very helpful, I only needed his assistance once, and he was there the very next morning with attending my request. Although it’s is somewhat far from the city & nearest grocery store, they do have massage services & fruit & alcoholic beverages for sale. I will continue to book my Rocky Point stays here.

Amazing place to get away! The Leeds absolutely loved it. It’s very peaceful and Eduardo was very attentive! We always enjoyed staying!

The family and I loved our stay. The place was very modern and clean. The pools were great and the hosts were very helpful. Beautiful views and a great beach were the highlight of the property. The house was comfortable and spacious for when we wanted to chill and relax. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from the crowds but be close enough to town for comfort.

This is our second family trip here! It’s always a great time, beautiful sandy beach-no rocks. It’s kept up really nice, Eduardo does a great job of accommodating requests! We’ll definitely be coming back-we are sad we had to leave.

Although the place is amazing, very relaxing, and calming, there were a few issues. We were told to call Eduardo 30 minutes before arrival, which we did. Unfortunately, we couldn't find it and had to make a second call. Eduardo gave specific directions and we arrived 2 and half hours after the 3 o'clock check in and our room was not cleaned. we had to wait outside for about 30 more minutes. once we checked in, Eduardo's wife came to give us a tour of the house. She noticed the water cooler jug was empty and said she'd have one brought to us right away. it was not until 3 days later (when I found an employee and asked for it) that it was delivered. staff is friendly though.

Valeriy's place is a great place to stay. one of the best locations in puerto penasco. Eduardo was also very helpful when we needed help getting to the place. the beach is very nice and the location is remote. definitely recommend to anyone. we had a great time and great vibes all around.

i LOVED this airbnb! The view was amazing every morning and night you watch the sunset on the beach right outside your house! We had horses come up to our home and we were able to ride them along the beach. i love the beach that we stayed at because it has the best sea shells/ sea life! highly recommend!

If you want a secluded vacation with your family in the middle of paradise this is the place to stay! A little ways out of the town but worth every mile. Make sure to bring plenty of food and necessities so you don’t have to drive into town so often. 10/10 recommend

Larry was extremely helpful in explaining directions to the property. Eduardo was extremely helpful throughout the stay. Villa felt very private even with a couple families staying at the other villas. I would book again.

Today 5/16 we checked out but I wish we would of stayed longer. Hands down best place I have been too in my opinion. The beach from has an amazing view and we Loved it was so private. If you like to meet new people but keep it small this is the place. Everything here was private and the access to the beach was amazing. The beach from has everything you are asking for. *** please note the axial location of the home is far from everything thing. From puerto peñasco it’s about a good 33 min. The road to access the home is really bad actual dirt road and very very very very yes very bumpy. Do not take a car You will need an SUV or truck. I’m hopping on they fix this ASAP

This place is amazing! Loved the practically private beach, and the condo. My guests and I were able to enjoy and relax, we had such a great time. Went into town a few times, which was very close. They provided a “pin” of the location to use after you crossed the border, and with that, getting to the place was a breeze. Just a heads up, on the road to the place after the bridge, in Mexico, STOP at the railroad tracks, the stop sign is super small and we missed it, police check point on the other side stopped us because of that. But they were nice about it and let us go, but we do manage the language, so not sure if we’d be lucky otherwise. But no issue whatsoever with the place and our stay, quite the contrary, INCREDIBLE!

By far our favorite place to stay in Rocky Point. Beautiful, modern accommodations and private beach right outside your door. I would recommend this location over any other - we loved every moment here. We cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful condo! Everyone had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our time at Larry’s property in puerto penasco.

We had a fantastic time and Edwardo as on top of anything we needed! Kids loved being right on the beach and having access to the pool and hot tub. It is a little drive into town. Not a drive I’d want to do more than once a day so plan ahead. We will stay here again!

This place was marvelous. The view is breathtaking, the house is luxurious, the concierge Eduardo was extremely helpful for check in, and helping us book massages onsite on the sand (which was incredible), and other miscellaneous asks. He was super responsive and so was the host, who i messaged a few times prior to the stay! The house was plenty spacious enough for our group of 9. The balcony and rooftop are incredible and we enjoyed coffees, yoga and sunset watching each day. The kitchen with the island and giant family style table was perfect for cooking dinners and eating together. The wet bar area was perfect for making drinks throughout the day as well. We will definitely be back!

Our time at Six Palms Villas was exquisite. The place is all the picture show and more. Very good communication, consideration and hospitality from host. Easy check in! A beautiful and clean villa with breathtaking views of the beach. Nice warm jacuzzi with over the edge pool so you can have a view of the beach while relaxing in the pool. Gas fire place that was remarkable to sit around while viewing the moon light over the water. Gazebos on the beach that are also breathtaking. I don’t mention the exquisite balcony and the views from the balcony. Remarkable place to stay.

What lovely condos on a beautiful quiet beach! My friends and family members rented three units and had the place to ourselves. We enjoyed the extra boogie boards & sea kayaks provided by 6 Palms and I recommend bringing a hammock to hang from the palapas. Eduardo was very helpful and we’re hoping to return next year!

Fun week! Great friends rented the other condos and we had a blast. Great location away from it all. The condo's were very clean and updated. Did have a property manager that was available for any issues. Would highly recommend this property.

Everything was great. Awesome place, location and amenities. Eduardo was very accommodating. It was a dream vacation for us! Only a few things to note (didn’t really affect our stay negatively), new units are currently under construction right next to the property. A heads up would’ve been nice. Jacuzzi did not work but Eduardo got it workin on our last night, a little too late for us though. Directions and signage to the property could be improved. Overall a great experience.

Great stay and very clean in and out. Love the view and the set up of the place. The only thing that I would say needs help is the signs and routing to the place. Signs are very minuscule and need work. I do appreciate the pin location drop provided but I had some trouble exiting to the main road since there was nothing pointing me to the right direction. It would be best if signs are for in and out of the place. Place is always in great shape. Props to maintenance people. Place is exactly as picture show and sunsets are Marvelous. Thanks for the great experience in the villas!

The condo was spectacular!!! AMAZING view, so peaceful if you really are looking for a dream place to escape this is THE ONE... Eduardo is the BEST host. He's attentive and willing to go to town for whatever you need since the place is located like 25 mins away from the city. You won't regret it so worth it!!! 😊

This place is absolutely amazing. The pictures posted are great, but the place is even more amazing then the listing shows. It is a semi private area with amazing views, an amazing pool, the most perfect staff. It could be a romantic get away for a couple couples, or a place for a large family or group of friends to be without a bunch of other people. The place has thoughtful very polite people working there.. Eduardo contacted my group before we arrived just to make sure we didn't have any trouble getting to the place. Eduardo was very detailed in showing the property, making sure we had everything we needed and new how everything worked. If I could give this place bonus stars I would. We will definitely be back at this place in the future.

Six Palms Villas was amazing and secluded. Besides the people who were staying there, those were the only people we saw. We had the beach to ourselves. Massage therapists and vendors came everyday. Kayaks and boogie boards were supplied. Eduardo was very responsive and helpful. The units are perfect for a party of 9 or less.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Everything is modern, comfortable, and tons of space for everyone. They went out of their way to make it enjoyable, and we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Great Home, Very Nice. We stayed an extra night. From the entrance to the place is about a 15 min dirty road. Beach is private and very nice. The pool is shared with other villas. The place is quiet and excluded from the Malecon. It was the first time me and my family visit puerto Peñasco. I would stay here again. Thanks to Eduardo for his help and guidance around the area.

Six Palms Villas is the way to go! Eduardo the care taker was amazing, with any accommodations we needed for the pool or anything else we needed! This spot is amazingly beautiful. All of the pictures are very accurate and don’t give justice to the place. One down side is the dirt road on the way to the property, I would recommend taking an SUV or truck. Otherwise this is a big beautiful apartment with good space for medium to larger families or friend groups!

Fabulous ocean front townhome! Stayed here with my family and the location is very private and remote which we loved. There was not another person on the beach other than the guests from Six Palms. Had a wonderful massage beachfront as well! Highly recommend!

Valeriy's place is absolutely breathtaking!!! The views are amazing!!! The Villa is modern design and had everything we needed to make homecook meals. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. Perfect for morning coffee while enjoying the breeze and listening to the waves or for a night wine glass to relax after enjoying the beautiful beach and pool. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. The whole place is incredibly clean and the pool is sparkling clean too. It shows that the owner and staff have put in alot of thought in making this place a perfect vacation destination!!! We definately recommend this place and we will definitely be back soon!
