Sergio did not know how to use the Airbnb app, so I doubt that he has stayed in many Airbnbs. He complained about the old furniture, but if he had looked at the pictures and description, he would have known what to expect. Our shower pressure is normal in Nicaragua. He finds fault in everything. Our housekeeper checked the TV, and the volume was fine, so I don’t know why he could not figure out the volume.
