We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It was extremely clean and felt very safe. The rooftop was beautiful and was right across the street from a quiet beach where the turtles came to lay eggs at night. The villa is about a 10-15 minute ride from the ferry and major going out areas. Right next door to two wonderful restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again

We stayed in villa 1 with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Our family of 5 had tons of space. We enjoyed the quiet location away from downtown. We ate at the onsite restaurant daily and we were able to watch the sea turtles nesting on the beach across the street. Overall a great property and host.

Everything was excellent. The accommodation was very nice, with a great view. The area was quite quiet. Everything was super clean. The room is very comfortable. The service was very good. They are very friendly and cordial. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we stayed here and both times it was excellent in every detail. The host is very kind and helpful and goes beyond .

Service on place by the workers was impeccable. Washing machine broke and they installed a new one within 10 mins. Took the old one out and put the new one in 🤯

Very much enjoyed our trip to Isla Mujeres, and our stay in the lovely MAYAKITA! The villa was clean, easy to find, an amazing location, and absolutely beautiful. Would book again!

Such a great place to stay! Very nice staff and beautiful views from the terrace. Will definitely come back next year for my trip! Will probably go for the room with a TV next time just by preference, other than that no complaints!

The condo is on the south side of the island next to Danuccio’s one of the best restaurants on the Island. There’s a restaurant on the property with excellent food and a morning coffee shop. Beth the girl that did check in was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend staying there the value for the price is exceptional. Couldn’t be happier.

We enjoyed our stay at Mayakita. We had a minor mixup upon checking in but after that, our stay was very enjoyable. The property manager was always willing to help us with taxis, restaurants, and checking in on our stay. The restaurant next door is really good but not open for dinner. We didn’t have a golf cart so we used taxis which were pretty reasonable. Once you get a taxi’s number, they’re very helpful in getting you a ride. The pool was great. The villa was very welcoming. No tv channels and Netflix didn’t work but it was a welcomed departure from tv so we could enjoy our stay. An Italian restaurant next door but the other restaurants weren’t really in walking distance. Small beach across the street. You’re away from all the craziness happening at Point Norte but we were okay with that. We had a nice stay
