This apartment deserves a higher rating. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to the problems we had made us give it 3 stars. If I asked for instructions on how to use the washing machine, they told me to look it up online. They took a long time to reply to messages and in some cases they didn't give us the information we asked for, such as where to take the trash outside the building. We have a baby and we wanted to take the trash out of the bathroom so as not to generate bad smells. We had to ask the guards to find out where to do it. The air conditioning failed on the first night and in the early hours of the next morning we notified them (the heat in the living room/kitchen was unbearable). It took them hours to tell us that no one was coming, because the trusted repair company didn't have time until the next day. We found a company on our own and they said they were free that same afternoon. The Titan Team ignored us... bad communication experience and 0 empathy

The apartment is in a quiet and very pretty place. The accommodation is the same as in the photos, in general everything was very nice and clean. However, we had some problems that were never resolved 1-When we arrived, I reported that the toilet lid was broken and it was not comfortable to use it like that, since several times we fell directly into the toilet. Despite reporting it, no one solved it for us. 2- I requested two blankets because there are only sheets on the beds, and my children were very cold at night when the air was on, they did not resolve this for us either. 3-There is no coffee maker🥴.
