Great location; yet the house lacked maintenance in general, furniture in poor condition. When we arrived, the pool was not clean and the bedrooms were not made, so the towels were not made to us 3 hours after we checked in. The host is very late to respond to messages prior to our arrival and the location that comes on the platform was not, since we were slow to find the address

Super cute! It's very nicely located, the house is simply beautiful and very clean, apart from the detail of a few drinks in the fridge that was a super nice touch.

Amazing home for the price! I needed a home with a private pool and for the price it was the best home. I was so surprised the pool is heated at night almost feels like a big jacuzzi! Home was clean and has modern TVs and ACs. Would definitely stay again. I’ve stayed at a property managed by Patricia management before and it’s always great. They treat you well and always available for you.

Place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Gated place with all the amenities and they are a phone call away from anything you need. Pool was chill and private. Cool place to kick it for a few days and relax

The listing had inaccuracies about the community amenities available. The pools are not heated and the hot tubs are not turned on. The stove is terrible and does not work without a lighter. The beds are uncomfortable and the place does have an ant problem. Also, the workers will harass you for the smallest things. The house itself was clean and in a nice area, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Great house in Cabo with very easy checkin / checkout, good internet, great view, pool, bbq, and full freezer. Better for those with cars given the hilltop location.

Nice place for a family. The private pool is unheated and chilly but just a half block up the road there is a large heated pool which is really nice. Check out the restaurants right nearby there are some good ones. The stove is really low power so maybe don't choose if you want to cook complicated meals, otherwise it's a nice house in a good spot with a wonderful view all the way to lands end.
