It was wonderful. Always super attentive. The place is huge for the 10 people who attended. The pool water was super warm. It's amazing that it's heated. The fire pit and grills are 100/100. The rooms are super comfortable. There's plenty of light. A wonderful house. We didn't know how to take advantage of all the space it has. There are many things to do. The service was incredible, not only from the host but from her entire team. We will definitely return in September.

Great place! Spacious, clean, and Martha is a great host: friendly and approachable. The pool can be heated, so it is ideal for young children. The gardens are spacious, and everything is perfect. Thank you so much! It's a 15-minute drive to downtown. There are fans in every room, which is appreciated because they are needed. The kitchen has everything you need; we forgot the sugar, so in case it's helpful to anyone, don't forget the little things. Either way, there's a grocery store just outside the residential complex.

We spent some amazing days at Martha's house, the truth is that the house is amazing, beautiful, very cozy and has everything you need to enjoy a special stay. In addition to a nice house, the garden is a highlight in itself, super large and very well maintained with a pool, swings, a campfire area, and outdoor exits from the house that are very good for breakfast or eating outside. To top it off, the service from Martha and the people who work with her was impeccable, always attentive to everything. Surely we will be back.

I 100% recommend staying at Martha's house. To begin with, she was super friendly, always attentive to our needs, making sure we were comfortable, that we lacked nothing. Although all communication with her was by phone, she was always available and the people she leaves in charge are also very friendly and responded to us as soon as possible. The house: very nice, spacious, super clean, well-kept, 10 out of 10. We didn't have enough time to enjoy it more. You have everything at hand, there is no need to go out. My only suggestion is to check the pool temperature when you arrive, because the water gets very hot, so as soon as it's right, turn it off. The house is very nice and has excellent furniture and all the necessary amenities inside the property. I was pleasantly surprised by its size, which I didn't notice in the ad and is undoubtedly one of its strengths. The subdivision where it is located is super quiet and has the advantage of being very close to the entrance booth. The house has magnificent areas in the garden to spend time with the family, highly recommended for its location if you are looking to walk around the region visiting Tequisquiapan, Bernal and the vineyard area. The place is quite large and secluded so having a private meeting was Perfect. The house has many amenities that we could not enjoy having only washed one day. I highly recommend a longer stay. That if, since it is mosquito season and there is a lot of garden, I recommend taking repellent so that you pass it excellent and without any hassle of nature haha, just as the temperature of the pool was delicious, so although it is cloudy you can enjoy it.
