Excellent accommodation for large families!! Its green areas and the pool were the best. Getting to the beach is also very easy, just 5 minutes by car. It has everything you need to cook and be comfortable inside the house. The beds are also very comfortable!! We were very comfortable and hope to return soon.

Everything was amazing; the house is beautiful. I went with my family to celebrate my mom's birthday. The beach is 10 minutes away by car. We went to a beach called “etc.” We chose it because we took my 3 dogs. I recommend it. The host was very polite and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Everything was excellent except that the jacuzzi had a leak and they did not fix it so we could not use it. As for the house, it is really super nice. We loved the warm, clean pool.

The price is low for what it offers. Excellent in every way. Victor is a very friendly person and was always attentive. Throughout our stay the only problem we had was that a remote control wasn't working well and Victor brought us a new one almost instantly. The house was beautiful and the pool was always warm, in addition to having a small jacuzzi next to it where the water jets felt very pleasant, to stay there for hours. The subdivision is very quiet and you have practically all the restaurants and shops very close, in addition to the beach being 2 minutes away by car. We really had an amazing time

I feel so happy i found this spot. I truely felt cozy and comfortable. Its a very peaceful place where you can connect with nature. I would definitely come back. Thank you Victor for being such an amazing host.

Victor is always very attentive to us and willing to help. The house is very large and beautiful, we had a great time with the family and the garden was ideal for a very pleasant weekend with the whole family.

Everything excellent

A very pleasant stay, we were looking for something very comfortable and it was very pleasant, we felt right at home enjoying a family time... the pool is certainly great, warm, large, very relaxing and certainly a pet friendly place.

The house is very nice, just like the photos, lots of space, the area is quiet to spend a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle, yet it is close to shopping malls, comfortable rooms, it was great to use the pool until late and since it is heated the water was very nice, close to a beach practically 5 minutes away, but the beach does not have restaurants, so we went to Bucerias, a place 20 minutes away by car, where there is a restaurant and a very nice beach. Victor was always attentive to our needs, solving the small details that arose, he even allowed us to leave later than the stipulated time, Thank you Victor! We were fully satisfied with our stay.

The house was very nice, the spaces were spacious, we really enjoyed the pleasantly heated pool. The sheets and towels are very white. The kitchen has the necessary utensils for cooking, garbage bags, soap for scrubbing, scouring pad, etc. We parked the three cars we had in the garage. Victor explained everything to us very attentively and was always available.

The house is super impeccable, Victor is a great host!! It was a pleasant family vacation, we would gladly come back!!

The house is just like the pictures. The pool was super clean and very warm. The house is very well located, with restaurants and stores nearby. The place is very quiet and safe. I brought my pet and he had a lot of fun. The house has space. In addition, we had visits from animals from the mangrove, but there was no danger. There were some raccoons looking for food and very beautiful birds. Bring your repellent because there are many mosquitoes. Víctor was always very attentive and super helpful. He hooked up the TV and the internet was great. Close to beaches, the most beautiful one being Destiladeras. It was a good vacation. Yes. We would definitely come back. The beds, bathrooms and towels were super clean, and all rooms had A/C and a fan.

We LOVED it here! Gorgeous yard!! Nice pool and private yard to enjoy!! Clean, spacious living area! Big bedrooms and bathrooms. We were 2 couples, 3 teenagers, and 1 child and it was perfect!! Walking distance (8-10 min) to a nice beach where my kids spent hours boogie boarding. Also walking distance to lots of nice restaurants. Very quiet street. Only downside was barking dogs which isn’t the hosts fault. Our host was responsive and helpful! Yard care came in the mornings. I really can’t say enough good!! We would definitely go back!!

Beautiful house and especially garden and big heated pool ! Nice garden/pool lights in the evening..We had two dogs with us that also loved the place but one thing to keep in mind the front gate to the street had bigger bars so our dogs (small/medium sized) could possibly go through them..we took some plastic chairs and a screen found in the garden to try to make the back garden more enclosed so they wouldn’t run out.. there were some drinks in the fridge which was a nice welcome, although bring your own water 🙂 we couldn’t get the TVs to work/no channels or smart TV..we brought an HDMI cable though and connected to a computer... There was a nice speaker in the garden for music.. wish the BBQ had some tools for cleaning..but overall very beautiful and comfortable place, highly recommended!!

The house is in very good condition, the pool area is impeccable, the living room and dining room are larger than in the photos, the bathrooms of the bedrooms for 4 are somewhat old and the beach is almost half an hour walk away

The house is actually better than the photos. The house is well maintained and clean. Not a single bug in the house and immediate response from the host if you have any questions or needs. The location has pro and cons. Pros: safe, quite, peaceful neighborhood. Cons: you need a car, walk or Uber.

Amazing spot!!! absolutely loved it. my family and I will definitely be visiting there. my furbabies also loved the location!!! Also, it's a $300 peso taxi ride from downtown PV to here making it easy for a quick night out adventure!

The house is excellent, very spacious and clean, the kitchen is very equipped, all the rooms with A/A, very clean, special mention for the terrace and the pool are both large, the pool is very clean, with lighting and with a super nice temperature, in general the house is very comfortable and the area is very quiet, the host is very friendly.. . . Maybe the only detail is that it does not have close access to the beach and you have to move by vehicle if you want to access this one; but with the amenities of the terrace and the pool they do not want to leave the house.
