This is the third time we have decided to stay at Carlos's property, and as always, it does not disappoint. The house has quite a lot of space, as does the garden area. The location is downtown and the service is quite good. It's definitely a place we always go back to because we feel at home.

Sandra welcomed us very kindly and showed us the whole place, which is very comfortable and has a very nice garden. Carlos stayed in communication and was also very kind. The house is centrally located, making it easy to get to interesting places, such as the Vesubio winery, which is one block away. We had an amazing weekend.

The Airbnb is beautiful, better than what you see in the photos. We didn't walk everywhere, and we were all very, very comfortable. I highly recommend it

Our stay at Carlos's place was amazing. The house is equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Three bedrooms on the ground floor, and one on the upper floor, as well as a spacious and comfortable TV room also on the upper floor. The terrace is a very good size with a living room, dining room, barbecue and hammocks, and a beautiful large garden with trees. Carlos' house is highly recommended, we hope to return soon!

Excellent service, super clean beds and delicious pillows. We had what we needed and more details like coffee to prepare, glasses, iceboxes, fridge, everything. In the bedrooms, delicious soaps, a cream, an oil, everything is very comfortable. When we were already at our house, we realized that we had left a speaker. We talked and Sandra, who is very beautiful, kept answering us quickly and kept it for us. They were very tolerant of our schedules because we were a little late to arrive.

The location is excellent as it is a few blocks from the main squares and downtown. The rooms were a good size… the kitchen was very well-equipped, the bathrooms were clean… the lady who looked after us and let us into the house (who was not Carlos) was always very responsible and was aware of any needs…. I think they should improve in terms of better quality personal hygiene items….. but still we'll go back to the house…

Definitely recommended, it is a nice place, very spacious, it has space for children to play in case you have to take them, the terrace is very cool since it has the bar, the grills and a garden room. All the amenities and the house is very clean. Almost all the rooms have a bathroom and in the patio area there is also one available. We only struggled a little with the hot water, mainly the upstairs room but nothing major. There is space for up to 4 cars, as we have family vans. Access is completely closed off, you have the keys and it is 100% safe. It also has many walnut trees in the patio area, so the leftovers make it even more enjoyable.

This home was wonderful for our stay in Parras. The location was perfect and the house was nice but the best part for sure was Sandra. She cooked our meals for us and walked us to local shops around town. She's a phenomenal chef, super nice and approachable, and just an overall joy to work with. During our stay, the power and water went out in all of Parras. Thankfully, Sandra had the water re-stocked the day prior and she was at the house first thing in the morning to help with anything we needed. Luckily, the power and water came back on by mid-morning and all was well, but things could have gone much differently if Sandra wasn't so on top of things.

Overall, the house is beautiful, full of green areas and very quiet 🌳 All the rooms were very clean and air-conditioned. One of the rooms didn't cool enough, but the other three rooms were great! The hosts are very friendly and always in communication. P.S. Bring mosquito repellent 🦟 as they are abundant in the hot season.

The house has everything you need to spend a few days as a family. Kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, bedrooms, dishware, coffee maker, pans, bottled water, etc. The garden is very pleasant for having coffee. We didn't have the chance to enjoy it more. You can grill meat there. It also has an outdoor bar. It has board games and a garden game for having a good time with the family. Carlos is a very good host: he responded to all our needs immediately. Sandra, the manager, was available to us the whole time for whatever we needed. They very kindly agreed to extend our check-out time, as there was no other booking after us. I would definitely book this house again.

The place is very comfortable; it is ideal for families. You can do everything on foot; we didn't take the car out even once. Sandra is super attentive at all times.

The property is very comfortable, you can enter two vehicles or a large van, it has enough bathrooms, the rooms are very clean, the kitchen is very good, the barbecue area has two and it is for sharing with family or a group of friends, the water heater is of regular flow, the shower has hot water, walking you can find nice restaurants, an excellent alternative.

A great place for a weekend with family and friends. It is a very good size and private property, so it lends itself to a great coexistence and is perfect to bring your dog because there is no place where it can escape. It is worth mentioning that the boiler broke down and in 20 minutes they had already replaced it, that was the level of service! My special thanks to Sandra, the person in charge of receiving us at the property.

Carlos is a super host and the people in charge of the house are the same. The communication with the two of them was the best and they were also super interested in accommodating our needs.
