Soraya

This is the sixth time I have stayed at Casas de Soleil. I will continue to stay here every year that I come. The view from the house is extraordinary. The location is right in the middle of everything l, yet far away enough that you do not hear the motos or construction. So many restaurants and shops are in walking distance. There is an ocean view. And the price is spot on. Makes no sense to stay anywhere else!!!! And to to top it all off we got to chat with Soraya daily. She is so delightful and fun to talk with. I will miss her and the house!!!!

House is spectacular! The pool area and outside decks were used constantly by our family of 5 (kids age 9, 13 & 14). Location is by everything you could need. We walked to the 2 super markets as we cooked the majority of the time. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Walk to the beach is close. We were there to surf but the swell was a bit too big at Playa Carmen. So we found lots to do in a short driving distance (max 20 minutes)- surfing at Playa Hermosa, Mal Pais tide pools, Montezuma beach and waterfall and snorkeling at Tortuga island. Highly recommend. Only thing others should know - the 1st and 3rd floor bedrooms are not connected to the 2nd main floor. You have to go outside to access them. Our kids slept on the 2nd main floor by themselves and were fine as they’re older. With younger children that may be more difficult.

The place was everything we could have dreamed of! We were completely undisturbed on our terrace, surrounded only by greenery and the soothing sounds of animals. It is incredibly quiet but just a few minutes from cozy restaurants and a supermarket, and within walking distance of the beach! We will definitely choose it again if we come to Santa Teresa!!

Very nice place Clean And a good communication

Soraya’s place was in a great location, centrally located, walkable, and still very quiet. The space was clean, and Soraya was very communicative throughout our stay.

Amazing home! The house was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos. Soraya was very responsive, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

We loved our stay. The house itself was perfect, views were amazing. Quite nights and calm days. You’re tucked away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk right into the mix of things. Perfect if you’re trying to not rent a car or atv. Soraya is amazing. So guenuinly caring and helpful. My family and I would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful place in Santa Teresa. Peaceful and quiet amidst the trees and with a lovely pool, yet just a few mins walk to the beach, lovely restaurants, and shops. Also has the most brilliant and friendly staff on site, with regular cleaning, washing service and so on. Will definitely stay again when we're back in Santa Teresa.

An unforgettable experience! The house is a true paradise, we felt very cared for and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal, just steps from the beach, perfect for families. The cleanliness and service of the staff are impeccable, we have nothing to criticize. Soraya, the host, was extremely attentive and always willing to help us with anything we needed. The one and a half weeks at Casa Grande did us incredibly well. We woke up in the morning to howler monkeys and all the sounds of nature. The evening light shines wonderfully through the jungle-like garden into the living room. Soraya was available at any time. Rarely ever been so friendly, great person, great energy and so uncomplicated. The cleaning and maintenance team was always on duty and provided a very well-maintained accommodation and surroundings. We really felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

A beautiful property in a perfect location. Close to the beach and all the restaurants but just up the hill enough to be peaceful and feel like you are in the jungle! We saw the monkeys every day which everyone loved, adults and kids. Soraya was very helpful with all of our questions and requests and was a perfect host. We would return here again for sure!

The best location in Playa Carmen. The beach, grocery store, restaurants, and more within 5-10 minute walk. The pool is shaded during the day which was wonderful for my kids. Laundry service and cleaning provided, such a treat.

What a dream! We traveled with our young family (3yo and 5mo), Soraya and team went above and beyond to support and look out for us. The Casita was the perfect size and location for us (pool, walkable to beach, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores). The amenities of the property were perfect (laundry, baby items, pool, parking). We’re already thinking of when we can go back and bring others with us, solely based on the experience here and perfect accommodations.

This was our third time staying here and it was perfect! It's walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. The howler monkeys came through the tree tops in the late afternoon and were so fun to watch. The whole property is pristine and blends in to the natural surroundings. We can't wait to go back! Soraya is a welcoming, friendly and attentive host!

This place exceeded our expectations! Every morning I enjoyed listening to the birds and drinking coffee on the porch. The houses are beautifully made and inspiring. I loved the surroundings of trees. It is surprisingly quiet but also so close to the main road. There is a beach access point so close. I highly recommend the Hemingway and would return in a heartbeat!
