House is spectacular! The pool area and outside decks were used constantly by our family of 5 (kids age 9, 13 & 14). Location is by everything you could need. We walked to the 2 super markets as we cooked the majority of the time. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Walk to the beach is close. We were there to surf but the swell was a bit too big at Playa Carmen. So we found lots to do in a short driving distance (max 20 minutes)- surfing at Playa Hermosa, Mal Pais tide pools, Montezuma beach and waterfall and snorkeling at Tortuga island. Highly recommend. Only thing others should know - the 1st and 3rd floor bedrooms are not connected to the 2nd main floor. You have to go outside to access them. Our kids slept on the 2nd main floor by themselves and were fine as they’re older. With younger children that may be more difficult.

Amazing home! The house was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos. Soraya was very responsive, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

We loved our stay. The house itself was perfect, views were amazing. Quite nights and calm days. You’re tucked away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk right into the mix of things. Perfect if you’re trying to not rent a car or atv. Soraya is amazing. So guenuinly caring and helpful. My family and I would stay here again for sure.

A beautiful property in a perfect location. Close to the beach and all the restaurants but just up the hill enough to be peaceful and feel like you are in the jungle! We saw the monkeys every day which everyone loved, adults and kids. Soraya was very helpful with all of our questions and requests and was a perfect host. We would return here again for sure!

Soraya is the BEST host / owner I have ever dealt with on AirBnB. She helped me and my family in every aspect of our trip. She dealt with some logistics that I had set up before arriving, including delivery of extra baggage before check-in and after check out. She procured the best fish for us! I also, had a problem with my rental car and she proactively dealt with the insurance company and the car rental company. My family and I would not have made it back to San Jose without her help! The casas are perfect - ours had outdoor staircases to the bedrooms which added to the privacy among our family. The pool, views and sunsets were spectacular! We rented a car and an ATV and neither were necessary - the location is ideal for surfing, yoga, restaurants, grocery stores and even a gym. We will be back!

One of the best units we have ever rented anywhere in the world. Beautiful, safe, secure, well-appointed, great location, excellent value... Nothing but positives!

Perfect rental house with 4 rooms separated on 3 floors, providing intimacy. Great view of the ocean from the upper floors and intimate poolside space on the lower floor. Location couldn’t be better - easy 5 min walk to the beach, grocery and restaurants and easily accessible by park with onsite parking. This is our third time in Santa Teresa and this was our favorite Airbnb rental by far.

From start to finish, our stay at Casas Soleil was amazing. Our host, Soraya was very helpful in providing recommendations for surf rentals and excursions. She was prompt and responsive to any questions that arose. She even helped my husband arrange for the delivery of a delicious cake for my birthday which was on the day of our arrival! The home has everything promised in the description and was perfect for our family getaway. There was ample space in the home, plenty of towels for showering and for the beach, and the kitchen had all the essentials to cook meals when we didn't want to dine out. The location was even closer than we anticipated to the Beach which allowed us to have the best of both worlds - mornings spent walking to the beach after breakfast and many afternoons lounging by the pool before walking back to enjoy the sunset. We rented a car and drove to dinner most nights but there are ample restaurants nearby within walking distance. I highly recommend this rental!

La casa es un sueño, impecable , es tal cual las fotos, el entorno es espectacular por un lado la vegetación y por el otro la vistas al mar, tienes supermercados y lugares para comer al instante pero la casa es para aprovechar, incluso los días de lluvia es espectacular para quedarte y disfrutarla, los cuartos y los ambientes de la casa son super amplios y bien climatizados. Es muy tranquilo y silencioso. Yo la volveré a alquilar y me hubiese gustado permanecer más días ahí !!
