Thanks for your feedback, Erik. We understand that construction noise and  bugs can be less than glamorous vacation companions. While we do clearly mention both in our listing (we like to be upfront about our wildlife and soundtrack), we know it can still be surprising in the moment.<br/>The good news is, the construction is temporary, and the bugs, well, they’re locals, and part of the Costa Rican ecosystem, and seem to think our place is worth visiting, too. We’ll be adding extra screens to help keep them outside where they belong. We hope you were still able to enjoy your stay, and we wish you happy (and quieter, bug-free) travels ahead!
