Excellent place. The heated pool gives it a plus. The movie room is excellent. The place in general is very good. There are a few mosquitoes, but that's normal due to the vegetation. Highly recommended. We would return without hesitation.

My family and I came on vacation to visit my husbands family. My kids and their cousins had a great time and they created so many fun memories. This place is private and it was peaceful. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions. I definitely recommend this place.

A very nice option to feel like you're out of the city while spending even less time than when you move around within the city. Very accessible. Another plus is that there is a restaurant next door that serves breakfast and lunch, which is also helpful.

If you have the chance to book this house, take it—go for it. It delivers on everything mentioned, and on top of that, everything is in pristine condition. The pool is heated, and communication with Salvador is very good. I recommend that you book this Airbnb. You'll have a great time.

A super cute house, it has everything to have a great time, the photos don't do it justice. Very nice atmosphere in the interiors, very well cared for garden, access to the lake is the best to do a fun activity, you can fish. We were received by Mr. Juan, very kind and explained everything very well. Excellent communication with Chava. Highly recommend the house, I will definitely come back.

Really beautiful views and a cool unique property. Chava was great at communicating and helping us with any needs that arose during our stay. Internet was not very reliable or fast.

Excellent place!!! Ideal for a weekend getaway and not going out, since the house has everything to go with family or friends, it has board games, barbecue, jacuzzi, garden, kayak and TV with netflix. Chava and Tavo's service is excellent, they make you feel at home. To get there you go through a dirt road, but it is not difficult to get there. It does not have a refrigerator, it is a minibar, take this into consideration in case you want to freeze something.

It's a great place You'll have everything in one safe and private place. Thank you very much Salvador for everything, and thanks to Octavio for his attention. We enjoyed the view of the lake, kayak, jacuzzi, children's games, tranquility, relaxation, privacy... everything. And besides, Salavador is very open to receiving suggestions and applying them immediately.

The place is incredible, everything is super clean and beautiful. I highly recommend it to relax and disconnect from the city. I don't think about it going back to that place

Extraordinary and spacious luxury house to take a break with your family! The host is always very attentive to make sure you have a nice stay! I recommend kayaking and if you go for several days, visit Tlaquepaque, Ajijic and Tequila!

The house is beautiful!!! Just like in the photos and much better! It has everything you need to spend a nice weekend, everything is very clean and Chava is very attentive to what we were offered. I recommend turning on the jacuzzi as soon as you arrive because it takes time to heat up and bring everything you need because there is only one store there but they don't sell many things. We will definitely be back 😉

This lake house is one of a kind! Stylish, modern space with excellent amenities. Very friendly and accommodating host, went out of his way to make our stay an enjoyable one.

I couldn’t recommend this place more!!! You know how sometime you see an Airbnb and it looks amazing and then you get there and you’re like “Umm... this isn’t as nice as in he pictures.” Well that was not the case here. Chava’s property looked as beautiful in person as it did in the pictures and better. It wasn’t just that the house was gorgeous or the bigger details like the beautiful wood table, the awesome kayak, and the big yard and trampoline for the kids. It was the small details like the extra blankets rolled up in baskets around the house and the fresh rosemary bundled around the house. To match the outstanding-ness was Chava’s quick response and willingness to help. We live in Guadalajara (about 30 min.) and we don’t have a car so we were going to uber but Chava helped us arrange for Manuel, the guy who helps maintain the house to pick us up. We paid him, of course, but it was just another way Chava’s hospitality went beyond. The only two bummers were temporary and relative (relative bc it was a little cold the days we were there). The hot tub cover recently broke so it wasn’t hot. And then the fireplace was low on gas which again wouldn’t have mattered if it was warmer out. Chava offered to send out Manuel, the guy who helps with maintenance to help us fix it though but since it was New Year’s Day I didn’t want to make him drive out the half an hour to help us. He also suggested the outside fire but then it rained. Overall, we had a great time. Very relaxing and restorative. The kids were super sad to leave and it was a cozy place for our family. I could see us going back or also going for a girls’ weekend. There isn’t really anything to do nearby (which I was looking forward to) so we spent our days relaxing, reading, talking, and playing board games. Like I said, I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!
