The place is amazing, the beach is beautiful and practically private, the house is very good and the spaces are very cozy, especially for several people. There are some maintenance issues that, although it is true that a house next to the ocean suffers more rapid deterioration, I think that for the cost they can be perfectly resolved. For example, the recirculation of the pool was broken and we were not notified in advance, and when we asked, they told us that they did not have time to repair it because they always have guests. Another thing they need to work on is cleaning. There are many details that indicate a lack of deep cleaning and time, such as grease buildup in the kitchen and hair in the showers. There was also a fish odor in the refrigerator. Overall, we spent a few very nice days with family and friends, and the truth is that the place is unbeatable. I think that with a little effort, they can improve these details because the potential is immense.

The house is very nice. It has everything you need. Everything is very clean. The blankets and towels smelled really good!!! The pool is in perfect condition, and the beach is just a few steps away!!! I really thank Jessica for all her attentiveness. We felt right at home!! I highly recommend this property!!!
