The home is beautiful and even more impressive in person than in the photos. The terrace views were incredible, and watching the Fuego volcano erupt from the terrace was truly the cherry on top. The staff were also very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend this home!

This property was the perfect place to stay in Antigua with our family and friends. Not only were there top notch finishes and amenities throughout the home, but there was also an amazing staff onsite who were so kind and helpful, tending to our every needs! The prime location in the middle of Antigua made it so easy to get to our favorite places on foot. We love this place and cannot wait to come back! ❤️

Our stay at this beautiful home in Antigua was absolutely exceptional, easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had, if not the best. While the pictures accurately show the stunning colonial architecture, gorgeous courtyard, and incredible views of the volcanos, they don't capture the warmth and level of care provided by this company and their onsite staff. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to provide care and take us to a clinic. In the future we will definitely go back.

They stay was amazing. The staff were very attentive, we were spoiled. Kuxtal also provided excellent recommendations for private chefs and massages. This house goes beyond the pictures. We were also in walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants. I would love to return one day!

I can't thank them enough for everything. I will definitely be staying here again. not only is the house amazing that you dont want to leave it but the plus side is that's it's walkable to any part of antigua, so you dont have to drive and deal with parking.

Majestic villa in the heart of Antigua in a safe area. Very spacious and recently constructed with recent top-line appliances such Wolf and Subzero. The house comes with a staff of four employees who could not be more helpful, professional and attentive. In addition, we elected to hire a chef to prepare all breakfast and lunches and we got a caterer for one dinner. Highly recommend.

Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful villa! The courtyard was my favorite— could have spent all day there. Very walkable to town — we only took an Uber when we needed to go to an adjacent town. Rooms were spacious and clean. Def bring bug spray as the mosquitos were out and about. Staff were so attentive and kind. Would absolutely come back.

Highly recommended for a luxury stay in Antigua. The property has excellent amenities with beautiful views to the volcanoes surrounding Antigua. Each room has its own bathroom making it private and convenient for guests. Communication with Host was great at all times. This property definitely met high expectations.

Amazing home with wonderful staff! David was super awesome and helpful around the house. The heated pool was such a plus especially in the evenings. The locations was perfect, you can walk anywhere or take a quick inexpensive Uber. The host was super helpful in answering my questions especially what I needed to host a birthday dinner. My guests and I were impressed on the home and service. This is a must stay!

I have yet to find an AirBnB that isn’t better than this. I have stayed twice and it’s always so clean and beautiful every time. It is a dream home and what makes it so much better is the staff. David & his team are the DEFINITION of going above & beyond. They are amazing at everything they do & treat you and every guest with the highest respect. This house was INCREDIBLE! It was clean, beautiful and had so many great amenities that we definitely ended up using! I would 100% recommend this if you're looking for a luxury experience in Antigua! Its close to the central park and we highly recommend adding the driver and chef! The food was AMAZING and the drivers were so helpful and easy to communicate with! I would stay here again for sure! The house was amazing! Better than the pictures if that’s even possible! The staff was friendly and accommodating! There was a group of us and their patience was unparalleled. Things to note: the beds are firm. The couches feel GREAT. Rooms 5&6 are super cute but you can see through the rooms with the curtains open and the lighting is pretty dim. There is only one master room so for any couples I wouldn’t suggest rooms 5&6 even though they have direct access to the top floor. I would suggest the room right beside the master bedroom as they both have direct access to the grass/pool area. There is no AC but there are ac units. Get the staff to make sure that they are working properly before the night. When you arrive, just ring the doorbell and they will let you in. Also, they have WiFi so just ask them. The pool felt amazing and I was surprised at how much we all wanted to keep getting in. The surround sound was pretty cool! Also, we left a few items there and they were SUPER helpful with that, but try not to be like my group and make sure that you have all of your belongings because it does inconvenience them. Make sure you count pool towels before you leave as well. With a group of people they can get misplaced. I LOVED IT !!

This home is palatial and very comfortable. Beautiful design, featuring the courtyard and pool. Magnificent views of nearby volcanos, while offering easy, quick access to town. My wife and I enjoy staying here when we visit our daughter, her husband and their precious two children. Very safe, charming gated neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a nice vacation here with family or friends.

This is a spectacular, large home with a beautiful courtyard and heated pool, which we enjoyed each day. Numerous, spacious and private bedrooms. Outstanding outdoor spaces on the second level with priceless views of the volcanos, including active Fuego. On-site staff is attentive and caring, whether stocking groceries, building a fire, or preparing meals, they were a joy. Erick and his team are top notch and I encourage you to treat yourself, your family and/or friends to any of his lovely Kuxtal homes in Antigua. Excellent value, as well.

THIS HOUSE!!! UNBELIEVABLE! All of the stars! Erick and his staff did an outstanding job! From the moment we arrived, there were 3 SUVs waiting on our group to take us to the house (this is an extra fee). The drivers were so helpful and welcoming. Jose Luis was perfection. I broke my wrist during my stay and he was so attentive and took us to the hospital, had his personal doctor come from the city to see me. In every single detail, he was a true professional and went above and beyond to help make our stay a memorable experience. I couldn’t say enough good things about himself, Elsa and Marco. The house is INCREDIBLE!! The photos do it no justice. The courtyard, sauna, pool, jacuzzi, multiple hammocks and outdoor seating areas, the views - amazing. All of our group members are in love with it and can’t wait to come back. The layout, decor and every single detail was lovely. We were not able to park our passenger van in the complex so Erick was kind enough to provide us with 2 drivers and vehicles available to us at all times. Staff service was amazing. A fantastic house in the wonderful Antigua. We stayed as part of a wedding party, and although located a little further away from the centre than ideal (requiring a short cab ride each time), it was worth the extra effort to have such a large group together. The house itself is fabulously decorated and comfortable, with a great rooftop patio boasting a view of the volcano. Modern facilities, such as the sound system and fast wifi, added an extra layer of comfort to the experience. The staff were immensely helpful and friendly. The host was communicative before the trip and helpful during the check-in process. A booklet detailing local information and amenities was also appreciated. Definitely recommend this house if one is visiting with a large group.

The home was magnificent. Our photos look like there were taken in a castle. A wonderful blend of modern convenience and style with traditional, fairytale character. Staff and service were also excellent. They were able to provide efficient and creative solutions to the logistical challenges associated with our large group.

I have been to Antigua about 10 times and this was by far my best trip. The listing on Airbnb does not do justice to this home. The decor, amenities and hospitality were second to none. Erick and his staff were incredibly attentive to all of our needs. They handled individual transfers for 11 guests to and from Guatemala City and were happy to help with booking anything we needed in Antigua (restaurants, cabs, activities, etc). The staff at the home collected groceries for our group the first morning and offered to prep a traditional Guatemalan breakfast every morning, which we took them up on! I would highly recommend staying at this home. Incredible value for money at a great vacation destination. I will definitely be coming back!

The house is really amazing, very clean and comfortable with excellent decor. We stayed four nights and would have loved to stay longer. The kitchen is fully equipped and we loved the barbecue space, we used it almost every night. The views to the volcano are great, and nothing better to relax after a long day in La Antigua than going to the Jacuzzi or the Sauna. Erick was a great host, easy to contact with and the people helping on a day to day basis in the house were great and very friendly. Highly recommended and would definitely go again.
