Our stay was more than excellent. From the first moment, they made us feel like real queens. The house is beautiful, impeccable, super comfortable and with incredible amenities. The beds were wonderful for resting, and they also had the lovely touch of welcoming us with fruit and bottles of wine, which made everything even more special. Definitely one of the biggest highlights was the beach club right next door. The food is delicious and the service is simply unbeatable. They even brought everything to the house with exceptional kindness. We also organized tours with them, and it was one of the best decisions of the trip. The captain was super, mega kind and nice to us. He took us to unreal and wonderful places, always making us feel comfortable, safe and happy. Definitely, the best part of all was the service and the friendliness of all the staff. You can feel the affection and dedication with which they make each guest have an unforgettable experience.

The host is extremely helpful amd responsive. She answered all of my questions, helped me book a boat tour, got us an inflatable mattress and a baby bed. Pablo lived on the property and was also super sweet and helpful, always there to answer any questions and refill the water jugs we went through everyday. Having the beach club next door was also a hug plus. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

Our group of 12 adults and children had an amazing time. The house was perfect for our group with a great outdoor eating area and kitchen as well as 2 indoor lounging areas. The dock on Bacalar Lagoon was great for hanging out and the kids enjoyed using it for swimming. Have the Bacalar Beach Club access was so convenient for order food and drinks. The property manager Pablo was awesome and helpful whenever we needed him. Bacalar had so many fun activities as well and amazing restaurants and kind people. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay in Bacalar. The house was as pictured and close to the town center. The beach club next door was a bonus. Pablo our housekeeper was friendly, super nice and very responsive to our needs. Karina our host was very easy to get a hold of and responded to all our requests. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in this very beautiful house! It is very well located with its private terrace overlooking the beautiful lagoon but with access to the beach club right next door! The house is very large and functional and we had the chance to have Luis as a chef who cooked us delicious dishes and breakfasts thanks to the outdoor kitchen. Pablo who takes care of the house is very kind and also helped us a lot as soon as we needed something (transport, shopping...). In short: a dream stay in Bacalar!

We thought Anna Sofia's house was excellent, everything was very clean, they welcomed us with a variety of fruits and bottles of wine, we met with my family to celebrate my mom's birthday, the house has a beautiful view of the lagoon, the beach club is an excellent option to spend some time, the rooms have a good space and each one has its own bathroom, we loved the kitchen on the terrace, Mr. Pablo was very attentive and helpful, and the host was very kind to let us arrive a little before check-in, I highly recommend this space and I would like to return when I visit Bacalar again

Everything is fine during our stay.

The house is just as you can see in the photos, it is very comfortable and in addition to being equipped and having everything for your stay, it has access to a beach club. The only thing is that you don't have much privacy, since the people in the club can easily see what you're doing on your side, but for us it wasn't uncomfortable since it's well defined. Luis's service was very good and detailed. Definitely a great option to be with your family. As something to highlight, the house has ramp access from the parking lot for wheelchair users. That was definitely very helpful.

Casa Hanna Sofia is a piece of heaven on earth! Our stay at this beautiful lagoon-front home in Bacalar was absolute perfection. We came as a large group for our parents’ 50th anniversary, and the space could not have been more ideal. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, which made the stay incredibly comfortable for everyone. Both the indoor and outdoor kitchens are excellent—spacious, well-designed, and impressively well stocked. One of the biggest highlights is that the home is attached to a beach club with a huge pool and three jacuzzis, giving us resort-level amenities right at our doorstep. We also had access to kayaks, and I highly recommend going out at sunrise—the lagoon at that hour is truly unreal. The home’s caretaker, Pablo, was outstanding. He went above and beyond for us—running errands, recommending great tours, calling taxis, and responding immediately whenever we needed anything. His kindness made our experience even more memorable.

Great place and location to enjoy the lagoon!

Our group of 40-year olds stayed during July for 5 days. The house is perfectly suited for large groups. It sits right on the lake with wonderful views, direct access to the water, and the beach club next door is the perfect neighbor. We split our time between the beach club and surrounding areas because it was that nice. You could spend all day, every day at the beach club or just use the house as home base for travels. It is about a 20 minute walk into al centro but less than 10 minutes to several restaurants. The hosts’ service is extraordinary. They were very helpful before booking, after booking, before our trip, and especially during our trip. A storm knocked the power out for a few hours one morning but the house has solar panels and emergency lighting which is very helpful. Do note that the water and cellular coverage are on the power grid. Some restaurants were open and able to serve food. This house = 10/10

Mr. Pablo and host Luis always offered us alternatives to our needs and quick responses.

My family was a group of 9, included my wife, kids, parents, sister and brother in law, all I have to say is that the place was perfect, with access to the lagoon right at our backyard and service from the Beach Club next door we didn't even have to leave the house, we stayed there because we felt right at home and didn't have the need to go anywhere because this place has it all. I highly recommend and will definitely book this place when we return to Bacalar.

The location was great, home was very nice and cleaned but i would recommend that the outside of the home by the front door of the house be cleaned a little more, to much junk laying around when walking down to the front door. Everything else was great, i would stay here again.

Our stay at the house was very pleasant because the house has all the amenities and is right in front of the lagoon. But what made it even more special was the excellent service from Pablo and Delfi, who were very attentive to us, because we were a group of 10 friends over 70 years old. The house is very comfortable because each bedroom has its own full bathroom, TV and refrigerator. Also the Beach Club next door was nice because the pool is splendid and we could have the restaurant and drinks service in our house. Accessibility in the house was very important to us because of our age and except for a few steps, we had no problems getting around. We had a very happy week enjoying the lagoon and all the comforts of this beautiful house.

The house is spacious, extremely comfortable. It is noted that they are careful in giving it care, attention and maintenance. The resident manager is extremely attentive, friendly and attentive to us. The house has everything you need to enjoy.

This is the perfect house for a large group. My party of 10 adults loved the house and the location. The pictures don’t do it justice. We especially appreciated the outdoor kitchen and the use of the Beach Club next door. Our host Luis was very responsive to all my questions. Checking in was a breeze! Pablo the onsite maintenance guy was great. He helped us with so much during our stay and he does a great job maintaining the house and the beach club. Thank you so much Pablo! Our overall experience was amazing and 100 percent recommend staying at this property!

Everything was excellent, a clean, spacious, and nice house, everything works perfectly, the host was waiting for us in person, the use of the club 20/10, a place to return to.

We had an amazing experience in this house. The location is excellent, right in front of the lagoon, and access to kayaks was a lot of fun. Direct access to the Beach Club from the patio was very helpful and practical. We also enjoyed the Beach club food that can be ordered and received in the courtyard. The house is very spacious and comfortable, with spacious rooms that have their own bathroom and air conditioning. The bathrooms are a bit small, but it was not a problem for us. The patio is great for large groups like ours (18 people). The area is spacious and has a well-stocked outdoor bar. The sunrise and sunset view is simply amazing, and having direct access to the lagoon from the patio is something that is really worth it. The only suggestion I have is that the grill could be a little bigger. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun experience.

A very nice house, good service and an excellent location

We just LOVED this house. It was the perfect place for our big family gathering. Plenty of everything we needed - seating for dinner, plates & glasses, pool/lagoon towels, bathrooms and beds. The lagoon and pool access was fantastic. We loved the kayaks and outdoor tables for eating. Shade if you wanted it, sun if you wanted it. Bottled water and ice from filtered water was always available. The best vacation.

A beautiful house with a very privileged lakefront location. We had a great time and were able to cook and sleep comfortably. Very attentive and kind host. Don Pablo the caretaker was a very attentive and friendly person. We recommend this place 100%.

The best place to stay in Bacalar! A magical place made up of a beautiful house on the edge of the lagoon. Luis supported us at all times during our stay, his response was always immediate. The place is very easy to access and has its parking, the rooms are very comfortable with privacy in each of them, ample spaces to spend time together with your friends/family, and we'd add that it includes access to the club with a spectacular view. This is our second time staying at this place and we will definitely be back. Thank you very much for everything!

The house was very nice ! Rooms were spacious. Dining can only be enjoyed outdoors. Pablo the caretaker was very helpful! House was fairly clean . All in all the house met our needs and would definitely book again .

Very nice house, this is my second time in an excellent location, very clean and very good attention at all times.

We had a blast, the location is amazing it is located at a great spot of the lagoon, next to a beach club and 10min walk from downtown. The host was very responsive, gave clear guidelines and great recos! Highly recommend this place!

There are only positive things to say about the Hanna Sofia house. Before arriving, Luis answered all of our questions and was super friendly and flexible. The house is very nice, clean and spacious. Obviously the best thing is the terrace that overlooks the lagoon, with its large table and its second kitchen. Pablo, the caretaker of the house, was really kind and attentive to our needs. We had a great Christmas as a family, the house even had a Christmas tree and decoration, which helped us feel at home. Thank you !!

everything was excellent! A great place. The house is very helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and having the beachclub next door was very convenient to not only be in the lagoon but also in the pool. The beachclub food is delicious, and there are also two amazing restaurants in walking distance. Luis' service was impeccable. We are already planning to come back!

A very beautiful house to go to enjoy Bacalar.

Me and my family had a great time at our stay here for an entire week. Luis was easy to communicate with and helped us plan out our trip well before we arrived. Luis even helped me book a Mariachi to come to the house and made sure everything went smoothly. Pablo is in charge of property maintenance/management and he is also amazing. He was always around or nearby to help us with anything we needed. The location was also great, very central to all things Bacalar. We rented a car and found it very easy to get around. Every room in the house has its own restroom which is great for traveling with large groups and for privacy. Overall, the best experience I’ve ever had with an Airbnb property. I will definitely be back!

Celebrate my birthday in Bacalar and this house was perfect for the occasion! House has too much space and we were all extremely comfortable! It is located in front of the lagoon which is perfect for watching the sunrises and sunsets from the dock! Communication with Luis was impeccable, responsive immediately, and always attentive to all of our inquiries. And Pablo, the person in charge of the house, is super attentive and friendly. We recommend the house 100%, we will be back again!

Excellent place for large groups, having a restroom in each of the bedrooms was great. The Beach Club and staff were great, specially Wendy, always on top of things. Every house should have a "Pablo" (house keeper) he was the go to guy, if we needed something he would get it for us. Need a Van, a Boat, a Jet sky. Pablo knows a guy. Even the owner was super nice. I would definitely go back to this house. Only gave four stars cause I couldn't do six 😅

Very good place to spend a nice vacation

Excellent place if you have a large family, the rooms are very spacious. The concierge in the house was always attentive to what we needed and was very helpful in planning some tours in Bacalar and not worrying about anything during our stay.
