Diego was super responsive from the very beginning. I enquired about another property which got booked, by the time I decided to go for it but Diego was kind enough to recommend this property under his purview. The Waterhouse met all our expectations. The cleaners did a great job before we checked in. Ana, who manages this property was super helpful, answering all my questions promptly and organising our ride to and from Tulum. Thanks again guys.

Amazing place!!!! However, I would recommend having flashlights and portable fans readily available for guest in each room (our power went out for 2 hours and it was extremely hot). We knew the power was iffy but didn’t expect it to be out that long. Overall the best birthday I’ve ever had, so no real complaint :)
