This house is a gem in the beautiful neighborhood of Salento. It’s a peaceful place only a few minutes from Salento. The house is clean, the beds are super comfortable. the kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal. The grounds are very well kept and are wonderful to walk around. Probably the best part are keepers Julio and Gloria, very attentive and ready to help us with anything we needed. Julio lighted up the wood fireplace to keep us warm in the evenings. I can’t say enough about this place, 110% recommended. We will definitely come back here if we are ever back in Salento.

The property is simply beautiful. You can go to the river and swim. There is a beautiful garden with lots of plants. The beds were very comfortable. The Santa Rita waterfall is very close, and you can walk there. The surroundings are beautiful and very relaxing. My family and I visited Salento (a few days after the August 2026 earthquake) and everything was in perfect condition. We thank Andrés and Juana for the quick attention and warm welcome. 100% recommended

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The home is the perfect place to disconnect and immerse yourself in nature. Waking up to the sound of the river flowing right through the backyard was magical, and the location couldn’t be better for anyone who loves hiking and exploring the beautiful trails around Salento. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the wonderful hospitality of Doña Gloria and Don Julio. They were always available to help with anything we needed and shared fantastic recommendations for the different hiking trails and hidden gems in the area. Their kindness and local knowledge made our experience even more special. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature with exceptional hosts, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

A nice place in a very nice setting. A traditional house from the Eje Cafetero, full of stories in every corner. The house looks exactly as it does on the platform.

The best weekend, in touch with nature

Had a magical stay at Andres’ and Juana’s place. The house is a traditional Colombian farmhouse, beautifully maintained and decorated, stacked with all facilities you need for a comfortable stay. My daughters loved playing around in the beautifully maintained gardens. The communication was proactive and the instructions were helpful. You are also well located to explore the coffe growing region. Highly recommend and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Very nice place and the hosts were very welcoming. They were aware of everything. Being right next to the river gives it a very special touch.

beautiful place to satay

This place is excellent. They fit us in when we had an issue with another place. The man and the woman that take care of the place are there for whatever’s needed. The man brought us firewood and started a fire. Set up the grill to barbecue. The woman cooked breakfast and made sure the place was clean . It was excellent. There was a hot water heater for the showers that worked well. Was a little chilly but the caretaker set up a cozy fire the river is beautiful and was a really cool sitting area with a grill By the river ! We will be back !!

We loved this place and spent some super nice days. The place is super quiet, perfect for resting. The house has everything you need to feel at home, we didn't need anything at all. Mrs. Gloria, who is in charge of receiving guests, is very friendly and was always attentive to any needs. We had a small problem in one of the rooms but they quickly tried to fix it. 10/10, we will definitely be back.

We stayed with 6 adults and 2 children and the experience was simply amazing. The house is lovely, very typical of the coffee region, spacious, tidy, impeccably clean and extremely cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is very good and safe, with perfect distances to visit coffee farms and characteristic villages of the region, which made our trip even more special. We want to highlight the 100% attention of Mrs. Gloria in the house, always friendly and willing to help, as well as the excellent work of Andrés' team: very professional, responsive, organized and with all the necessary information from the beginning. We highly recommend this house for family trips and will definitely be back!

Beautiful home!! We loved the jacuzzi and views. It was chilly at night and there are warm blankets and ponchos provided which was a nice touch. Andres was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. We felt like an authentic Colombian coffee axis experience.

What a perfect local experience to explore Salento! Just outside the town (a 5 minute drive) this place is a really nice way to explore the region. The fire kept up super cozy! Gloria and Jose are the heart of the place and clearly put so much love into the beautiful garden and making you feel at home!

It is a typical house with the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant stay, definitely the jacuzzi gives it a plus.

We travelled from the UK to visit family in Colombia. The house was an absolute dream: spacious, clean, well equipped,comfortable, and in the most beautiful setting. Doña Gloria and Don Carlos were warm and welcoming; they couldn't do enough for us. The city of Pereira is close as well as many other points of interest in the coffee region. We would not hesitate to stay in Casa Condina again!

Andres’s place was very clean and well taken care of. The jucuzzi is a huge plus and the staff are friendly. The home is on a very large plot of land so there is plenty of room to explore.

An amazing place in the middle of the Pereira farms. You are 30 minutes from the city and Salento. You also have villages like Finlandia very close by. You can stay very comfortably in the tranquility and enjoy a good coffee / lunch / breakfast / dinner.

Stay in a traditional coffee house, very well preserved and equipped with everything you need to have a great time. Easy access and a very good location equidistant to all the plans of the coffee axis. We recommend this accommodation to travelers who want to experience the coffee experience from a spacious, comfortable and safe place. We hope to return!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Casa Condina in Eje Cafetero, Colombia, in July 2025. My experience at this beautiful farmhouse was truly exceptional. Casa Condina offers a serene and picturesque setting, surrounded by the lush landscapes typical of Eje Cafetero. The tranquility of the environment, combined with the authentic Colombian farmhouse charm, made my stay incredibly relaxing. The hospitality was top-notch, and the accommodations were both comfortable and inviting.

The place is beautiful, with a stunning view and a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere that you feel as soon as you arrive. The accommodations are very well maintained, everything worked perfectly — including the jacuzzi, which was a real treat. The space was impeccably clean and harmonious, ideal for relaxing and enjoying time with family. The location is also excellent: very close to restaurants, points of interest, and walking areas. It’s a place that invites rest, connection, and calm. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing, and special experience.

Everything excellent

Excellent Hosts, quick and truthful response. House in a very good location, in a safe area. Very clean and plenty of equipment and dishes. Good quality sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. Gloria, the lady who accompanied us, recommended by the host, of excellent human quality and excellent cuisine. Highly recommended, this is a typical house in the coffee-growing area. We really liked my whole family.

The house is great for family meetings. It has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, nice social areas and a Jacuzzi. The housekeepers are really nice. I would love to stay again here.
