Villa Pochote is a special place to go with family, the house is very comfortable and pleasant . Trey is a very good host, we hope to return

Away, nice and nice and quiet. The terraces of the house are enjoyed. There are beautiful and beautiful beaches nearby.

Trey’s spot is idyllic. Chilling in the pool with such a fantastic view felt like paradise. We watched macaws, bats, hummingbirds, and two types of monkey. Trey recommended local surf instructors who taught two teen girls to surf in one lesson! We’d love to come back.

If the host tells them that they are coming in a low car, they should not believe them. We lost the reservation because she assured that if the car came in, we asked the question before we booked. We tried to access the house on 5 different paths (By Coyote two paths, on Santa Teresa beach, on the Ario river) and we did not manage to get there, we took more than 10 hours to try it on slab roads until we got tired and stayed in Cobano. Maybe it's a beautiful place, but if they are going to book it is mandatory to bring a 4x4 car

here is a great place to discover the south of the peninsula of Nicoya far from the crowds . If a 4X4 is required to arrive at Villa Pochotte , the long and beautiful beaches of Manzanillo are within a 5mm walk . Trey will be at your disposal and good advice to organize your stay . A place or Pura Vida in one direction . Last info , Trey's craft beers are all excellent .

Highly recommended, the house has everything you need to have a great vacation, the house is surrounded by nature and very close to the beach. Trey was really nice to us! We look forward to coming back!

If you plan to stay at Villa Pochote or in the Nicoya area you should note that a 4 w4 is the best choice as the hills can ve very steep and the roads are of poor conditions. Treys place

This is a great place to spend a time alone, relax and admire the weather and forest of Guanacaste. It is not close to the beach but not far away neither. You definitely need a car to get there and around. Trey is very kind, and a nice host.

Trey's place is amazing. The views from the balcony over the pool and setting sun over the Pacific beyond were perfect. We didn't go a day without spotting monkeys, iguanas, parrots and many other birds from the balcony! So cool. The location is great to be far enough away from all the action of the beach towns to the south but those restaurants and beaches are easy to get to if you like. That said, the closest beach, Manzanillo, is amazing and so private that we had an entire afternoon there with the place to ourselves! Surf lessons from Trey were the icing on the cake. He got me surfing for the first time and my three kids (9, 9, and 7) all catching waves in no time! A trip to remember for sure. Thanks, Trey and Jacqueline!

Trey was a tremendous host and constantly made sure everything was good. Location is beautiful looking out onto the ocean and the place is clean and has everything you'd expect in it.
