The location and overall setup of the house are very complete and tidy. However, the quality of some facilities is not high, such as kitchen supplies, lounge chairs, and BBQ area equipment. Everything else is good.

It was an excellent stay. Javier let us check in before the agreed time because we arrived earlier. Roberto, the house manager, was always attentive to see if we needed anything or to help us with anything, whether we needed an express purchase or had any questions via message, he always responded, as did Ms. Mary, the cleaning lady, who always kept all the bedrooms and common areas clean and also helped us with breakfast on a few occasions. In the end, we had to stay 2 more days, and Javier helped us book without any issues.
