Excellent location, it has everything you need, and the host is very friendly. I recommend staying at this place.

Obed is the great host everyone hopes to have. Responds fast, always polite & knows about everything. His place is a full studio apartment with 1 bed (they're the 2 on the top floor, pics show a mix of both). 40 min walk to town, 8 minute walk to main road (there's streetlights but anywhere in Latam after 10pm is solo) 2 bikes available, 10-15 min ride to downtown, Taxis 80day-180night Last bus out of Granada is kind of early around 6 maybe 7 but if u miss it? which leaves the only neutral about airbnb is the need for a car or motorcycle if you plan to go to town a bit. Price is amazing being it includes AC & is a full studio with kitchen, washer etc!!! as most others similar price are just a private room & charge $8USD A DAY EXTRA!! just for AC but that can be a break even if you rent a vehicle so there's here, rural with AC included & rent vehicle or central & no need to rent vehicle but pay AC. Would definitely recommend! Eva on ggl maps has the best Motos for the price in town.

Me and my husband really like the place and how flexible and accommodating Obed is. It is really one of the best places we have stayed and would recommend it to anyone.

Google is not very accurate, as we arrived at night, we could not see properly. Obed is proactive and responsive in helping us! He sent us the exact location directly by message. Correct accommodation for 2 nights and is 5-10 minutes from Granada! Thank you Obed!

The place was very pleasant and clean. In the kitchen you will find everything you need and Obed was very helpful.

My husband is staying here while I am out of the country and he found the place very private and accommodating to his needs. He appreciates having access to the washing machine and feel free to do what he likes. He really likes the place.
