Very good overall, we only spoke to say that the TV is missing and the bathroom had a very bad smell, they finally fixed it I would definitely come back

I thought it was a very comfortable apartment, sometimes it smelled like a drain. Check the dishes well since they charged me for dishes that I did not break. We asked them to recommend someone for service, who was going, I don't know if the dishes were in that condition or the cleaning girl broke them. Otherwise, everything was very good

An excellent option for large groups, the building has the amenities of a hotel without having to deal with so many people, the hosts are super attentive all the time. We will definitely be back.

The stay was excellent, everything was amazing. The place is just as shown in the photos, very clean, comfortable and with everything you need. The host is always attentive and communicates well. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the apartment! As well as the condominium in general, the pools on the roof and the beach. We hope to come back soon!

Mariana was very responsive before and during our stay, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed to arrive and find the cleaning crew still there—beds unmade, dirty rags around—setting a bad tone from the start. One guest fell when a chair broke, and we had maintenance out 5–6 times for a leaking fridge/dishwasher. Even the blinds fell down. The constant disruptions were frustrating. We also hired a caterer for a special dinner, but despite following all protocols, it took over an hour and multiple calls to get them through security, delaying the evening. Same thing happened again with massage therapists. Although the place was beautiful and certainly met our expectations we expected a smoother, more professional experience for the money we spent. Regarding space, although the large table on the patio is nice, the space is too tight to sit 7/10 people. Other than that all areas of the property and unit met our expectations and in the end we had a wonderful vacation.

Hi Patricia, we appreciate all feedback and strive to give the best possible experience to all of our guests. You guys arrived at 1pm, we did specify to you that we had guests who checked out that same day at 11 AM and that we would be cleaning and you could only drop off your luggage and go to the common areas 😊 it was a courtesy to allow you to check in early, but sadly, the conditions were not respected, and your aggressiveness towards the cleaning staff was not appreciated. The caterer that you hired was late because they had the wrong location, which was provided by you and not us. That is unfortunate but had nothing to do with our service. Same thing happened with the therapists whom we by the way helped get in the unit because you were unresponsive to them. We don’t often have guests who we would not welcome back into our properties and sadly your group is one of those, you were reported into different occasions, both for breaking the rules and cursing at the security staff, which is absolutely not something we tolerate.

The place is amazing, the view is beautiful, the place is perfectly tidy, spacious, with practically everything you need so you don't have to go out, you just have to bring what you are going to prepare. Very comfortable beds.

This is a Coastal Paradise with stunning views, condo is nestled along the pristine shoreline and offers a sublime escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With direct access to the beach this haven is perfect for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty. From every vantage point you are treated with breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean. Condo is impeccable clean and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights at this place and it was the Perfect Gateway for our family vacation. Everyone had it's own private bedroom and bathroom which is a big plus and it was an unforgettable stay. I strongly recommend it, access is super easy you have your own elevator inside your condo. The only downside is you have to drive (uber, taxi or car) to go out to town (PVR, Bucerias or other) to go to a restaurant outside of the complex. Place is spendy but you get your money's worth.

Everything was great! The apartment is beautiful and conveniently located. The only thing that seemed strange to us was that the electricity is limited and if you use too much, they cut it off and you have to pay (we didn't use too much, but it was hard for us to understand how it worked). Other than that, everything was perfect and we would 100% go back there

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beautiful apartment is spacious and comfortable. Mariana was responsive and very easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working and there was not a child’s playroom or playground. We do hope to stay here again!

Mariana and her team are always attentive, incredible apartments, comfortable, luxurious, delicious beds, the beautiful beach, what I liked most is the pool on the incredible ceiling to spend the afternoon as a family. The only thing that we did not like and is understood are policies of the apartments outside of Mariana is that surveillance makes guests or stop making it annoying, to the extent as examples is that you cannot play on the sand of the hotel or ball at the pool, to name a few, everything threatens you with a report.
