Thank you for your comments. Sorry you were disappointed, but the listing clearly states that Casita #2 has a double bed, you must have been confused with Casita #1.  I'm sorry that the staff didn't provide the sun lounges, if you had mentioned it, we would have been happy to take them out.

Yes, it was an unfortunate situation of nature, where the ants start to wake up from their dormant state and it coincided with your stay. There is a delicate balance between eliminating bugs and contaminating the environment, a situation which affects us all seriously, and we try to cause as little damage as possible.
