Roni

The space was perfect! Very well equipped, nothing was missing! The children enjoyed the games available by the pool and in the house. The location is really a plus; we didn't use the car during the stay! It's all about walking. We would be happy to come back to Tamarindo and to Roni's place!

Overall this was an amazing stay. We loved: - the location: it’s quiet but you can walk to downtown Tamarindo and the beach in 5 mins - well stocked. We cooked, did laundry and appreciated the beach towels. - the pool! We swam almost every day. It’s cool, relaxing, and someone came to clean it daily. - the hammock and patio are amazing. We spent all our mornings there. The reason we gave it 4 stars. - the AC units on the main floor (living room/ kitchen, and biggest bedroom) are not strong enough to cool the space. In the afternoons it can get up to 80 inside the house. Roni was very slow to respond to questions about it and told us there was no issue. A technician came three days later and said one unit needed maintenance but Roni didn’t follow up and our stay ended. Would’ve appreciate more communication and transparency.
