The seven of us had a very nice time in Santa Teresa. The property is perfectly laid out for a larger group, with a large common area and an outdoor kitchen. However, a few minor things would need to be replaced/repaired again.

Great place! Amazing location relatively close to everything, making walking anywhere very easy and doable.
