Place was really nice, visually appealing and about 10 - 20 mins away to most spots. Neighborhood had plenty of restaurants and street food. Nice host.
This place looks just like the photos. It was absolutely serene and beautiful. The pool was nice. The AC kept the place nice and cool. There was so much to do. Great location. Great food in the area. Pepe’s tacos were so bomb. The only issue we had was that the water pressure in the shower was so low that we ended up having to shower in another space next door after just skipping a shower the night before. But they offered us a beverage and the other place.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay! The host was very responsive and communicated quickly whenever we had questions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The house was exactly as pictured—beautiful, clean, and the view was absolutely stunning. It was also very quiet, which made for a super relaxing and peaceful experience. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate—you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!
amazing stay. it really is just as beautiful as it looks - the living room is a heavenly place to sit and read and watch the shadows of palm leaves while listening to the birds and the fountain. very quiet at night, with many many great restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance. spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen should you want it and a bathroom of each of the three levels. it was a luxurious amount of space for a couple and would work great for a small group - the loft level bedroom has sliding panels and a door so it can be a truly private sleeping area. Great wifi, I worked and had video calls throughout the stay with no issues. Guillermo welcomed us and gave us a tour and shared some really great neighborhood recommendations. I would not have a single doubt about recommending this place. can't wait to come back!
I had a lovely stay at Terreo Studio. The space is beautifully designed and looks exactly like the photos. The private plunge pool and courtyard area were especially nice and made it feel very relaxing and private. The studio itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout the stay. One thing future guests may want to be aware of is that the neighborhood has quite a few dogs nearby, and there was some barking during the night (including early morning hours). This may not bother everyone, but if you are a very light sleeper it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a beautiful space and a great place to stay while exploring Tulum.
Gorgeous place in a lovely location, a block from a French bakery, taco truck, and other delicious food options. Just a short walk to yoga at Holistika. Host was incredibly responsive, greeted us upon arrival, and helped with transportation to/from the airport. Although it is just 3 or so miles to the beach, we recommend not biking there due to a lack of bike lanes, heavy traffic on the main beach road, and many dirt roads between if you try to take less busy side streets.
Our five-day stay at Terreo Studio in Tulum was absolutely fabulous. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The photos are beautiful, but they don’t do this place justice, it is even more stunning in person. This is easily the second best Airbnb my husband & I have ever stayed in, & we travel often & are very particular about where we stay. I’m extremely clean borderline OCD and this home came very close to my standards. It felt fresh, thoughtfully maintained, and intentionally designed, with clear attention to detail. The only issue was low water pressure in the first bedroom shower. We reported it and were told someone would come the next day, but no one arrived. Thankfully, we used the second bathroom without issue. Neighbor dogs bark at night, which may bother light sleepers, though as dog lovers we didn’t mind. Pepe the taco guy on the corner is a must. Taxis are pricey, negotiate first. Perfect for remote work, peaceful, safe, and beautifully inspiring. Just book it.
A gorgeous, peaceful, perfect stay. The home is so very beautiful and well-designed. Guillermo was a kind, thoughtful, responsive and brilliant host - always quick to provide help, recommendations and help with reservations, requests, etc. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back.
This place lived up to - and actually exceeded - our expectations in every way. The home is incredibly beautiful and stylishly decorated with a calm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen and living room have huge windows that provide a fantastic light, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to feel at home right away. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and really nice, perfect for relaxation. As an extra positive surprise, there were also facilities that were not mentioned in the listing at all – including both a washing machine and a dryer, which was enormously convenient. All in all, a wonderful experience, and a place we would love to return to. Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about this place, the host, and our stay! Would absolutely recommend - 10/10! There are a lot of great places nearby and renting a motorbike/scooter makes it so easy to get around. I highly suggest having the chef Services - Fabrizio was amazing for the two evenings we had him cook for us! The place is beautiful and exactly like the pictures - would be great for two couples. We have already talked about going back with friends! Thank you, Guillermo and team!
The place is showroom beautiful, including the rooftop patio, with its many, many marvelous cacti scattered about and even a rooftop tub for dipping! And the staff was terrific, always. The neighborhood is great, although pretty removed from much of Tulum, and transit, including taxis (which are quite expensive), is somewhat difficult and required assistance from the staff.
This was easily the best Air BNB experience I’ve ever had! The place is stunningly beautiful! It’s clean, well-decorated, and looks exactly like the photos. We enjoyed lounge around the house and relaxing by the pool. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. They provided a plethora of helpful information about the city and the neighborhood. They also gave us a list of suggested restaurants and things to do in the local area. They were always prompt to respond to our questions/inquiries. Additionally, they made it possible for us to have a on-stop shop for all our needs (airport transportation, scooter rental, etc). I highly suggest staying here! We had a wonderful time!

Fantastic stay, host was excellent and very nice. This was the best stay I have had st Tulum. It really is an experience being in the “jungle living room” during a rainstorm! Highly recommend!
Everything was beautiful and perfect. Amazing architecture and interior design. Vibe and energy of the space for sure among the best in tulum. Another level of quality and top design. Beds extremely comfortable and so many lounging spaces. Perfect home away from home complete with a bang & olufsen speaker to complete the vibe with beautiful rich music.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. I thought the pictures would do it justice, but seeing this location in person was breathtaking. Was this overkill for two people? Absolutely! But we couldn’t have asked for a better host, and loved the location, especially when the roads nearby came alive at night. Guillermo provided amazing recommendations, and this all made for the perfect week in Tulum. One of my favorite vacations of all time, and had a lot to do with starting at this home. Thank you!
The architecture reminds me of the architect Mies van der Rohe. The lighting piercing through jungle into the living room was ethereal. Recommend a day trip to Vallodolid from here and ask him about his recommended restaurant there.
Great place, the location is perfect and has restaurants within 3 min walking distances. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. Just absolutely stunning! We also hired a chef the food was perfect!
Beautiful stay—just like the photos! The decor is stunning, and you can tell the host and designer put a lot of love into the space. A hidden gem in Tulum. A few things to note: We booked this for a bachelorette trip of 8 and were told the two listings would be within a 1-minute walk. In reality, they were in separate buildings 2–3 blocks apart, managed by different owners. The walk—especially at night with nearby construction and poor lighting—wasn’t ideal. 2. We understand Airbnb uses dynamic pricing, but we were disappointed to find the listing price had dropped to half by July, compared to what we paid back in February. At the time of booking, the July calendar wasn’t even open, so when we asked about it, the host opened the dates—but kept high-season pricing. So if you’re planning a trip during low season, it may be worth waiting rather than booking far in advance. Still, we had a great time—just be aware of these when planning!
We loved the place. The name says it all. It’s and architectural work of art! Pool was nice on the 4th floor where we slept as well. Kitchen was well appointed with cutting boards and standard cookware. The location is great as we walked to most restaurants while we stayed there Host met us and gave a great orientation. We had a low water issue on the pool and they had someone there with in 20 minutes and they fixed it! We will stay there again!
Such a beautiful and well equipped apartment, we loved everything about it. The area is kind of gritty, hip but not pretentious, full of great restaurants and interesting boutiques. We felt very safe walking and riding our scooters around this part of Tulum. The host was so helpful, almost like a personal concierge and really did go above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.
My stay here was hands down one of the most beautiful airbnbs I’ve been in. Everything was put together so beautifully, It made the process so simple. I had transport from the airport to the front door, I rented a scooter right on the property, and got all checked in easy. This listing belongs on a bucket list, the floor to ceiling windows were remarkable and enjoyed the end of the day dip in the roof top pool. La Veleta had all the charm I was looking for. The hosts answer questions and arrange things around town for you with my trouble. Stay here!
This place is 100/10 amazing! The service is unmatched not only anywhere I've ever been in Tulum but rivals, or beats, any AirBnb I've ever booked. Someone greets you upon arrival, they answered any questions/ concerns I had within minutes, someone from the team was almost always on site to assist with anything. The actual space itself is equal to the service- clean, comfortable, great aesthetic. I would definitely recommend doing the private chef they offer, well worth it. Very walkable to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.. Will be staying here very visit to Tulum.
One of the prettiest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The neighborhood itself (La Veleta) is also super convenient with lots of cafes, restaurants, and convenient stores within walking distance. The host communicated seamlessly with us and gave us a tour of the space to make sure we had everything we needed. Every corner of this apartment is a photo opp if you know what I mean :) The faucet and sink in the bathroom upstairs is little hard to navigate, as one wrong turn to the right could lead to water splashing everywhere because of how shallow the sink is (classic form over function). But nothing you can’t get used to. 10/10 would recommend staying here
Incredible Stay – Beautiful Space & Amazing Host Our stay at this Airbnb in Tulum was absolutely perfect! The space itself was stunning—exactly like the photos—beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Candles throughout set the tone for relaxing and romantic evenings. The location was fantastic—walkable to all the best spots along 7th St. in La Veleta, with an great selection of restaurants, cafés, and hip places. But what truly made this stay exceptional was the host. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. From arranging scooters and restaurant reservations to booking in-home massages, beach club access, and more, they had connections everywhere and made sure we had an unforgettable experience. The private chef they arranged made the most fresh and delicious foor! If you're looking for a stress-free, luxurious, and immersive Tulum experience, this is the place to stay. We can't wait to come back!
Heavenly! The house is a work of art — so beautifully designed and perfectly appointed. Had everything you need and felt like the best of Brooklyn met the coolest community in Tulum. So grateful for Franco and his team — they were all so helpful … the location was PERFECT for a five night stay! Grateful!!
Another great stay at a Terreo Studio space here in La Veleta, this time a loft style space in the heart of the village. The space itself is beautiful and as pictured, with huge windows and lots of light. It has every amenity and the Terreo team is available at all times to assist. La Veleta is a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Tulum and the beach area and the Terreo Studio locations are excellent. Highly recommended if you're looking for something with a focus on art and design.
It was my first time to Tulum, didn't quite know where the location was, but it turned out to be perfect, as I was very interested in what was happening in the emergence of Tulum. The apartment is spectacular and the best way I can describe the neighborhood is Williamsburg 15 years ago. You can clearly see where Valetta is going and the developers and their staff have hit the nail on the head with this property. We rented scooters at Oscar's recommendation and although at first it was a little scary it was the best suggestion because we were able to explore. A 15 minute scooter ride to the beach we visited three beach clubs I would say our favorite was Panamera great food and hospitality and beautiful setting. Oscar recommended a terrific tour guide Miguel who really could not have been nicer. We did the cenotes, and the Tulum ruins which were extraordinary. The national Park AKA the hotel zone is a must do when you park leave all unnecessary items behind bring towel and suntan lotio
Arturo's place was perfect for what we had in mind. A house where you feel surrounded by nature and tranquility. The decor gave it a warm touch and was so nice to enjoy with the family on its terrace and small pool. I highly recommend this stay for those who want to explore Tulum and rest in a beautiful setting.
Hosts could not have been more helpful. Everything was perfect when we arrived and all pre-arranged plans were flawless. We rented scooters, had massages brought in, and Chef Andrea for a private dinner topped off a wonderful birthday trip for my daughter. Simple perfection.

The condo was beautiful, private, and peaceful; exactly like the pictures and close to everything. We would absolutely return to this home for another visit!

This Place was exactly what someone expectations would be if they love Decor, Peace, Luxury, and Beautiful ambience. I will love to come back and stay longer. I only stayed 2 nights here and I would like to had more time to enjoy the wonderful space. The host was excellent. The floors feels so awesome they was spotless. I never walk bare feet. Our stay at Arturo was absolutely amazing! Cannot say enough great things about this BNB. Decor and vibe was so aesthetically pleasing. The host was so friendly! Highly highly recommend getting the private chef - Andrea with Matteo. Andrea made some of the best food we have ever eatin. The BNB was so peaceful and homey. I would 100% stay here again! LOVED the big bath tub and comfortable mattress and all amenties and extras were perfect!
We booked this beautiful Airbnb for my wedding in Tulum and also for taking get ready photo shoot because it looks so amazing in the photos online. And it even looks better when we see it with our own eyes! It's the perfect place for photo shooting and absolutely the best for staying in as well. Every little detail was well designed and full of arts. We were welcomed with fresh flowers in all the rooms including the bathrooms. The host and on site maintenance team are the nicest people ever. They repond to my messages quickly, and they try their best to satify our needs. When I asked if there's window covering in the bathroom, they were able to buy and install a bath curtain in under 2 hours. I was truly amazed by this beautiful place and the level of service provided. We will definitly come back in and stay in some of the other buildings desgned by the same team. I recommand this place to everyone travelling to Tulum, it is one of a kind and it will be the best decision you ever made.
This is the second time I’ve stayed at one of these properties and i can’t recommend them enough! Every property is as beautiful as pictured and the service is incredible. They are so responsive and make sure you are super comfortable during your stay.
We loved the stay at Arturo's place in La Veleta. Wished the place was by the beach, but it was beautiful. He had wonderful recommendations and we enjoyed going to them. He was very attentive and helpful. I had a disability so, stairs were not a friend a me, but we managed. While the aesthetic of the place was beautiful and minimalist, I would recommend railings on the stairs. Otherwise, our stay was great.

This loft apartment is stunning and relaxing. The space sets the stage for a connective and peaceful vacation, walking distance to lots of nest restaurants, coffee and shopping. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure the stay is seamless and pleasant. We were traveling with an infant and when we arrive they had a lovely travel crib and high chair set up. Big wind storms damaged the rooftop plunge pool area and the hosts came and fixed everything while we were out at the cenotes. They also repaired a lock that was damaged by a different guest on the courtyard door within hours of us notifying them about the issue. The timeliness, through fullness and stunning design made this an unforgettable Airbnb experience. Don’t miss the chance to book this place.
This home was absolutely STUNNING! The property was EVERYTHING I was looking for to celebrate my birthday and my anniversary! It was serene, clean, peaceful and romantic! The team was incredibly responsive, provided me with an abundance of information with in depth descriptions for transporting from the airport in Cancun to Telum. The team was flexible and helped supported me staying in another property for a day and moving to this one as it became available and moved our things for us while we were out enjoying the area. If you are like me and looking for something special you found it! This location is close to downtown Telum as well as the Beach/hotel zone. My husband and I went back and forth with ease, taxis were great and even rented a local go cart for the day when we stayed around La Valeta! I honestly can’t say enough good things! You won’t regret it! In-house massages, chef prepared meals and constant support from the team! Your vacation will be perfect here!

The most STUNNING Airbnb we have ever stayed in. And we travel a lot. Location was also 10/10, and the host was wonderful with local recommendations, reservations, etc. do not hesitate to book this- truly a magical stay.
What a stunning place! We soaked in every detail of the design and decor and loved our stay. Everything is top notch - from the linens and towels to everything in the kitchen to the graciousness of the hosts. We felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel but with a ton more space. And it was easy to get to the beaches and around town. We hope we get the chance to return soon.
This is one of my favorite AirBnbs of all time. An incredible space that is well decorated and serves as an oasis of relaxation. Arturo and his team was incredible and highly responsive - for instance, we couldn’t find a bottle opener and they ran one up in 5 minutes. The bed was super comfy, the towels and bath experience high quality. We did the private chef experience and it went very well. The little pool was great, we sat in it for hours with a bottle of champagne. Any drawbacks were really overall Tulum issues (construction, muddy roads, etc.) My only note about this space: there are quite a few stairs to get to the master and guest rooms. So if you have mobility issues keep this in mind. This is one of the really great airbnb experiences I’ve had - the pictures don’t do it justice. If possible I will always stay here when visiting Tulum!!!

We had an amazing stay. Arturo and his team are the best hosts. They had many excellent recommendations and were very responsive before and during our trip. The apartment is beautiful and just like the pictures. La Veleta is a nice neighborhood - it was easy to get taxis to get to the beach and restaurants but quieter and more relaxed than downtown Tulum or the hotel zone.
Arturo’s place was just as pictured. Beautiful space and design. Only concern would be the smell of the water coming from shower and sinks. I don’t believe it’s only Arturo’s place, but the area in general that doesn’t have an updated septic system, so the smell of the water isn’t too great. I suggest using the filtered water to brush your teeth. Otherwise everything else was great and the hosts were very friendly.
The prettiest and the best AIRBNB I have ever stayed!!! Super clean and beautiful view of the living room and the pool is also very nice!! Bedrooms and bathrooms are also nice and clean. The host is very responsive and friendly as well!! Love this house and highly recommended!!

Such a serene retreat! This place is nothing short of a design enthusiast’s dream. The beautiful design, high quality materials, tons of natural light and ideal layout made this such a peaceful getaway for us. It’s also extremely quiet which made it extra restful which we definitely needed. The hosts were all super friendly, helpful and very fast in responding. We loved lazy mornings on the couch in front of the huge windows and evenings in the pool surrounded by the trees. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
The host was so accommodating and extremely responsive - we ordered a shuttle from the airport and in-house massages/chef breakfast through them. They were so helpful with providing recommendations and coordinating everything for us, making sure we got the services we requested and even sending someone to help the chef get in the house while we were getting massages, much appreciated. The house is breath-taking, had everything we needed, and was super clean/comfortable. Lots of great shops and restaurants you can walk to up the street and was safe/quiet. Also not far from the beach resort areas, but I preferred being in the La Veleta area. Loved the house and our stay, want to come back again - thank you so much!!!
This is one of the most beautiful and immaculate places we’ve ever stayed! We even canceled some of our outings just to be able to spend more time in this beautiful space! The hosts are kind, attentive, and helpful, on par with service you’d expect from a nice hotel. Their attention to detail, from the decor to the personal touches, transformed an already amazing accommodation into a truly luxurious experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return any time we’re in the area.

This loft penthouse exceeded expectations. The photos are impressive — but the space, the finishes and the design touches are of a quality that differentiates this space from other apartments and homes. We had a dream stay in this stunning three story townhouse. It was a special treat for my husband's 40th and travelled with our two kids ages 4 & 8. We all loved our stay and if I could give it a 10 star rating we would. We got a wonderful welcome with wine, a stunning fruit bowl and flowers. Before our trip loads of amazing tips and suggestions that carried on throughout our stay. We loved exploring the local area, beach clubs in the day and relaxing in the plunge pool in the afternoons. Kitchen was great and had all we needed and more but to be honest went out mostly as loads of nice local restaurant just minute walk away. We booked in one of the private chefs for a brunch and it was so delicious so highly recommend. This airbnb is pure luxury, calming and very relaxing. The team really goes on and beyond to make your stay amazing and would say it's more like a high end concierge service. The tips, support and advice they gave second to none. Thank you again Arturo & team!!
Wow wow wow. This is officially my all time favorite Airbnb stay ever in all the places I’ve been around the world. I had bookmarked this years ago and finally had the opportunity to stay. The space is an inspirational dream. I felt so relaxed and renewed staying here. The attention to detail is second to none both in interior design and hosting. All the little touches like welcome fruit basket, bottle of wine were appreciated. Purified water on tap a big plus too. Beds were super comfy with soft linen bedding. Plush robes and great steamer a plus. Arturo and team were incredibly attentive and delivered a five star experience start to finish. This space is even better than pictured. It is so peaceful and walkable to holistika and other restaurants, a short cab ride to ruins and other things to do in the area. They provided tons of recommendations and even helped with airport transportation. I’ve already booked another one of their units for next month. Book this you won’t regret it.
We had the most amazing vacation here. The host were super friendly and responsive. The location is super peaceful, safe and there’s a great deal to do. If you book this you will not be sorry! The decor in the home is absolutely amazing as well as the surroundings around it. We will definitely be returning! Felt just like home very comfortable and private.
Without a doubt, my best Airbnb experience. I can't wait to return to Tulum and stay in a terreostudio property. The design elements and functionality of Liana Tulum are outstanding. The interior is upscale and beautiful, yet extremely comfortable and tranquil. The location is convenient to many great restaurants and shops, and the ruins and beaches are a short drive away. The communications and recommendations from Oscar, Arturo, Siri, Alexander, et al., were comprehensive and detailed, and their check-ins throughout the experience were welcomed and reassuring. Take advantage of their many great suggestions. The chef (Bautista) was incredible (an absolute must), the yacht excursion (Nautical Experience) was amazing (as was their crew), the in-house massages were relaxing and therapeutic, and the ride services arranged by the team were punctual and friendly. While you're there, be sure to stop by terreodecor to pick up some decor items as seen in the units (open M-F).
Beautiful home that looks exactly like pics!!! Very relaxing vibe and the hosts meet you on arrival which makes a total difference so their guests are comfortable with the neighborhood. We used lots of their recommendations and tried a few of our own. Food was amazing in Tulum. So much better than buffet food at all you can eat resorts.
Piece of Art Loft is exactly that - Art between Jungle Trees. This place was incredible and the hosts were amazing. Right after booking, we received a healthy list of recommendations for restaurants, gyms, night life, and daytime excursions. It was very helpful. Our host greeted us for a welcome to the property which is more beautiful than the pictures. The design team carefully curated this property with its architecture and made it absolutely fabulous. So much so, that I've purchased some of the bedding for my own home and am inspired to mirror some elements in my bathroom updates. The neighborhood was very safe. The pool on the top floor was a plus to cool down from the day. This property is truly a class above the rest.
This place is worth every penny. We were very impressed and inspired by our stay in this beautiful space. Loved the surroundings as well. It was our first time in Tulum but we’ll be back for sure. We can strongly recommend a stay here. Thank you!
Dream house!! Run don’t walk to book this place, I stayed in the 2bd penthouse for Valentine’s, simply amazing there wer no tv in this unit so if that’s important inquire about other units for us with so much to do it wasn’t needed just a heads up, 5 stars all the way, its not right on the busy strip but tons of other restaurants and things to do nearby and close drive to the strip, the host all 3 super amazing!Tulum itself is also amazing perfect trip.
Arturo's places are stunning — everything they seem to be in the photos and more. Fresh flowers, fresh fruit, incredible welcome from the hosts... we will be back!
Arturo's place was perfect! One of the coolest Airbnbs I've ever stayed in! The location was absolutely perfect as well, close to everything and a bit less touristy than the beach.

Gorgeous place to stay. Even better than the photos. The location was more walkable than we realized. We didn't have a car, but it was easy to take the bus from Tulum, and then get a taxi to the Airbnb.
This home was amazing! It exceeded our expectations. Check in was easy and the host provided tons of options for additional amenities. The neighborhood felt very safe with tons of bars and restaurants near. I’d recommend renting a car or scooter as taxis can get pricey going into the city. The home was clean, and had beautiful touches. The chef recommended was amazing and so was the airport shuttle service… highly recommend both! Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed here in January 2023 and very much enjoyed our stay. Arturo and Alexander provided excellent info both about the property as well as things to do in the area. Upon our arrival, they were both there to greet us and show us all that we needed to know. They arranged massage service and a private chef for us during our stay, both of which were excellent and a great value. And they had excellent communication with us for the duration of our stay. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anybody looking to stay in a private and beautiful place in Tulum!
Better than the discrimination, Siri checked us in and walked us through the house. She was flexible with our arrival and helpful.
I spent 9 months in Tulum and stayed at 10 different places but this one was The Best. Something is very unreal about its vibe, you feel yourself surrounded by love in this place. If you want to spend the best vacation of your life in Tulum I would definitely recommend this place.
