Great place

The place was super nice, just like the photos, it has an amazing view. The super helpful host at all times. My only comment is that if your idea of going to Mazatlan is party, band, relaxation, then the accommodation will not work for you since they do not let bands play in the area, they do not let you have a cooler and speakers in the pool, they have many restrictions, it is more of a place to rest. But about a block away there's a beach where you can. I was fascinated by the place and it has everything you need to prepare food. I'll definitely be back!!

This is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Mazatlan. The apartment is better than the description. 3 balconies and the view from the main balcony is breathtaking. The facilities are absolutely amazing. beach access is very peaceful, secure, clean almost feels private. building has kids play room, pool table and gym. The host goes above and beyond to make guests feel special and caters to all needs immediately. will always stay here when we return. walkable to shops, restaurants, bars, banks. easy Uber. great furniture. many great amenities including extra towels, full kitchen, washer dryer.

The sunset from the balcony is beautiful, the facilities matched the description in its entirety, the beach is very quiet, and above all Hugo's service was excellent, he was attentive at all times, I would definitely come back!

The place is just like the photos, everything is very nice! It has a spectacular view.. the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen has all the essentials to cook. Would come back.

This condo was as described, has very beautiful views. Very clean and spacious. Near restaurants and shops. Had everything on amenity list. Hugo was helpful and friendly, with quick response to any questions I had. Would definitely book again.

Hugo was always attentive, the place matched the photos, we had an amazing time. Clean and tidy. Even forget some clothes and the host would send them to my home, great detail. For the people who book, it is necessary to consider an additional cost for the parking and rent of palapa on the beach. We look forward to returning soon.

We had an incredible vacation time , the place had everything you need , the cleanliness and friendliness of Hugo made our stay very pleasant. The place surprised us because it's still nicer than what's seen in the photos . The facilities in general have everything you need . Very friendly people!

Everything excellent

Excellent location, many restaurants nearby that you can walk to. The beach is very nice and clean. The condo has everything you need and is super spacious. The ocean view is amazing! Hugo gave us the best service, giving us recommendations for places of interest and restaurants. Venados Island is highly recommended for spending the day there. We would 100% come back.

Very nice condominium with an excellent location, very clean, very safe, one hundred percent recommended to vacation in Mazatlán with family and children. The ocean view and the pool are amazing. Hugo excellent host always answering any questions or concerns we had.

Place is even better than the pictures! Super clean. Great building with lots of amenities. Lovely view and a perfect deck to watch the sunset from. Most of all, the owner was amazing to work with from beginning to end.

A great place for family vacations:)

I absolutely loved the place and would come back! The shower in the master bedroom was hard to get in and out of but if want to take a bath I bet it would be amazing. I loved sitting out on the balcony to watch the sunset. The access to the plaza made it easy to get to the street and easier to explore. My kids didn’t mind that there was a Dairy Queen right there too. Hugo was easy to get ahold of when we needed him and was in contact in the Airbnb app.

Everything excellent

Everything was great! From check-in/ check-out. The place was very clean! Beautiful view from the balcony. The only thing wrong was the master bedroom split A/C kept making a clicking noise, but everything else was perfect. Hugo was a great. I did texted him a few times, and he responded in a timely manner. I recommend this place for your next vacation.

This condo is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The host was excellent and addressed our questions in a timely manner. The location of this condo is like no other. This condo has everything you need and more when you are on vacation. Everything is very clean, including linens and furniture. We definitely recommend this condo and will we book again when in Mazatlan.

Highly recommended!! Our stay in the apartment was great, it is very spacious, well furnished, the view from the main terrace is wowww!! In addition to that, it has 3 more. The host's service was the best, always attentive and kind. WE WILL DEFINITELY RENT THE APARTMENT AGAIN.

Very nice apartment and in a great area!! The beach is very nice. There is no Jacuzzi in the building, and the pool is not heated, so in winter, it is cold. Everything else is perfect!!

Excellent place and very well-located. It has an amazing view and very comfortable rooms; you can't hear any noise at all. Also, since it's in the Zona Dorada, everything is very close (OXXO, pharmacy, banks, bike and scooter rentals, beach, tours, etc.). The host is very friendly.

Amazing views of the ocean and city. Every room has an amazing view. Hot showers and comfy beds. Great spot

Very nice condo in a great location. The location makes it easy to walk to many restaurants, ATMs, and shops. There is also a covid testing location near the Panama restaurant that you can walk to and get tested quickly if you need it to return home. Taxis also drive by the condo entrance very frequently, about every 1 or 2 minutes, so you can catch one at any time. The condo was stocked with all necessary items like beach towels, soap/shampoo, and kitchen items. The pool at the condo is amazing and the beach is also very clean and easy to access. There are showers at the entrance to the beach so you can wash sand off when you are going back to your room. The only trouble we had on the trip was that the building owners are implementing facial recognition for the elevators so we were not able to access one of them (1 of 3). Sometimes it would delay us getting to our room because the facial recognition elevator would be the one that was available at the ground floor and we would have to wait for someone else to use it or another person to come to the ground floor on a different elevator. A minor inconvenience, but worth noting if you are going to be staying on the 12th floor.

This property is in the heart the golden zone of Mazatlan, walking distance to restaurants and bars. This is a spacious 3 room apartment in a brand new front beach building. We had access to all amenities including a steam room and a private 2 jacuzzi room with beach view. The swimming pool is amazing and the access to the beach made our stay wonderful. I would stay in this beautiful apartment again.
