Amazing home and host with magnificent team! 5+++ stars. The property is inside a very upscale gated community of around 20 houses or so. there is lots of parking inside an additional gate for the home. the home is gorgeous and very big and specious with lots of comfortable beds and beautiful bedrooms and shared spaces such as two living rooms, large diming rooms plus two outdoor tables and lots of extra chairs if needed. It is meticulately and tastefully decorated without clutter, with plenty of towels, soap and shampoo, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of pots, pans, plates, silverware, cups, glasses, etc. Juan Carlos received us to explain every detail of the property and give us a walk through. He is very professional, polite, thorough and lots of class. The cleaning lady who helped keep the house clean, specially the kitchen and cooked breskfast for us, who was efficient, trustworthy and quiet. Gustavo is very responsive, kind and professional. Highly recommend!!

The house is a great place to relax with the family. Everything is superb. The neighborhood is a gated community, in a quiet, small town in the suburbs of Cuernavaca. Gustavo was always in contact, being sure that everything was perfect. We had a few minor issues that were immediately resolved by Juan Carlos, who is in charge of the maintenance of the property. The heated pool and jacuzzi were just perfect for the kids to enjoy at any time. Also, there are some extra amenities like a treadmill, a stationary bike. We had a blast with the ping pong, and a foosball table! As a plus, if you want to try authentic Mexican food this is your opportunity, as you can pic from sopes, quesadillas, barbacoa, cecina, carne enchilada, pozole, you name it!. Just be careful, your stomach could not be prepared for all this goodness :-) Definitely, I would be back in the future.

Everything was perfect

The house is amazing! It has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. It is very spacious and clean. The pool, jacuzzi and garden are in excellent condition. Everything as shown in the pictures. A subdivision with a lot of security and very quiet. Gustavo and the people who work with him are always attentive so that we don't lack anything. I definitely recommend the place is a nice quiet place to spend family time and above all with a lot of security the facilities are perfect.

The house is amazing!! Huge and a thousand times better than the photos. A lot of light comes in during the day, the perfect climate and hydro-massage in the jacuzzi. They prevent the super! I highly recommend it :)

This place was great! Gustavo was very attentive, replied to all of our questions immediately, provided everything we needed and more. It was a unique and spacious house! It was nice to be able to relax by the pool without worries. The neighborhood was gorgeous and safe.

Gustavo was always attentive to what was needed during the trip. The house has excellent spaces to rest and make barbecues. The pool takes time to heat up, but after waiting, the temperature is pleasant.

The house is amazing. It is huge and has a very large, heated pool. The photos don't do it justice... it's 5 times better! The area is very safe since it is in a closed building with security 24h Gustavo was always pending and communication. He is very accessible and totally oriented to meet your expectations. Juan Carlos is super attentive and polite. Ideal for going with children. Many areas for many activities. Totally recommendable. We would definitely return
