Miguel was a great host. Very responsive and just a genuine nice guy.

Awesome spot. Better than the photos. Very quick into town (3-5 minute golf cart). Pool was awesome. Rooms were all great. Kitchen was well done. Miguel got us great restaurant and church recs! Access to beach club was great. Easy spot to get into good waves without going all the way to town.

Had a great stay. Miguel gave us lots of resources for other services. His place is really convenient distance to the beach and great golf cart distance to the whole strip. Rooms were spacious. Ac was cold. Miguel is nice. Has charger for golf cart. Pool and shower was nice

The place is nice and very spacious and clean. The location is great. Easily walkable to playa Langosta and playa Tamarindo. We traveled with our four kids including a 1yr old and we didn't have a stroller or use our front pack. She's a good walker but it was so close to the beaches that we could easily carry her. Mornings on playa Langosta are very shaded and lovely exploring the tide pools and drinking coffee. Restaurants are walkable but having a golf cart was super nice. There are also scooters and other ways to get around if you choose not to rent a car. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had what we needed. With young kids note that the bedrooms all open to the pool area so if you're not in the room where your little ones are sleeping that's a little nerve wracking but we managed. Overall great stay. It was probably on the large side for our family of 6. Could have accommodated 4 more people comfortably.

Pura Vida! Miguel was a wonderful host. The home was beautiful and perfect for our two families. Playa Langosta and Tamarindo beach are both easily walkable. Just ask one of the friendly neighbors to show you the walking paths.

We had a great family vacation. The house is amazing and perfect for our family. The private pool and surround Sonos sound system was fun for all and the roof top porch was perfect for sunsets and a cup of coffee in the morning where you see the waves rolling in. The private beach is a minute walk from the house and the gated community gives you peace of mind. We would love to return and will recommend this place to our family and friends.

Great place, excellent host

Excellent. There were nine in our party, we were very comfortable and had a great time. The location was ideal for us. The city center was a 15 minute walk, and we were happy to be away from the crowds and noise. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a grocery store and a couple of restaurants within 1-2 minutes walking. several more 5-8 minutes walking. Definitely recommend. Host was very responsive, as an example, internet went out, within 15 minutes he had it back online. Complex was very quiet and nice. The inside had everything we needed.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our entire family plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the trip. Was a perfect place to celebrate my MIL’s birthday!! The house manager Miguel was incredible from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, checked in often, and genuinely made sure every detail of our stay was taken care of. He went above and beyond by sharing great local recommendations and coordinating transportation and local vendors, including arranging our golf cart, which made getting around so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this home and Miguel’s hospitality! 🌴✨

House was perfect for our group. Loved the outside palapa and pool. Location was convenient and near beach and shopping but quieter than town. Highly recommend.

This house was even better than we anticipated! The pictures just don’t do it justice. It’s big and open and just gorgeous! We were a mixed family group of 5 including older teens and everyone was happy with their space. All the rooms are much bigger than the camera can capture. Well stocked with everything you could possibly need including a million towels, soap, shampoo etc. Very clean with ice cold ac that can be adjusted room by room. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing. We loved all the cool animals we saw in the backyard including a huge red squirrel that loved the fruit trees, several large iguanas, hummingbirds, and a black and white kitty we named Dinah that was the sweetest and most friendly girl. Miguel was super responsive to all our questions. There was even a brief power outage and he immediately got in touch to let us know the whole town was out and make sure things were ok. Ultimately we cannot say enough good things about the house, host, or area. 10/10 rec!
