Amazing place highly recommended!!

Very nice location with great view from the top floor!!!

Clean and comfortable, felt like an authentic Cozumel experience, away from tourist activity. Some good restaurants nearby, a bit of a long walk to town, would recommend a car for this location.

Stacie’s home was just what we needed! The location was great, being a mile from the downtown. Plenty of parking, living room space, a well maintained pool, and a rooftop to catch the sunset with a view of the ocean. The host was very responsive and helpful.

This was a good place to stay. Just across the street from Sting Ray Beach. Easy walk to downtown or cruise port area. Spacious condo, clean and well equipped

Super location! Very nice, felt safe and comfy. Close to Blue Angel and Serranos for dining. Lots of space. Wonderful sunset views from rooftop. Sparkling pool—well appointed villa.

Stacy and Andrea rescued us after arriving from the states and our stay canceling. They were very welcoming. The sunset views were amazing from the top floor patio. The beds and linens were so comfy. The pool and hot tub were the best after a morning of diving! Very safe and comfortable. Andre recommended many great places to eat and they were all 5 star! It was the best vacation and so grateful the original place could not host because we won with this one!

The apartment was excellent. Loved the spacious living room and kitchen, the pool area, the BBQ and the roof terrace, also great location and excellent amenities. Best of all was the kind and helpful service provided by Andrea!!!!

An excellent option to stay in Cozumel, very close to downtown, restaurants and stores

My family and I from New Zealand spent two weeks at Casa Cascada and loved it!!! Stacie, Andrea and Rosie were fantastic hosts and had great recommendations for food and fun things to do. We hired a car and explored the island and received quick responses from our lovely hosts when we had questions. We would absolutely stay again when we return to Cozumel. The photos don't do the place justice, it's nicer than it looks. Very comfortable, and safe. The service upon arrival was very good, friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. A great place to stay if you go for several days, it's practically like a home.

What a great find. Andrea is the nicest person !!! We had a wonderful time here. Walkable location, great little restaurant right at the corner (ask for la comida de dia ;) ) Peaceful, private and quiet. Nice to have a private swim area for the kids and all the comforts of home. Fantastic showers ! The views are beautiful and everyone is so respectful and kind. Will definitely stay here again !

My family of five stayed here. We've got girls in college and a son in high school. Everyone loved it. I concur with what others have said here. We did have an issue with the door to the roof, the latch broke on our second day. Andrea took care of it as quickly as she could and is always easy to reach. I don't know why they said the jacuzzi isn't hot. Perhaps the heater was added after the original listing? Anyway, you just need to turn it on when you get there because it takes a while to come up to temp - like 10 hours or something. The jets did not work when we were there, but we did not care about this. The pool is great. You're not going to do laps in it, but it is perfect for hanging out mid day when it is hot and humid. Great temp for cooling off and relaxing. The beach across the street is good for swimming and snorkeling. Enter the water right alongside the pier. There are sand bags laid there for stepping on because the beach is rocky - like all beaches we visited.

We had the best week at this place. I highly recommend. The hosts were so helpful prior to the trip, answering all our questions, giving us recommendations and were super communicative. The house was so comfortable. The pool was a huge plus. When my kids got sunburned it was a great way for them to still be in the pool and out of the sun. We enjoyed the top level a lot, great views. When we return we will definitely be staying here. Worth the price and great location. If you want an AMAZING place to eat, Sereno was fabulous well worth it in the views and food, and about a 6 minute walk. I definitely recommend them. Also across the street it the Blue restaurant and they have good breakfast and dinner with great views.

Another awesome place to stay while visiting Cozumel. The location is near perfect, close to downtown but far enough away you don’t have the noise or the traffic. Very short walk across Melgar to the ocean. Not a sandy beach area, but the water and views are gorgeous! Andrea was amazing and took care of us. She even shopped for us before we arrived! Stacie is a wonderful host and had a dryer put in and even bought a safe for the house.

We had a wonderful time staying at Stacie's place. We had a few things we needed help with but everything was resolved very quickly. We have already recommended this place to our friends and will probably stay here again! It's a perfect location - not to touristy and quiet but close by lots of things. The rooftop was our favorite place to hang out!

Very good hosting, good advice on places to visit, the view from the roof top was very nice. There were 8 of us with 2 small children, very functional house. No safety issues.

stacey's place was perfect for us. The house is nicely divided so we can all be together and yet at the same time have private spaces. The private pool in the courtyard is lovely for refreshing dip during the day. Everything is close by. We drove to Boz Beach almost every day the beach is beautiful the food was five star and the guy let us in free after the first day. All of my communication was with Andrea - and she is AMAZING! Super helpful, proactive and best of all flexible! We had some flight related timing issues and she worked right around all of it with ease! The place itself is perfect! Everything is just as it was described only it's better when you actually get there! The view from the rooftop is sublime - especially at sunset. The place is big and very well-appointed. Whether you want to lounge by the pool, swing in the hammock, relax with some TV or cook a fine meal, it has it all! As for location... The best snorkeling I've done in 3 visits to Cozumel is directly across the street. We walked over and snorkeled every single day. There are multiple restaurants within easy walking distance and Cozumel is the easiest place in the world to get a taxi to anywhere else you want to go on the island. No need to stay in the bustle downtown when you can be there in <10 minutes for a small cost. We'll stay here again if it's available!

We had a wonderful time at Stacie’s condo. Great location, close enough to downtown but far enough away to have some quiet peaceful evenings. Andrea was very helpful and quick to respond to any need that we had. We loved having our own pool and outdoor space. Overall it was a great week! I can’t wait to plan the next trip!

Great location, next to great restaurants and easy to get to the central part of the city. We had a group of teenagers and me, my husband and 12-year-old so it was a great launching pad for everyone's interests since we were all doing different things. Host were super friendly and helpful with local tips and recommendations. If you want to be in the center of the action but just a bit away out from the chaos, it's a great location to launch. The rooftop was great for morning coffee and my quiet time doing yoga and reading.

Andrea has a lot of charisma, is kind, offers tips and always attentive to all doubts; the house is beautiful and super functional, it has everything to spend an excellent vacation: pool, jacuzzi, terrace, grill. By car, the accommodation is 4 minutes from the chedrahui and 10 minutes from the ferry and downtown Cozumel, walking is a few steps from the submarine, planetarium and beach. Without doubt, a great accommodation!
