Stacy and Andrea rescued us after arriving from the states and our stay canceling. They were very welcoming. The sunset views were amazing from the top floor patio. The beds and linens were so comfy. The pool and hot tub were the best after a morning of diving! Very safe and comfortable. Andre recommended many great places to eat and they were all 5 star! It was the best vacation and so grateful the original place could not host because we won with this one!

The apartment was excellent. Loved the spacious living room and kitchen, the pool area, the BBQ and the roof terrace, also great location and excellent amenities. Best of all was the kind and helpful service provided by Andrea!!!!

The house is spacious, well-stocked, and in a great location right across from Blue Angel. We enjoyed the pool, felt safe with the gated entry and evening security, and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions. That said, there were some issues that would keep me from booking again. The Wi-Fi was unreliable downstairs and nonexistent upstairs, making remote work impossible. The electric gate has no manual override when the power went out, we were stuck inside and had to pay for cabs, even after asking for a gate key that never arrived. This felt like a serious safety concern. Other inconveniences included no lamps anywhere, not enough hooks or racks for towels inside or out, a very uncomfortable bed in the smaller upstairs room, stained bedding (clean but still visibly marked), no extra bedding for the pullouts, and a tiny trash can with no proper outdoor bin or recycling. The location is great, but for the price I’ve stayed in other homes nearby with better amenities.

My family and I from New Zealand spent two weeks at Casa Cascada and loved it!!! Stacie, Andrea and Rosie were fantastic hosts and had great recommendations for food and fun things to do. We hired a car and explored the island and received quick responses from our lovely hosts when we had questions. We would absolutely stay again when we return to Cozumel. Las fotos no le hacen justicia al alojamiento, es más bonito de lo que parece. Muy cómodo, y seguro. La atención al llegar fue muy buena, amable. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. Excelente lugar para quedarse si vas por varios días, prácticamente es como un hogar.
