The house is in excellent condition. The photos don't do it justice. It's much larger than what you see. Gloria was always available for any questions we had and responded quickly. If you have the opportunity to hire Ms. Luz, who provided us with cleaning and cooking service, you won't regret it. She offers excellent service. We will definitely return soon. We are delighted!!

We spent a few great days. The place is just as described in the ad, super clean and comfortable. It has everything you could need to spend a few days very comfortably, and the best of all, THE POOL was at an excellent temperature. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows too, and the towels were clean. Overall, everything was very good. I recommend it 100% and without a doubt, the next time we come back to Cocoyoc, it will be here. The hosts are very good. Very good communication.

Everything was great. The house is better than the photos. The pool water temperature was excellent. There was no need to use the boiler. The kitchen is super well stocked. We would definitely come back.

The house has everything you need to spend a few days with your family without having to go out. It's large and very comfortable; each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The pool was always warm for us without having to use the boiler. We hired Luzma's services, and she was very helpful and friendly and assisted us with meals and cleaning during our stay. Communication was very clear and easy from the start; the hosts were very attentive to all our questions. We really enjoyed our vacation and we definitely recommend it.

Large, clean, excellent pool and jacuzzi. It can comfortably accommodate 10 adults and 2 children. Everything was great. But bring EVERYTHING you're going to need, because there are no consumables such as napkins, shampoo or shower soap, or filters for the coffee maker or corkscrew. The sheets and towels are clean, 10 out of 10 in terms of the experience of enjoying the pool, which I insist is a very good size and there is a boiler option (which I highly recommend).

The house is very nice and fully matches the photos and description, Olga is very attentive and flexible, we had no problems throughout our stay and we had a great time.

The house is impeccable, the rooms are very comfortable, the room with bunk beds is very spacious, there is a family room upstairs with a very comfortable living room, the living room together with the dining room and the kitchen make a very nice space for the whole family and the pool is excellent, with water at a very pleasant temperature without the need to use the boiler. The space in the garden is perfect for spending the day and having a barbecue. The photos in the description don't do justice to what the house really offers.

An amazing place to spend a few days with the family. The house is huge and very nice, clean and comfortable, even better than in the photos. Gloria was very attentive even before arrival, and Mr. José was also attentive to what might be needed, but the truth is that everything works perfectly, it was not necessary to bother the hosts. It is a beautiful house, where each of the guests can find privacy but at the same time it invites everyone to meet in the center of the house and enjoy the different areas that it has. The place is very clean, the pool as well as the tumbling are very friendly to enjoy a fabulous day with the family. The house is very nice, just as it is in the photos. The bedrooms are spacious and have A/C. The pool was a good size for the kids, and since we went during the hot season, the solar heater was sufficient. It was not necessary to request the boiler. In the kitchen you will find pans, plates, glasses, etc. for your stay, but I think there could be more condiments for cooking. Communication with Olga was very good

This is the 4th time I've stayed here and the truth is that it's always very pleasant. The house has incredible improvements: lounge chairs, a small living room, towels for the pool, but what I loved was the water temperature with solar panels. It's wonderful for children and adults. There were 16 of us, and the kitchen utensils, as well as glasses and plates, are more than sufficient. As always, José was kind, attentive and available, and so was Gloria. I highly recommend staying here.

It is a beautiful, spacious, luxurious house. It has everything necessary to be comfortable. The pool at an acceptable temperature, the jacuzzi pays for the boiler and it gets too hot but it lasts all day. The host is very kind and attentive to everything and the gentleman who received us the same very kind. The truth. I hope to return very soon as the house has many towels, but if I recommend it, enough water and toilet paper since there is only one per room and it was so comfortable, it was so comfortable that it gave me a ploy to buy 😅 but good. Highly recommended 🙂

The house is in excellent condition. The contracting of the boiler ensures that the water in the pool is always in optimal condition. The pool is very good size and its design is very practical. The kitchen has plenty of equipment to cook more elaborate dishes (espresso pot, for example). The air conditioning works perfectly. The rooms are very spacious and have good quality beds and whites. It is wonderful that the arrival time is from 9 a.m. It is a great plus compared to other houses that work with hotel hours, which makes the stay much shorter. Finally, it's a very comfortable house. Full of good details and quality equipment that make the stay very pleasant. We will of course be back!

The house is definitely everything it promises, each room with its own bathroom, and the upstairs air-conditioned bedrooms are an excellent plus for hot days. We made use of the boiler and the water remained at a comfortable temperature all weekend. We didn't have any inconvenience the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare food.
