Access to the beach clubs was a plus & the pools and beaches were never crowded. Jessa provided great information and was super responsive! Can’t say enough positive things about this place!! We would absolutely return!!

A magnificent location where, almost every morning, we watched whales and dolphins from our balcony! Private beach, quiet. A few tourist boats on certain days, as it's a popular spot for swimming and snorkeling. Extraordinary view. Magnificent sunset. Very large accommodation with lots of amenities. Quiet and secluded spot in the big city. Small restaurant within the building and a workout room. Kind and available staff. Very clean and well-maintained place. We were 3 couples. Each guest has their own bedroom and private bathroom. I loved this place 🌊🩵

Sierra Del Mar Los Arcos was great. The pictures did no justice. However, the batteries in the remote needed replacing, the light bulb in the main bathroom needed to be replaced, and the Televisions were all set in Spanish. The communication with the host was a bit slow. The batteries were finally replaced, and the television situation was resolved but the light bulb in the main bathroom was never replaced. We enjoyed ourselves and would love to return. Thank you for making our stay memorable. God Bless you.

Jessa's place was just stunning! We felt so happy to be there. We even saw whales breaching while we were sitting on the balcony one day! Jessa was a pleasure to communicate with, and graciously allowed us a late check out when our flight home was rescheduled. This was one of the best places we've ever stayed! Would love to return.

My family was able to enjoy a quiet space with a good atmosphere with the neighbors. Everyone was very respectful of the place and friendly. The service of the friendly and attentive staff and Jessa, we always got a prompt and complete response.

Beautiful and breathtaking!!! A must stay! The condo was gorgeous with amazing views and very secure. We had an amazing time and plenty to do, between the beach, pool and kayaks. It was nice and quiet and incredibly peaceful. Staying there was relaxing. The staff at the condo were very helpful and having two restaurants next door saved us from cooking. The view from the condo was breathtaking. We will definitely stay there again. In all the condo and Jessa surpassed our expectations and made our trip memorable and wonderful. Thank you Jessa for your hospitality!

We fell in love with the views and this condo! It’s located between the ocean and mountains/jungle. The views are breathtaking. The beach and pools were fantastic and we felt like at home at this condo. Had amazing sleep and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Look forward to come back soon.

This place was amazing! I had the pleasure of staying here with my family for a week and loved every second of it. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left this place provided the right amount of relaxation. The pools were amazing, and the 2 beaches might have been two of the calmest, and nicest we experienced on our vacation, PERFECT for our little ones. The staff was great, and very helpful. The rooms were spacious, and the fact that each one had its own full bathroom was a plus. I loved this place, hearing the jungle at night, and the birds in the morning mixed with the sound of the waves. I can honestly say, this might have been my favorite vacation so far. I hope to come back!

Amazing stay! The views where beautiful, also a + if you’re going with family and want to be away from all the inclusivity of the city. The only slight problem is the drive from all the restaurants but other that that it was a 10/10

Place is great I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a place that was better than the pictures but this is the first place I can say that about. Clean well organized nicely decorated clutter free. Beautiful view, Alex at the restaurant is great, helpful staff.

Best condo we’ve had on a vacation. Comfortable everything. Amazing sliding glass doors to the beach and all was excellent. Loved our stay

Jessa’s place truly was the perfect place for our multigenerational group of six (including a toddler and a seven year old) to spend the week! The apartment itself was as stunning in person as depicted in the pictures. I can’t emphasize what a treat it was to spend hours on the terrace watching humpback whales and dolphins swimming by; we even saw a young humpback breach repeatedly! The facilities of the condo, access to the beach club that belongs to the building, and the pool area were all fabulous! The only thing future travellers should be aware of is that the kitchen is somewhat minimally stocked with supplies. You will need to purchase things sixth as cooking oil or coffee if you wish to use them during your stay. We couldn’t get Uber eats delivered to the condo so we took an Uber to the closest supermarket. Overall a fantastic stay and I couldn’t recommend this location more if you’re looking for a quiet but luxurious getaway!

We stayed at Jessa Rosa’s condo with 4 adults and 3 young children for one week. We had a great time! The unit is large and gorgeous, it worked out really well for us. It was really nice to have laundry in unit and each room having an en-suite + a powder room for the unit was perfect. Getting in was a little confusing but I asked someone who worked at the restaurant for help and they pointed us in the right direction. I do think it’s important to note that this building has access to 2 pools, with one restaurant that services those areas. You do NOT get complimentary access to Xalli beach club, you can go to their restaurant or bar but you can’t use their pool or lounge chairs. I think I had a slight misunderstanding with Jessa because I thought we had access to the Xalli club, but she meant we have free access to the Arco Playa building club. Which worked out great anyways, we had the pool to ourselves and we still went over to the Xalli club for some meals and got drinks to go.

We had an incredible experience! The apartment is perfect — beautifully designed, with all you need and breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching whales swim by in the early morning was nothing short of magical. Truly a slice of paradise — we can’t wait to return!

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views. Our kids enjoyed our stay and requested to come back in couple weeks :) . The location is far from all chaos, perfect opportunity to disconnect from the outside world.

Our family stay was amazing. The condo was perfect for us and beyond beautiful. Very spacious and many useful amenities. Jessa is an amazing host! she was always responsive, answered our questions promptly, and made us feel welcome with the best service. Truly, can't recommend this house enough. I hope to stay here again!

It was a perfect stay, as it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, easy access, and a quiet and very nice beach. The heated pool, all the rooms are heated. I would definitely go back. It exceeded my expectations.

The entire stay in this condo was amazing. Great location if you like peace and quiet. The view was spectacular, and you could see dolphins swimming almost every morning. The check-in/check-out process was very easy and everything was really clean. Everything was as described and even better. We pretty much had the pool, hot tub, gyms, and every other amenity to ourselves every night. The beach area was beautiful and a good place to snorkel. Would definitely rent this place again and again.

Our family had an incredible week at Jessica's condo. The location and view could not be beat. It was a private oasis. Our two children (ages 6 and 8) spent most of their time in the pool and playing spot the iguana in the trees. The condo was spotless, spacious, and luxurious. My husband and I enjoyed margaritas from the owners and guests-only beach club and my parents appreciated the comfortable accommodations, air conditoning, and watching sunsets every evening from the huge balcony. Couldn't recommend more!

Our group of 3 adults and 3 kids had a wonderful stay. The condo and the amenities all lived up to the descriptions. The staff in the building and the beach club were all lovely and helpful. The pools and the beach were beautiful and enjoyed by kids and adults. Trips to town (north 15 - 20 min drive) and to the Botanical Gardens (south about 20 min drive) were easy to arrange by taxi or Uber. Having some Mexican pesos and USD on hand for the condo restaurant and for tips and taxis (when Ubers would take too long) was helpful. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Jessa or the concierge on site.

Our stay at Jessa's place was incredible. Our family of five (2 adults and 3 small children) had plenty of room, and the views from the patio were simply stunning. Lovely pools, beaches, and the staff at the facility were so kind and helpful. Alejandro at the bar helped was very helpful and made our stay extra special. Highly recommend booking this place - the pictures don't do it justice. Thank you for a great stay!

This place is absolutely stunning. We have stayed all over PV and this is by far the best location we have found. You are close enough to town to get/do anything you need too while also being far enough away to enjoy the quiet luxury of this property. The property itself is absolutely stunning, the house has everything you could need, the beds are comfortable, and views are incredible. We felt right at home and will be coming back.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and clean inside and out. Definitely a 5 star place. Unfortunately the weather did not want to cooperate which was a little bit of a bummer, but our last full day was 75 degrees and clear and the views were just unbelievable from the condo. I would definitely recommend staying here. The beach coves were great and there was good snorkeling from the beach, easy Kayak access to Loa Arcos, and fifteen minutes to the Romantic zone. The pools are also heated ao always comfortable to swim. thanks so much!

We enjoyed our stay here so much, we found ourselves planning the next visit before we even left. The location is easily accessible by car to multiple towns with shopping and incredible food yet incredibly remote in its own regard. We could not have felt more safe and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and we were provided everything we needed for a wonderful and memorable vacation.

The place is spectacularly beautiful and very comfortable. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and a views are to die for:) We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We’ve been to PV many times in the past and stayed in some fabulous places, and my kids said that Jessa’s place is their favorite by far. It helps that it’s a short drive from La Kliff, one of our favorite restaurants :) Highly recommend and will definitely came back.

Jessa’s place was the absolute perfect spot to spend Christmas as a family. The condo is spotless, perfectly located with beautiful views of Los Arcos. The layout was ideal for our family (parents and three adult kids), with tons of space to spread out. Each bedroom having an ensuite was a huge plus, and there is another guest bathroom at the entrance. The listing is exactly as pictured, even better, and the nicest surprise for us was how great the beach area was. The coves were great to swim in and the staff at the beach club were super friendly and attentive, the hardest thing was motivating ourselves to leave! Could not recommend more.

This condo was absolutely incredible!! The elevator opening right to the condo and it was steps from the pool and beach, which was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The balcony is amazing with the most beautiful views. We even saw whales while sitting on the balcony eating breakfast one morning. The condo is spacious, clean, had plenty of extra blankets, and a nice washer/dryer. The host was extremely responsive and kind, and the concierge helped arrange us having a chef come and prepare our Thanksgiving dinner at the condo which was absolute perfection. The complex is gated with a security guard and we felt extremely safe. The infinity pool and hot tub are huge with views of Los Arcos and no fighting for pool chairs or umbrellas, there were always plenty and we often had the whole pool to ourselves. Everything was absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!!

Everything in my experience was excellent, Jessa's attention to the location of his apartment and the restaurant to the property are great, I highly recommend it to me to look for a place to relax and enjoy the beach
