The house is awesome! Everything was impeccable. Just as a recommendation. It's better to use Google Maps to get there, since Waze sends you the wrong way and you don't get there!

Amazing house, with an exceptional location. The pool and jacuzzi are excellent, the atmosphere is totally peaceful, the paddle tennis court is fabulous and the barbecue is perfect for socializing. Everything, really, is amazing. In addition, the people who help in the house are wonderful, always attentive and friendly.

My friends and I had a GREAT experience at Casa Zarzales! From the first contact with Pablo, to the attention and kindness of the staff during our stay (Juany, Ale & Adolfo), and the house itself, were spectacular! It's located within a private reserve in the middle of the forest, which makes it a great place to disconnect and enjoy nature. The rooms are very spacious, each with its own bathroom, and the blackout curtains are a plus for a restful sleep. All the facilities in the house are spacious and functional, but the covered terrace was our favorite spot to enjoy all the amenities, such as the jacuzzi and pool, grill and pizza oven, and even the paddle tennis court. We enjoyed it all! Also, Juany's cooking every morning was delicious and we loved watching the rain while having a meal! It's a great place to stay, 100% recommended, and we will definitely try to return again. Thank you so much, Pablo, for all your attention and that of your staff! We had a wonderful time! Hugs!

Beautiful house, the people who welcomed us and helped us were very kind. It's difficult to access with low cars, but a beautiful place.

The place is spectacular, the facilities are absolutely top-notch. The design of the house and the amenities are as described. Pablo is a Super, good host, always attentive to us and very responsive.

The place where the house is located is a delight to the eyes. Immersed in the forest, with impeccable facilities and very attentive staff, it is a place where I recommend staying at least once on your trip to Valle de Bravo.

Great place to get away from the city we went with friends and my family ! Pablo was always aware of everything ! Your team of people working there always very friendly ! My daughter enjoyed it because she has children's games and a casita in the woods to play ! My husband and friends enjoyed the paddle court! And my dog was the happiest because you are in the middle of forest ! We would be back soon

I will be brief: The house is nestled in the forest surrounded by hundreds of trees, this you go to VB. Everything works properly and perfectly. The weather was noble despite the season, you could be in shorts during the day, at night you did need to warm you well. The fantastic jacuzzi, the pool we don't use it. The fantastic Padel court and features nighttime lighting. The service staff was punctual, efficient, very kind, discreet and very helpful. Pablo, our host, has been the best Airbnb host we have had, always attentive, always in constant communication, always responding immediately to any questions or requests. We had a beautiful vacation in a home that felt like it was our own.

Absolutely stunning house, would go back in a heartbeat. Only recommendation - if you go during cold season, bring very warm clothes, the house if very cold.

Very nice house! Super comfortable and pleasant. The layout is very good. The common area is very spacious and practical for spending time together. And the private area is very complete. The pool and jacuzzi area is amazing. The paddle tennis court is great and has lights that work perfectly for using it at night. The area is super quiet and very nice in the middle of the forest. Pablo is a superhost who's always on the lookout and available to help with whatever is needed. Everything is amazing!

Everything was excellent, very good service. It is important to note that pool heating is a separate charge. We received spectacular service, we ate very well, and the house is better than the photos.

We had visited many houses on Airbnb, many in Valle de Bravo, but none had surprised us like Pablo's. The location is perfect because it allows absolute tranquility but at the same time you are 15 minutes from downtown Avandaro. The design of the house is very tasteful, new finishes and everything with excellent maintenance. I hope Pablo can offer us his house in the future because we are very clear that we want to repeat many times

The house is amazing, quiet in the middle of the forest and with very friendly and good service people. Everything worked very well and Pablo was always very attentive.

The house is very nice, Pablo took care of us perfectly, we really enjoyed the stay although at the time being in the terrace area was a challenge because of the cold, maybe a heater would not hurt, but if you bring warm clothes, you can get by, it is definitely recommended for large families looking to disconnect from the city and connect with nature.

Amazing house in the middle of the forest ! Everything is excellent !!

The house is spectacular, very nice, comfortable and complete (excellent kitchenware). The landscape and nature are amazing. While a little withdrawn, the hosts sent us all the instructions to get there easily. Pablo is a nice host, friendly and flexible (communication flowed easy).

Everything is as you've seen on the photos, so everything was perfect at our stay. The place is really secluded and far away from noise or any other distraction. Pablo was a really helpful host, always monitoring our stay and keeping in contact if everything occurs or needs to be fixed. Terrace, pool and living rooms are beautiful and you can spend all night next to the fireplace. Rooms are really big, secluded from noise and their baths are really comfortable. A really nice place to stay, to be in contact with nature and enjoy a time with your family.

Pablo was very kind and attentive from weeks before and during the stay. The house is spectacular and invites you to stay. It's ideal for family living or several couples. The people who work there were super friendly. The arrival is very complicated and the road is super difficult to manage because it is terracería, but when you arrive, privacy in the middle of the forest is worth it. The good thing is that Pablo explained in detail how to get there and we did it! We would definitely go back.

Pablo's house is a beautiful house and is amazing to live in. My daughters had the most fun exploring the surrounding forest and getting into the hot Jacuzzi. Pablo was amazing and attentive to every detail.

This house is a dream if you want to get away with family/friends in the middle of a beautiful forest. The house is equipped with all you need to have fun: outdoor grill, fireplaces, jacuzzi etc. You wouldn't need to mode. The architecture of the house is also beautiful :)

The house is in perfect condition and modern, the rooms are super spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the social area is very comfortable. Excellent internet. Check-in is a little complicated because of the dirt road, but nothing too extreme. We went for a wedding that was super close by, very convenient.

The house is great, Pablo's service is unbeatable. All the service people have a very good attitude and resolve any issue. The house is tucked into the forest so the view is perfect, we went to a wedding and it was 5 minutes away from the place. I highly recommend it

The house is amazing!!!! The owner's service is very good, quick response. We had a very nice complimentary bottle of wine the first two nights. The house is very good size and distribution, getting there is not so easy but with the directions that the tea da arrives without a problem. I recommend bringing everything you need as there is no supermarket nearby, the nearest Oxxo is about 15 minutes away. The ideal pool and jacuzzi temperature! I would definitely rent it again!
