This place was beautiful and well equipped. We had a great stay here and would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay at Karin's place in Sayulita! The location couldn't be better—just steps from the beach, with beautiful ocean views and incredible sunsets every evening. The home was spacious and comfortable for our group of four adults and two young children. Our kids absolutely loved it and are already asking when we can come back. The golf cart was a fantastic bonus and made getting around Sayulita easy and fun. Karin was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer every little question we had throughout our stay. We really appreciated her attentiveness and local recommendations. If you're looking for a beautiful beach getaway with a perfect location, stunning views, and a wonderful host, we highly recommend Karin's place. We would happily stay here again!

Great location. Quick to the beach. Pool was perfect. Delicious coffee spots just 5 min walk. Peaceful. Roof top patio was 10/10 in the evenings watching the sunset. 15 min walk to busy square. We would love to return! Host was very responsive and accommodating to our travel itinerary. Gracias!

We loved staying at Karin’s place! It was just as described and a perfect location - close to the beach and good restaurants and shops but far enough away from the town center that it was quiet at night. Karin was incredibly helpful, had great recommendations, and clear instructions. We rented the golf cart which made getting to town easy when we didn’t want to walk. We highly recommend staying here!

Great location a short walk or cart from the main action in town! Right across road from less populated beach as well. Complex was really nice, condo had everything we needed. Karin was a super helpful and responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful condo and location this is! The layout worked perfectly for our family, as our daughter, her husband and 2-year-old had the top floor bedroom/bath and fabulous outdoor patio space (which we shared for dinners & lounging), so it gave them their own 'space' while we still had plenty on the main floor, with us and our son each having our own bedrooms & baths, a spacious kitchen & living room, plus another patio as well. It was well-stocked, clean, close to the beach, and just a short walk to everything you need! And the day we stocked up on groceries, we were able to use the golf cart, so that was nice. The views are stunning, the patios are lovely - we just really enjoyed this 'home away from home'! Karin was super responsive and helpful as well. I'd go right back here if I came back to Sayulita!!

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. The place was spotless. We loved the view of the ocean from the terrace, even saw a few whales in the bay! The infinity pool was wonderful, we used it most days. Enjoyed the variety of birds near our lodging. Location was walkable to the beach and restaurants. Or for the older folks, renting the golf cart is a great option. Finally, our hosts, Karin and Pedro, were very friendly and responsive whenever we reached out for help. I definitely recommend this rental, you won’t be disappointed!

We loved Karin’s beautiful condo in Sayulita. Exactly as described, extremely well appointed and clean, amazing outdoor kitchen and patio area, close to the quiet area of the beach and walking distance to town, shops, restaurants, yoga, etc. We rented a golf cart which I would consider optional if you are up for a short walk for amenities. Karin was extremely communicative as needed and gave many details which helped make everything go smoothly. Would be lucky to return.

This condo was lovely, it had everything we needed. It's up on a steep hill, and most of the condos in this area will be, and we enjoy walking and getting exercise, so it was fine for us, but might be an issue for people not able to navigate a lot of steep stairs. The view was nice to have out west at the ocean, and east looking at the hillside for sunrises. The pictures online were very accurate to what you see in person, which we really appreciate since some places we've stayed at, the pictures are much nicer and the place looks run down. Karin's condo was clean, and very comfortable.The upper terrace was so nice to relax on and get a breeze blowing through. It's quieter being North of downtown but we still heard the occasional loud scooter and a few nights of loud partiers in nearby houses, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to sounds. Overall, a great location, just a block from the beach. Karin was a good communicator and helped out quickly with a couple issues we encountered.

We loved our time here! The place is perfect! We ended up not getting a golf cart and opted for the short walk into town and the beach. Karin was a great host.

Our stay at Karin and Pedro’s home was fantastic. Their place is close enough to town to be able to walk, but far enough away to feel quiet and more chill. The home is completely set up for visitors including young children. Our daughters loved their bedroom with two twin beds and the colourful decor. The bedrooms and the living area each have an AC unit to keep cool. The outdoor space (especially the rooftop patio) is amazing. We ate breakfast up there each morning and spent most evenings after the kids went to bed relaxing on the comfy patio furniture. We had use of the golf cart during our stay which was super helpful when convincing the kids to head back into town for the second or third time of the day (ha ha). It’s really fun ripping around town in “Buggy”, as we so fondly called it. Karin and Pedro were very responsive and accommodating throughout our visit.

Great house, very comfortable and the location is just off of the busy road. You can hear the waves from the balcony, it’s very close to the water. Only complaint is the construction in front of the complex. You can’t hear it from inside the house, but the pool experience is definitely not relaxing. That said, we still enjoyed the house very much.

We really enjoyed our time at Karins apartment. It's situated on the north side of the town which is quieter with a lovely beach (only five minutes walk). We were lucky enough to visit the Turtle Sanctuary and experience the hatchling turtles run into the ocean, which felt incredibly special. The kitchen was very well-supplied with everything you could ever need. Everything clean, tidy and comfortable. Our beds and linen was of high quality and we had plenty of space. We particularly liked the roof terrace with spectacular views and comfortable seating plus outdoor kitchen. Its very warm in Sayulita in October so we were very thankful for air conditioning, ceiling fans and also parasols for the beach if needed. We highly recommend staying at Karins apartment!

Really enjoyed our stay. We are a family of four with two teenage kids. The pool was a great way to spend some of our time and time- it was not busy at all. We loved that it’s a little out of town, still walkable to some great restaurants, coffee, and bars but it was quiet and peaceful. The beach was very close and in our opinion it was nicer than even the main beach in town because it wasn’t too loud or chaotic. Karin was a great host- very helpful and responsive and even gave us some great tips to prepare for our visit. I would recommend renting the golf cart they have available. It made the drive into town super easy and was a fun part of our experience.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Colorado! The view from both decks is amazing. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s close to town, but above the noise and crowds. We felt very safe the whole time! Karen is so nice and very responsive!! We would absolutely stay here again!!

We had an amazing, unforgettable time at Casa Colorado. Karin offered a perfect balance of attentiveness and responsiveness while still being very laid-back and hands off. The condo has a great floor plan with a lot of privacy throughout, separate spaces for everyone, a perfectly appointed kitchen, and all the amenities and little touches that anyone could ask for. The location, north of town, very walkable to everywhere, including a spectacular beach, is ideal. Great pool with great views. Well maintained grounds, cool tennis court. Golf cart is legit, offering plenty of street cred and super practicality. Overall, we wish we could give more than five stars and we sure hope we can come back!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The ideal Sayulita condo and location for a family, steps away from the peaceful north end of the beach (but not so quiet that you can't still get a smoothie or a margarita right there)! Restaurants and shops are a short walk away, and the condo comes with a golf cart you can rent for a reasonable extra fee for longer trips to the other end of town. The views are as stunning and the furnishings are as comfortable, clean, and pretty as in the photos. The host and her husband were super helpful and responded right away to all of our questions. We couldn't have been happier with them and the rental.

A great condo in an awesome location!

Karin's home is stunning! We stayed here for a week with our 2 year old and had such a great time. The home has beautiful views and the upstairs balcony is so peaceful. The beach is a few minute walk away and the pool was a great addition.

Great trip. Likely to return. Sayulita has a good mix of things to do, great beaches and a relaxed atmosphere. Casa Colorado was exactly as advertised. Karin was a great host in all respects.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Karin's beautiful place in Sayulita! The kids enjoyed the space and the pool, my fiance and I enjoyed the sound of the waves at night, and his mom agreed it was a beautiful place. We did have a couple of bumps in the road -- there was a crew working on power lines nearby, which left us out of power and water for a few hours (& shorted the coffee maker!), and our rented golf cart wouldn't start while we were out on the town -- but Karin was always SUPER responsive and helpful. I really appreciated her as a host! You can definitely walk to the beach and the city center very easily; I recommend a golf cart if traveling with someone with limited mobility. This is the first time I traveled with my fiance and his kiddos to an AirBnB, and it was a great first experience as a group. The kids said they'd love to come back, and one of the hard-to-please teens said his only complaint was that his bed was really firm. :) Thanks for a great stay, Karin!

Private location with lovely views. Ample shaded patio spaces for a family of 5 to stretch out and relax. The outdoor kitchen made for picturesque dining in the evening and the lower patio was a hub for breakfast and making plans for the day. The tennis court was another enjoyable feature that becomes entirely shaded after 3:30 pm. The decor and cleanliness is spot on. All of us really enjoyed our stay at Karin's, book it.

This is an incredible place to stay! Overall bVery clean, has a well appointed kitchen, is spacious and comfortable. The several outside spaces are varied and provide a place for everyone … private, sunny, cozy, shady, beautiful views. Loved the outdoor shower! The pool area is clean and accessible. The beach, just across the street is a quick walk and a beautiful, quiet and great spot for swimming. The north end of Sayulita is a bit quieter and still has a lot to offer. Highly recommend!!

Our family booked Karin’s home so we could attend a family wedding in town….. this was just the right place for us so we could all stay together and come and go as needed for different events across the week…. Everything we needed at our finger tips and a short walk to anywhere in town.

Had an amazing stay. To start, the location was very nice, quieter part of the town but easily walkable to anything you need and good food nearby. The condo was lovely and the pool and place has amazing views of the bay. We were all working during the week and had no problems with the wifi!

The stunning views and beautiful decor create an inviting atmosphere, and it’s fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—truly even more impressive than the photos. What a stunning and perfectly located AirBnb!! The views are astounding, especially from the rooftop patio. The kitchen had everything we needed. The linens and bedding were very comfortable. Anytime we needed anything, Karin and Pedro were responsive immediately. We enjoyed every moment of this remarkable rental. Worth every penny. Would definitely come back and stay again. Karin was an incredibly responsive host. She was quick to solve anything that came up and her communication was clear. Could not recommend her enough - and she was helpful in recommendations for golf cart rental, chef, etc. Place was perfect for our 3 adults, 1 kid, and 1 baby. Pool was pretty much ours the entire time. Rented a golf cart which in the summer heat I would say was absolutely necessary to get to swimmable beach and town. Way too hot and far to walk with a younger crew - or just without being incredibly sweaty. But the place is clean, incredibly well appointed, comfortable, and the AC works well. Would definitely want to stay here again in a trip back to Sayulita.

Excellent host

We loved staying at Casa Colorado. The house was beautiful and we loved the views of the ocean and surf break. After adventuring all day, it was nice to come home to a special spot. Thanks Karin!

Karin is a remarkable host - super friendly, quick to respond, helpful prior to and during our stay. We had 5 total guests at the place but a 6th would have been comfortably accomodated. The location, for us, was absolutely perfect - a bit secluded but not overly so. A short walk to the ocean and, for us, not a problem to walk into the center of town and back. The walk up the stairs to the place is a bit of work so if that is an issue you would want to rent a golf cart. The house was beautiful and very clean and well appointed. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen appliances, dishes, pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms also well taken care of. We made quite a lot of use of the second story balcony - great place for happy hour! The second story bedroom is quite fantastic as well. Beautiful views of the sea. Quiet at night. The place has large jugs of bottled water so there were no issues in that regard either! Great place and host!

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect. Close enough to walk to town and the beach but far enough to get away from the busy town. Although we walked to town several times we did rent a golf cart which I suggest doing since we went to town several times a day. Also to get to the quieter beach you will want to have a cart. Karin was great as well! She was very helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is really beautiful, especially the rooftop space. We ate up there every day the breeze and view were spectacular. The rooms were all very comfortable and Karin was incredibly accommodating and responsive before and during our stay. We would love to stay here again!

Great spot! Upper deck is a great private lounging/eating area with fantastic views. The bedroom up there is fantastic and great spot to fall asleep to the crashing waves. We spent a lot of time up there when we were not at the beach or the pool. The pool and grounds are very well maintained. The unit has everything you need. Well stocked. 5 gallon water system, with multiple bottles made drinking/cooking water very easy vs. hauling in your own. Good set up for small kids. It has a handful of kids chairs which made lunch around the low coffee table on the main floor easy. We liked the location on the north beach, which is less crowded than closer to town. But still a short walk to town. We rented a golf cart which made it even easier for the quick trips to town, markets or mini supers. Karin communicated everything clearly and answered any questions we had immediately. Highly recommended!!!

Karin's place is absolutely incredible. We were excited to stay but the space FAR exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect, the pool is wonderful, the view is incredible, beach access is ideal! We are looking forward to being back.

Outstanding stay at Karin and Pedro's condo. Lovely set-up with plenty of space, everything was clean, kitchen well stocked, air conditioning and fans were perfect. Highly recommend a stay here. We didn't need a golf cart. The beach and town are easily walkable and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The north side location is ideal -- close to everything yet quieter than the crowded south side. Karin and Pedro were quick to answer our questions and made recommendations for transport. They were terrific hosts.

We loved everything about the home, including the proximity to the beach, the nicest quiet pool, amazing rooftop and views for days!!! It’s so close to the beach too, I thought it would be further. The outdoor shower was so relaxing at the end of a Long Beach day! I will definitely be back!

A beautiful and immaculate oasis in an equally beautiful and magical town! I resoundingly agree with all of the other amazingly positive reviews about this unit! The location is stunning. The views are incredible and the unit has everything you could imagine that you would need and more. Check-in was very easy and there were instructions for almost everything. Karin, the host, was incredibly responsive and very helpful with making recommendations. As others have said, there is filtered water provided so you don’t need to use up a lot of plastic water bottles. There are plenty of towels, clean sheets and extra bedding. The view from the top floor unit is out of control! The fans and great AC kept us comfortable even on the warmest days. If I were to come up with a negative it would be that the mattresses were a little too firm for our taste. The pool is amazing and the grounds are incredibly clean and well-maintained. The location of the unit is close enough to town to be walkable but far enough away to still be very quiet. I would definitely stay in this unit again and would wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family alike.

Beautiful place with an incredible view! Just as great as it looks in the photos. Karin was very helpful, providing suggestions and even helping us find a wallet we lost (one of the neighbors found it)! Very safe and clean condo complex with nice residents.

Karin’s place is absolutely a perfect place to stay in Sayulita if you appreciate stunning views, a peaceful and lush surrounding and being able to retreat to a clam oasis after spending the day or evening in town which is a fun and short walk. We appreciated the pristine pool, beautiful grounds, private and peaceful balconies, and very well appointed casa. Perfect for 2-3 couples or a family. We couldn’t have loved our stay more and those who choose to stay here will be so glad they did. Bring your yoga mat or rent one and try the rose room for yoga and or delicious breakfast or brunch, juice, smoothie, tea or coffee. Suenos a newer place in town for dinner is stunning and not to be missed!

Great place and host. Lots of stairs, but that was expected. It was a perfect location for my family, across the street from the beach, not far from town, but far enough away that it was pretty quite. To my surprise there was drinkable water supplied. No need to buy water.

This place is beautiful inside and out. The views really are as good as the pictures show. We loved the location. Great walking distance to town- out of the busyness and noise but not too far to feel inconvenient. There's a great coffee shop just down the street. Karin was excellent in answering our questions before and during our stay. Lots of great tips and suggestions for food and activities. The house is well stocked with everything you'd need and beautifully decorated. There's even beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys available. The pool is a great spot to relax- a little chilly in February but not too cold to enjoy. The beds were a little too firm for us but might be just right for others. The bedding and linens were excellent though. We'd love to return and stay longer next time.

Casa Colorado is a beautiful location. All of the views from the condo, (Ocean, Mountains, Town), were amazing. We could see whales breaching and the sound of the ocean waves crashing on the beach were wonderful to fall asleep to. The walk to the beach is only about 2 blocks and the walk to town is very easy too. Having a golf cart was fun for daily travel around town. The location is GREAT.....just close enough to town to walk it, with plenty of restaurant and market options close by too. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Amazing and beyond every expectation!

Hands down the best location in Sayulita. The rooftop is next level. Outdoor shower and kitchen - Enough said. The view is outstanding. The sound of the waves was mesmerizing. Karin was amazing. My friends and I had the most incredible Christmas and New Years. What a way to bring in 2022. Three weeks was not enough. Don’t hesitate to rent this spot. Trust me! And thank you Karin for sharing this little piece of paradise. I can see why so many call it Stayulita. Much love.

Karin’s place was fantastic! It was close to the beach and a short golf cart drive to downtown Sayulita. The place was spotless and has everything we needed for our stay. Karin was very quick to respond to our questions. All in all, we had an awesome time!

Karin's listing was fantastic! It was definitely one of those rare travel gems that are better than the pictures. Our family of two couples had a great time on our first trip to Sayulita. The north side, where this is located, is definitely the nicest part of town - just close enough, yet far from the noise of town. For us, we were super grateful we ordered a golf cart, which Karin helped us with before we arrived. Karin's recommendations for Airport transfers worked out great also. For food, you must try the Rose Room yoga coffee shop (and the yoga class!) in the mornings, walking distance to the house. We also loved La Rustica in town for dinner, along with Achara, Rose's, Marcolina Pasta Vino. We made most reservations easily on Whatsapp. Whatever you end up doing for fun in Sayulita, you will absolutely love it and love Karins place. :) Can't wait to go back soon.

What a place! The views from this place are even more beautiful in person. Loved every minute of this place from the pool to the private rooftop balcony. Lots of little places to eat and drink witting a couple minutes walk as well. Can’t wait to return!

We had a fabulous time at Karin’s condo - the pictures do not do it justice!!! The views are phenomenal, the AC works very well, beds are extremely comfy and there are tons of beach items to use. The pool is amazing and the outdoor shower is fantastic!!

Casa Colorado was an absolutely great stay for me, my wife and two kids. We had an awesome trip. Hired a chef to come in a couple nights and otherwise is located a short walk / golf cart ride to numerous food options. The view is gorgeous and a 1 block walk to the beach is tough to beat. Karin and Pedro are helpful hosts and easy to work with if anything arrives. Great condo in a great part of Sayulita!

We loved our stay at Casa Colorado. For our family of 5 and Grandma it was the perfect layout. Everything we could have needed was available. Well appointed kitchen, more than enough linens and towel to use, books, games, pool and beach supplies. I loved being able to see the pool from either balcony and the view is amazing. There are air conditioners in each room, and the outdoor shower is a fun change. Karen was helpful, kind and available to answer questions about things around town. Looking forward to coming back, Thank you!

Karin our host was so attentive prior to our trip and during our trip. When she realized our boys were older kids she brought them boogie boards to take to the beach, she helped us navigate the local scene any time we had a question - she was always available. The house itself was really nice, well decorated and clean. The only small hiccup we had was that the sinks in the bathroom weren't working well but when we communicated to Karin she was quick to respond with a solution. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Karin is the perfect host! She is prompt in providing information and her willingness to help you with what you need to make your stay enjoyable is exceptional. When you walk into Karin’s condo I guarantee you’ll say wow! The place is an incredible set up. Will sleep six wonderfully in three bedrooms with all of the amenities you desire and so much more. The rooftop terrace, bedroom, and outdoor shower were our favorite. Watching the sunsets every night from that balcony were our moments to cheer and celebrate the culmination of a great day. We especially enjoyed sleeping to the sounds of crashing waves. The condo is located perfectly on the north end of town. It allows for walking to town. We enjoy walking and it’s not such a big trek that we ever felt we needed a golf cart... but if you choose to rent one it’s easy to do and there’s a designated spot to park inside this incredible gated complex. This location also makes going to the northern beach a breeze... walk down the street and then down the path to the beach and hike north.... if you’re adventurous you’ll be rewarded by a beach accessed through a cave (or the jungle if you choose) that’s a mile long and relatively empty. Pack one of the umbrellas, beach chairs, and sand toys Karin has available for you and you’re in for a day at paradise. Thanks again to Karin for letting us enjoy your condo. We will definitely book there again.

Karen’s condo is great for those of us who are a little older. The north side of town is quiet in a good way. The amenities, rooms and roof deck are as advertised. Karin was really responsive and polite.

Staying at Karin´s place in Sayulita was the best decision I could have ever made before going to this beautiful and magical destination. The property is located in the best part of town in a quiet hill, steps away from the beach. We found the property sparkling clean, with all the amenities one would expect and even more. I would definitely return to the same apartment and highly recommend it to anyone planning to travel to Sayulita. Karin was a great host and our stay at her place surpassed highly our expectations.

Clean and cozy condo. Located in the quieter North end of Sayulita. Right across the road from the beach. Unobstructed views of the ocean on the terrace on the top floor. The bedroom on the top floor is a very private sanctuary. We would definitely return here again.

Casa Colorado was beautifully appointed, clean, and overall just lovely for our family vacation. Karin is more than a super host, she is a Super Duper Host, answering all our questions promptly and clearly. She helped arrange for a local chef to prepare a birthday dinner which we enjoyed al fresco on the top deck. Karin's suggestions regarding shopping and golf cart rental helped make our Sayluita stay so very special!

Karin’s place is as described. Close enough to town but far from the noise and busy part of town. The whole property is super clean, the pool, the gardens etc. The upstairs patio is a must and the outdoor shower just divine. We love our stay and Karin was very quick and easy to communicate with

Fantastic family stay in Sayulita! The condo was stylish, had amazing views and was tucked away from the busy parts of town. Walking to the center only took about 10 minutes, the beach was less than 5 minutes away. Would highly recommend!

Wow! This place and this host are amazing. Great space for our group of 3 adults and an 18 month old. They had a baby gate for the inside stairs and made sure the high chair and pack and play were set up when we arrived. Karin was quick to respond and offered great local tips! The surf instructor she recommended was top notch! The only down sides were the complex pool was deep and cold (oh well! We hung out at the beach!) and there are a TON of stairs that would be hard if mobility was an issue. That being said I give it 5+ stars and will be hopefully a returning guest!

The location was beautiful, loved watching whales from the 2 decks play in the bay… Karin is remarkably thoughtful. Location is so terrific. thoughtfully decorated with local touches. Had the BEST time!!!!

You know when you book the “perfect” place and build your expectations up, only to arrive and be disappointed? Not here! It really is truly stunning, and even better than it looks in the pictures. We most enjoyed the upstairs lounge, with views of the coast, the outdoor kitchen, and outdoor shower. It’s the kind of spot you tuck away in your bag of gems so you can return again and again. We were there for New Years and although lively and festive, the town never felt overcrowded or obnoxious. Do book golf carts in advance if you want them, though, because they ended up being sold out for our stay. We just walked to the beach and into town with no problems. Karin was a super host and was readily available with local tips and recommendations.

Karin’s place is fabulous. You can’t ask for a better, more helpful and responsive host. Great views, very tasteful, loved the outside shower. Our family of 5 absolutely loved it.

Place has everything you need,do not hesitate to stay at Karins place,I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around the general town and beach area,renting a car only if you plan on visiting other towns close by,parking in town can be a problem,the place is stocked with everything you need,the complex is totally safe as is the town

Karin & Pedro's place is just wonderful! Everything is just as in the pics (or even better!) and the location is superb; quiet and peaceful but still walking distance from the centre. The condo was great for 5 adults and a 1-year old, and having a travel crib and high chair ready there was most helpful. Highly recommended and hope we can go back too!

This place is phenomenal! I booked it for my birthday with 5 friends and they all were WOW'ed with the choice of property. It is truly incredible from the view, pool, location to the modern yet charming amenities. Its literally spotless and comes with everything you could need. We hung out in different areas of the condo every evening - loved the 2 patios!! We cooked alot in the suite, grilled fresh skewered prawns and mixed drinks on the rooftop for sunset. YOU NEED TO STAY HERE. 10/10 +Karin responded immediately to our messages- excellent hospitality! Gracias.

Karin is an outstanding host. I've stayed in many Airbnbs across the world and Karin stands out as the best host I've had by far. The place is even better than pictured. It's absolutely stunning. Tons of thoughtful touches. The rooftop bedroom is so cool. She's quick to respond, incredibly helpful, kind, caring, all the above. Highly recommend. 100% would stay again.
